WARNING! WEAR GOGGLES AND GLOVES
CAUTION: When removing the cylinder, make sure the hex scale adapter does not unthread from the scale.
CAUTION: Avoid leaving liquid refrigerant in tube. Liquid in the tube and an increase in temperature could cause
the pressure to increase high enough to cause damage to the tube and scale. The check valve in the 1/4” flare
fitting on the scale platform allows the cylinder to be removed to draw any liquid in the tube into the system.
1. Open the battery cover and insert 3 AAA batteries according to the polarity indicated in the battery compartment.
2. Press the ON/OFF/TARE key. The display will show “88888” and transition to “0”
3. Connect the brass hex cylinder scale adapter to the scale. Hold scale tray by
hand while tightening. Be sure it is tight and secure.
NOTE: Do not over tighten.
4. Attach the refrigerant cylinder to the brass hex cylinder scale adapter, please
make sure the threads fit properly without any cross threading. With the valve
on the hose closed, hold the cylinder so the cylinder fitting is up and hold the
scale upside down. Turn the cylinder into the scale fitting. This way, the small
amount of refrigerant that leaks out while tightening will be vapor. Refrigerant
will begin to flow through the scale into the tube.
5. FIRST TIME USE: Partially open the valve, at the end of the nylon tube to purge
the air. Once the refrigerant starts to flow, close the valve immediately.
NOTE: Should you decide to use different refrigerant you must purge the current refrigerant from the hose and repeat
the above steps with the new refrigerant.
TARE WEIGHING
This scale is designed with a TARE WEIGHING function. Press the ON/OFF/TARE key, the display will transition to “0.”
Connect the valve to the system and open the valve to charge. The scale will start displaying the weight of the material
being removed from the cylinder. When a sufficient amount of charge is reached, close the valve and disconnect it from
the system. NOTE: You may leave the cylinder on the scale or disconnect it from the scale.
UNIT CHANGE
You can change the weight unit by pressing the UNIT key.
POWER OFF
When you finish the operation, you can turn off the scale by pressing and holding the ON/OFF/TARE key. This scale is
designed with an auto-off function to save the battery power. It automatically turns off its power if the scale is not used
within 3 hours.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
If “ ” message appears in the display when attempting to weigh, replace the scale’s 3 AAA
batteries according to the polarity indicated in the battery compartment.
CALIBRATING THE DEVICE
1. In power off mode, press the UNIT and ON/OFF/TARE key simultaneously to turn the scale on, when a count value is
seen, release the two keys.
2. Press the ON/OFF/TARE key, LCD will show “ZERO” then calibration weight 5000 g.
3. Place a 5 kg weight on the platform, press the ON/OFF/TARE key, the LCD will show “CAL” then “PASS”, calibration is
completed.
NOTE: Mastercool recommends using a certified 5 kg weight for the best accuracy.
4. After calibration is complete, the scale will go back to weighing mode, the LCD will show the weight on the platform.

CARE
• This scale is manufactured and adjusted precisely. Do not dismantle the scale or subject it to any strong shock or
vibration.
• Do not use the scale in direct sunlight and keep it away from hot appliances such as an oven, stove etc.
• When the scale is to be used in a new location where the temperature differs from the previous location by 36˚F
(20˚C) or more, leave the scale in the new location for at least 2 hours before using it.
• When the scale is dirty, wipe the scale with a damp cloth.
• When the scale is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries.

PFLEGE

keinem starken Schock oder Vibration.
• Verwenden Sie die Waage nicht bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und halten Sie sie von heißen Geräten wie Backofen,

AVERTISSEMENT! PORTEZ DES LUNETTES ET DES GANTS
CAUTION: LORS DE L’ENLÈVEMENT DU CYLINDRE, ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE L’ADAPTATEUR HEXAGONALE NE SE
DÉVISSE PAS DE LA BALANCE.
CAUTION : Évitez de laisser du réfrigérant liquide dans le tube. Liquide dans le tube et une augmentation de la
température pourraient faire augmenter la pression au point d’ endommager le tube et la balance. La valve de
contrôle dans le raccord 1/4” Fl sur la plate-forme de la balance permet d’enlever le cylindre pour faire passer
n’importe quel liquide dans le tube vers l’installation.
1. Ouvrez le couvercle de la batterie et insérez 3 batteries AAA selon la polarité indiquée dans le compartiment

