H3-RCV-4CV Instructions
Quick Start
This is a 4 channel receiver which will work with any DC lamp in the 12-24v range
- RGB or RGBW - control a single length
- CCT LED Strip - control 2 lengths
- Single Colour - control up to 4 lengths
1. Connect your power supply to the input side - DO NOT CONNECT MAINS VOLTAGE
- THIS WILL DESTROY THE UNIT.
2. Match the receiver to the type of lighting you are
using. By default it is set for RGBW.
To select the type, press M & < keys together for 2
secs - the display will then change indicating you
are in Setting mode. Pressing the > key will cycle
through the available options:
RGBW - Ch4 (notice upper case C and lower case
h)
Single Colour - all connected lengths controlled at
the same time - select Ch1
Single Colour - each connected length can be
controlled individually - Select CH4 (notice both are
upper case)
Colour Temperature adjustable - select Ch2
RGB : Select Ch3
3. Connect your LED Strip or lamps to the output
side.

Multiple Pairings
Your Halo30 receiver can be paired to multiple controllers - so for example, if you wish
to have both a hand held remote and a wall mounted switch, both can be paired to the
receiver and used as required.
Deleting Pairings
Should you wish to delete all pairings, press the M & > keys together for 5 seconds
until the display changes to ALE.
4. The receiver goes into pairing mode
by pressing M & > for 2 seconds - the
display will then change to read ALS.
Each controller in the Halo30 system
may have a slightly different system
of pairing to the receiver - refer to the
controller instructions for full pairing
information.
When pairing is successful the display
on the receiver will change to ALO.
How to put your receiver into pairing mode
• Long press and for 2s, restore factory default parameter, display”RES”.
• Factory default parameter: without matched remote, RGBW type, low PWM
frequency output, logarithmic brightness curve, RGB mode number is 1, disable
automatic blank screen.
• Long press M for 2s or timeout 10s,Please be aware that this will not retain
previously saved LED settings once system parameter settings have been exited.
Safety Information
Malfunctions & Troubleshooting
• The product shall be installed and serviced by a qualied person.
• The product is non-waterproof. Please avoid the sun and rain.
• Good heat dissipation will prolong the working life of the controller. Please ensure
good ventilation.
• Please check if the output voltage of any power supplies used comply with the
working voltage of the product.
• Ensure all wire connections and polarities are correct and secure before applying
power to avoid any damages to the LED lights.
• If a fault occurs please return the product to your supplier. Do not attempt to x
this product by yourself.
