1) Remontage manuel
Pour assurer à votre montre une réserve de
marche sufsante, il est souhaitable de la
porter quotidiennement. Si elle n’a pas été
portée pendant plusieurs jours, elle doit pré-
alablement être remontée. Pour la remonter,
tourner la couronne B en position 0 dans
le sens des aiguilles d’une montre une
trentaine de fois. Par la suite, la montre se
remontera d’elle même automatiquement
grâce aux mouvements de votre poignet.
2) Réglage de l’heure et de la date
Réglage de l’heure: Tirer la couronne B
jusqu’à la position 2. Régler l’heure en tour-
nant la couronne dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre ( Cf. schéma 3 p.8 ).

il vous permettra de conserver votre montre
en excellent état de marche.
Avant de vous expliquer comment remonter
manuellement votre montre, nous vous pré-
cisons que la couronne B en « position 0 »
signie que la couronne n’est pas tirée
( Cf. schéma 1 p.8 )

3) Matériaux de votre montre
Votre montre a été élaborée en acier. Elle
est équipée d’un verre saphir. Votre cou-
ronne B est ornée d’un saphir.
4) Etanchéité
Votre montre est étanche à 5 ATM.
Attention, la garantie ne s’appliquera que si
la couronne B est en position 0
( Cf. schéma 1 p.8 ).
II. GARANTIE INTERNATIONALE
Votre montre Mauboussin est un modèle
déposé par la Maison, il a été créé, développé
et fabriqué selon nos critères d’exigence.
Réglage de la date: Tirer la couronne B
jusqu’à la position 1. Positionner l’aiguille
des heures à 6 heures. Puis faire déler le
calendrier en tournant les aiguilles dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.
Ne pas oublier de repousser la couronne B
en position 0, an de garantir l’étanchéité
( Cf. schéma 1 p.8 ).
Nous attirons votre attention sur le fait
que la correction rapide du dateur n’est pas
recommandée dans la zone du cadran entre
9 heures et 3 heures (moitié supérieure
du cadran). Il est impératif de respecter ce
mode de réglage an de ne pas endomma-
ger le mouvement. Nous vous déconseillons
une mise à l’heure en faisant tourner les
aiguilles dans le sens inverse des aiguilles

Cette garantie, sous réserve des exclusions
mentionnées ci-dessus, est totale dans les
limites d’un usage normal excluant la perte,
le vol, ainsi que les accidents, et dans la
mesure où les interventions sont effectuées
par un distributeur agréé.

Il porte, gravé au dos, le numéro d’authenticité.
Ce même numéro est reporté sur votre certi-
cat d’authenticité.
Votre montre Mauboussin, acquise auprès
d’un distributeur agréé, est garantie contre
toute défectuosité ou vice de fabrication
pendant deux ans à compter de la date
d’achat, à l’exception d’un choc sur le verre
saphir, du remplacement du bracelet ou du
joint d’étanchéité.
Nous vous conseillons de faire contrôler
l’étanchéité de votre montre auprès d’un
de nos distributeurs agréés tous les ans.
Notre garantie est uniquement valable si le
certicat d’authenticité est daté et contresi-
gné par notre distributeur agréé au moment
de votre acquisition.

I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mauboussin time pieces are created accord-
ing to high quality watchmakers standards.
Your watch will complement your personality
by matching the time to your moods.
By choosing this Mauboussin watch, you
have acquired a rare and exceptional time-
piece. These instructions for use explain
clearly its operation. Please read them care-
fully, as they will enable you to keep your
watch in perfect working order.
Before explaining you how wind your watch
up, note that « the position 0» means that
the crown B is not pulled. ( sketch 1 p.18 )
1) Rewinding
To ensure that your watch has sufcient en-
ergy to work, it is preferable to wear it daily.
If you have not worn it for several days, it
must be wound up before you wear it. This
is a mechanical self-winding watch so the
mainspring is wound automatically due to
wrist motion.
In order to wind your watch up, rotate about
30 times clockwise the crown B in position
0. « Clockwise» means rotating it away
from you. Wind slowly and consistently
( sketch 1 p.18 ).
2) Date and time setting.
Time setting: Pull the crown B to position

4) Water resistance
Your watch is water resistant to 5 ATM.
War-
ning, the guarantee is applicable only if the
crown B is on position O ( sketch 1 p.18).
II. INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
Your watch, which is a registered model,
has been created, developed and manufac-
tured according to the Mauboussin watch-
makers standards. Its authenticity number
is engraved on the back. This number ap-
pears on your certicate of authenticity.
The Ofcial check stamp of the Control of
Precious Metals gures where applicable and
certies the quality of the noble metals used.

Set the date by turning the crown B counter-
clockwise.
Do not forget to put the crown B back to
position 0, in order to guarantee water-
proofness ( sketch 1 p.18)
Please pay attention to the fact that
the quick setting of the date must not be
done between 9 o’clock and 3 o’clock.
(upper part of the dial). We recommend to
set the time clockwise.
3) Watch components
Your watch has been elaborated with steel.
It is tted with a sapphire glass.The crown

by one of our certied dealers.
For any matter related to this guarantee or
any other after-sales queries, you may send
us your watch directly, accompanied by its
certicate of authenticity and this booklet.
In that case, we recommend that you insure
the watch for transport.

Your watch, acquired from a certied dealer,
is guaranteed against any defect or defec-
tive workmanship for two years from the
date of purchase: with the exception of the
impact on the sapphire glass, the bracelet
replacement and the seal replacement.
We advise you to bring back your watch
each year in order to control its water-
resistance.
Our guarantee is only valid if the certicate
of authenticity is signed, dated and coun-
tersigned by our certied dealer at the time
of purchase.
This guarantee, under the reserve of the
exceptions mentioned above, is fully com-
prehensive within the limits of normal use
except loss, theft and accidents, and under
condition that any repair shall be carried out