Avec la vanne sur le tuyau fermé, maintenez le cylindre debout et la balance
à l’envers. Vissez le cylindre en montage à la balance. De cette façon, la petite
quantité de réfrigérant qui fuit pendant le serrage sera de la vapeur. Le
réfrigérant commencera à circuler dans le tube à travers la balance.
5. PREMIERE UTILISATION: Ouvrir partiellement la vanne, à l’extrémité du tube de nylon pour purger l’air. Une fois que le
réfrigérant commence à couler, fermer la vanne immédiatement.
REMARQUE: Si vous décidez d’utiliser un réfrigérant différent, vous devez purger le réfrigérant actuel du tuyau et
répétez les étapes ci-dessus avec le nouveau fluide.
PESAGE DE LA TARE
Cette balance est conçue avec une fonction TARE WEIGHING, ou pesage de la tare. Appuyez sur la touche ON / OFF /

PRENDRE SOIN
• Cette balance est fabriquée et ajustée avec précision. Ne la démontez pas et ne la soumettez à aucun choc ou
vibration.
• N’utilisez pas la balance en plein soleil et éloignez-la des appareils chauds tels qu’un four, une cuisinière, etc.
• Lorsque la balance doit être utilisée dans un nouvel emplacement où la température diffère de l’emplacement précé-
dent de 20 °C ou plus, laissez la balance au nouvel emplacement pendant au moins 2 heures avant de l’utiliser.
• Lorsque la balance est sale, essuyez-la avec un chiffon humide.
• Lorsque la balance n’est pas utilisée pendant une longue période, retirez les piles

PRECAUCION: Al retirar el cilindro, asegúrese que el adaptador

PRECAUCION: Evite dejar refrigerante líquido en el tubo. Si esto sucede y hay un aumento de la temperatura,
esto puede causar que la presión aumente en el tubo, lo suficiente para causar daños en el tubo y la balanza.
La válvula de comprobación en el conector “flare” de 1/4” en la plataforma de la balanza no permite y evita que
cuando el cilindro se retire, pase líquido al tubo del sistema.
1. Abra la tapa del compartimiento de las baterías e inserte 3 baterías AAA de acuerdo con la polaridad indicada en el

TARA

está diseñada con la función de apagado automático Si la balanza no se utiliza en un periodo de 3 horas, se apaga
automáticamente.
REEMPLAZO DE LAS BATERIAS
Si aparece el icono “ “ en la pantalla cuando intente pesar, reemplace las baterías AAA manteniendo la polaridad
indicada en el compartimiento de la batería.
CALIBRACIÓN DE LA BALANZA
1. Con la balanza apagada, pulse simultáneamente los botones UNIT y ON/OFF/TARE para encenderla. Cuando se vea

