MasterFlow 1030 Portable Air Compressor Manual
Please follow these instructions for trouble free service. This compressor is
manufactured to operate from a 12-volt battery through the cigarette lighter socket of
your truck or automobile.

WARNINGS:
1. This compressor works in automobiles and trucks equipped with a 12V battery only.
2. When using this compressor repeatedly, please wait until the motor cools before
restarting.
3. Wait for the compressor to cool before you place the unit in its case after use.
4. After 10 minutes of continuous operation, please allow the unit to cool before
restarting. Motor failure can occur from continuous over use.
5. Poor connection to the lighter socket usually causes most problems. Check the lighter
socket for corrosion or dirt before plugging in the compressor.
6. This compressor has been permanently lubricated at the factory. Do not add oil or any
other lubricant.
7. Keep this compressor out of the reach of small children.
8. This product will be hot after use. Please use caution when touching the unit, so as to
avoid burns.
OPERATION:
1. Insert the compressor power cord into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket.
2. Screw one end of the air hose onto the threaded air outlet on the compressor body and
connect the other end of the air hose to the tire valve stem.

3. Turn the compressor switch to “on” and allow air to flow into the tire. Inflate tire or
other inflatable product to the manufacture’s recommended pressure. Do not over inflate
or exceed manufacturer’s recommended pressure, as injuries may occur.