CUIDADOS

ATTENZIONE: Quando si rimuove il cilindro, assicurarsi che l’adattatore della scala esagonale non si sfili dalla
scala.
ATTENZIONE: Evitare di lasciare refrigerante liquido nel tubo. Il liquido nel tubo e un aumento della temperatura
potrebbero causare un aumento della pressione sufficientemente elevato da causare danni al tubo e alla bilancia.
La valvola di ritegno nel raccordo svasato da 1/4 ”sulla piattaforma della bilancia consente al cilindro di essere
rimosso per aspirare qualsiasi liquido nel tubo nel sistema.
1. Aprire il coperchio della batteria e inserire 3 batterie AAA secondo la polarità indicata nel vano batteria.
2. Premere il tasto ON / OFF / TARE. Il display mostrerà “88888” e passerà a “0”
3. Collegare l’adattatore del cilindro esagonale in ottone alla bilancia. Tenere il
vassoio della bilancia a mano durante il serraggio. Assicurati che sia stretto
e sicuro.
NOTA: non stringere eccessivamente.
4. Collegare la bombola di refrigerante all’adattatore del cilindro esagonale in
ottone, assicurarsi che i filetti si adattino correttamente senza alcuna filettatura
incrociata. Con la valvola sul tubo chiusa, tenere il cilindro in modo che il
raccordo del cilindro sia rivolto verso l’alto e tenere la bilancia sottosopra.
Girare la bombola nel raccordo della bilancia. In questo modo, la piccola
quantità di refrigerante che fuoriesce durante il serraggio sarà vapore. Il
refrigerante inizierà a fluire attraverso la bilancia nel tubo.
5. PRIMO UTILIZZO: aprire parzialmente la valvola, all’estremità del tubo di nylon per spurgare l’aria. Quando il
refrigerante inizia a fluire, chiudere immediatamente la valvola.
NOTA: se si decide di utilizzare un refrigerante diverso, è necessario eliminare il refrigerante corrente dal flessibile e
ripetere i passaggi precedenti con il nuovo refrigerante.
PESATURA DELLA TARA
Questa bilancia è progettata con una funzione di PESATURA DELLA TARA. Premere il tasto ON / OFF / TARE, il display
passerà a “0.” Collegare la valvola al sistema e aprire la valvola per caricare. La bilancia inizierà a visualizzare il peso del
materiale che viene rimosso dalla bombola. Quando viene raggiunta una quantità sufficiente di carica, chiudere la valvola
e scollegarla dal sistema. NOTA: è possibile lasciare la bombola sulla bilancia o scollegarlo dalla bilancia.
CAMBIO DELL’UNITÀ DI MISURA
È possibile modificare l’unità di peso premendo il tasto UNIT.
SPEGNIMENTO
Al termine dell’operazione, è possibile spegnere la bilancia tenendo premuto il tasto ON / OFF / TARE. Questa
bilancia è progettata con una funzione di spegnimento automatico per risparmiare la carica della batteria. Si spegne
automaticamente se la bilancia non viene utilizzata entro 3 ore.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
Se sul display appare il messaggio “ ” quando si tenta di pesare, sostituire le 3 batterie AAA della bilancia
rispettando la polarità indicata nel vano batterie.
TARATURA DEL DISPOSITIVO
1. In modalità di spegnimento, premere contemporaneamente i tasti UNIT e ON / OFF / TARE per accendere la bilancia,
quando viene visualizzato un valore di conteggio, rilasciare i due tasti.
2. Premere il tasto ON / OFF / TARE, il display LCD mostrerà “ZERO”, quindi peso di calibrazione 5000 g.
3. Posizionare un peso di 5 kg sulla piattaforma, premere il tasto ON / OFF / TARE, il display LCD mostrerà “CAL” quindi
“PASS”, la calibrazione è completata.

LET OP: Vermijd elk residu vloeibaar koelmiddel in de slang. Vloeistof in de slang met een stijging van
temperatuur en druk kan leiden tot schade aan zowel de slang als de weegschaal. De controleklep in de 1/4”
flare fitting op het schaalplatform laat toe de cilinder te verwijderen om alle vloeistof in de slang de installatie in
te trekken.
1. Open het batterijdeksel en steek er 3 AAA-batterijen in volgens de aangegeven polariteit.
2. Druk op de toets AAN/UIT/TARE. Het display toont “88888” en overgang naar “0”.
3. Draai de koperen zeskant weegschaalfitting op de weegschaal. Houd schaal
vast met de hand tijdens het draaien. Zorg ervoor dat het goed vast zit en veilig
is. LET OP: Niet overdraaien!
4. Bevestig de koelmiddelcilinder aan de koperen zeskant cilinderschaal adapter,
zorg ervoor dat de draden goed passen zonder kruisschroefdraad. Met de klep
op de slang gesloten, houd de cilinder recht en de weegschaal ondersteboven.
Zet de cilinder in de weegschaal fitting. Op deze manier zal de kleine
hoeveelheid koelmiddel die ontsnapt tijdens het aandraaien, damp zijn.
Koelmiddel zal beginnen te stromen door de schaal in de slang.
5. EERSTE GEBRUIK: open gedeeltelijk de klep aan het einde van de nylon slang om de lucht te verwijderen. Zodra het
koelmiddel begint te stroom, sluit u de klep onmiddellijk.
LET OP: Mocht u besluiten om een ander koelmiddel te gebruiken, moet u het huidige koelmiddel uit de slang
purgeren. Herhaal de bovenstaande stappen met het nieuwe koelmiddel.
TARRA WEGING
Deze weegschaal is ontworpen met een TARRA WEEG functie. Druk op de toets AAN/UIT/TARE en het display komt op ‘0’.
Sluit de klep aan op de installatie en open dan de klep om te vullen. De weegschaal geeft het gewicht van het koelmiddel
weer dat wordt verwijderd uit de cilinder. Wanneer een voldoende hoeveelheid lading is bereikt, sluit u de klep en koppelt
u deze los van de installatie.
LET OP: U kan de cilinder aan de weegschaal laten of deze loskoppelen.
LEESEENHEDEN
U de gewichtseenheid wijzigen door op de UNIT-toets te drukken.
UITSCHAKELEN
Wanneer u klaar bent met de operatie, kan u de weegschaal uitschakelen door op de toets AAN/UIT/TARE te drukken en
vast te houden. Deze schaal is ontworpen met een auto-off functie om batterij te besparen. Deze schakelt de stroom uit
als de weegschaal niet wordt gebruikt na 3 uur.
BATTERIJVERVANGING
Als “ ” wordt weergegeven in het display wanneer u probeert te wegen, vervang dan de batterijen van de
weegschaal, volgens de aangegeven polariteit.
HET APPARAAT KALIBREREN
1. Druk in de uitgeschakelde modus tegelijkertijd op de toets UNIT en ON / OFF / TARE om de weegschaal in te
schakelen. Laat de twee toetsen los wanneer u een telwaarde ziet.
2. Druk op de ON / OFF / TARE-toets, op het LCD-scherm verschijnt “NUL” en vervolgens kalibratiegewicht 5000 g.
3. Plaats een gewicht van 5 kg op het platform, druk op de ON / OFF / TARE-toets, op het LCD-scherm wordt “CAL” en

CUIDADO: Ao remover o cilindro, verifique se o adaptador de escala hexagonal não desenrosca da balança.
CUIDADO: Evite deixar refrigerante líquido no tubo.
Líquido no tubo e um aumento de temperatura podem fazer com que a pressão aumente o suficiente para causar
danos ao tubo e à escala. A válvula de retenção na conexão de alargamento de 1/4 ”na plataforma da balança
permite que o cilindro seja removido para aspirar qualquer líquido no tubo para dentro do sistema
1. Abra a tampa da bateria e insira 3 pilhas AAA de acordo com a polaridade indicada no compartimento.

4. Conecte o cilindro de refrigerante ao adaptador de balança de cilindro hexagonal
de latão, verifique se as roscas se encaixam corretamente sem rosqueamento
cruzado. Com a válvula na mangueira fechada, segure o cilindro para que o
encaixe do cilindro fique para cima e segure a balança de cabeça para baixo.
Transforme o cilindro no encaixe da balança. Dessa forma, a pequena
quantidade de refrigerante que vazar durante o aperto será vapor. O refrigerante
começará a fluir através da balança para o tubo.
5. PRIMEIRA UTILIZAÇÃO: Abra parcialmente a válvula, no final do tubo de nylon, para purgar o ar. Quando o refrigerante
começar a fluir, feche a válvula imediatamente.
NOTA: Se você optar por usar refrigerante diferente, deverá purgar o refrigerante atual da mangueira e repetir as
etapas acima com o novo refrigerante.
PESAGEM DE TARA
Esta balança foi projetada com a função TARE WEIGHING. Pressione a tecla ON / OFF / TARE, o display mudará para “0”.
Conecte a válvula ao sistema e abra a válvula para carregar. A balança começará a exibir o peso do material que está
sendo removido do cilindro. Quando atingir uma quantidade suficiente de carga, feche a válvula e desconecte-a do
sistema. NOTA: Você pode deixar o cilindro na balança ou desconectá-lo da balança.
MUDANÇA DE UNIDADE
Você pode alterar a unidade de peso pressionando a tecla UNIT.
DESLIGAR
Ao concluir a operação, você pode desligar a balança pressionando e segurando a tecla ON / OFF / TARE. Esta
balança foi projetada com uma função de desligamento automático para economizar energia da bateria. Ele desliga
automaticamente se a balança não for usada dentro de 3 horas.
SUBSTITUIÇÃO DA BATERIA
