Questo manuale di istruzione contiene importanti in-
formazioni per l’uso e la sicurezza di questa macchina.
Mancare di leggere questo manuale prima di iniziare a
operare o tentare di fare qualsiasi riparazione o manu-
tenzione alla vostra macchina potrebbe risultare danno-
so a voi o ad altre persone. Potrete causare danni alla
macchina o ad altre proprietà o ad altre persone. Prima
di utilizzare la macchina dovete accertarvi di utilizzarla
secondo le istruzioni riportate in questo libretto. Tutte le
istruzioni date in questo manuale sono viste con l’opera-
tore posto dietro la macchina.

neggiato potrebbe causare un pericoloso corto circuito
elettrico. Non usare il filo elettrico per trasportare o tira-
re la macchina. Tieni il filo elettrico lontano da superfici
riscaldate. Non collegarsi alla presa di corrente mediante
una spina non regolamentare o spingendo sulla corda.
PERICOLO: Pericolosi corti circuiti potrebbero accade-
re se la manutenzione o le riparazioni vengono esegui-
te su una macchina che non è stata appropriatamente
scollegata dalla presa di corrente. Scollegare la mac-
china dalla presa di corrente elettrica prima di iniziare
qualsiasi riparazione o manutenzione di servizio.
AVVERTIMENTO: Operando con una macchina senza os-
servare tutte le etichettature, simboli di pericolo etc
potrebbe risultare pericoloso per la vita. Leggi tutte le
etichettature e guarda tutti i simboli di pericolo prima
di iniziare a operare. Accertati che tutte le etichetta-
ture sono attaccate o fissate alla macchina. Richiedi
il ripristino delle etichettature al tuo distributore se
dovessero mancare.
AVVERTIMENTO: i componenti elettrici possono subire
un corto circuito se esposti ad acqua o umidità. Tieni i
componenti elettrici asciutti. Immagazzinare sempre la
macchina in un locale asciutto.
AVVERTIMENTO: Usare questa macchina per spostare
o muovere altri oggetti o per arrampicarsi, potrebbe
risultare pericoloso alla vita delle persone o danneg-
giare la macchina. Non usare questa macchina come
un gradino o come una sedia. Non permettere che sia
usata come un giocattolo, presta particolare attenzione
se devi necessariamente usarla vicino ai bambini. Non
permettere che sia usata da bambini.
PERICOLO: Spostare o modificare parti di questa mac-
china può causare ferite e/o danni. Tieni mani, piedi,
capelli, dita e ogni parte del corpo lontani dalle parti in
movimento e dalle aperture .
ATTENZIONE: L’utilizzo della macchina per scopi non
esplicitamente indicati dal Fabbricante, esonera il Fab-
bricante da qualsiasi responsabilità civile e penale.
ATTENZIONE: In caso di pericolo premere immediata-
mente il pulsante di emergenza.
PERICOLO: Non usare la macchina in maniera impro-
pria. Non usare la macchina in posizione rovesciata.
Prestare attenzione che acqua o polvere dannosa non
entri all’interno della macchina.
PERICOLO: Utilizzare solo utensili originali o specifica-
tamente approvati dal costruttore. L’uso di altri uten-
sili può causare distaccamenti ed arrecare danni a per-
sone e/o cose.
PERICOLO: Accertarsi che gli utensili siano corret-
tamente inseriti e ben serrati o ben avvitati. Lerrato
montaggio degli utensili può causare danni a persone
e/o cose.
PERICOLO: Può accadere un corto circuito se prendi la
presa elettrica o la inserisci con le mani bagnate.
PERICOLO: Non lavare la macchina mediante spruzzi
d’acqua. Non immergere la macchina in acqua o altri
liquidi.
PERICOLO: Non mettere nessun oggetto dentro le fe-
ritoie. Non usare la macchina con le feritoie bloccate.
Tieni la macchina libera da polvere, capelli e da qualsi-
asi cosa possa ridurre il flusso di aria.
PERICOLO: Accertarsi che sulla superficie non ci siano
sporgenze metalliche o brusche discontinuità, materia-
le eterogeneo. In tal caso rimuovere prima di lavorare
con la macchina, onde evitare che la macchina possa
sobbalzare e causare danni all’operatore, ad altre per-
sone o a cose.
Lavorare a distanza di sicurezza dai basamenti dei pila-
stri in ferro o da qualsiasi altra asperità.

funzionali e rumori insoliti fermare e mettere la
macchina in sicurezza richiedendo l’intervento di un
tecnico qualificato.
AVVERTENZA: Danni all’operatore possono esse-
re causati quando si lavora pulendo scale e/o aree
difficoltose senza usare extra prudenza. Usa molta
attenzione quando pulisci scale o aree strette e dif-
ficoltose.
AVVERTENZA: I componenti usati nell’imballaggio (
ie, buste o sacchi di plastica etc. ) possono essere
pericolosi. Tieni lontano da bambini e/o animali.
IL FABBRICANTE NON PUÒ ESSERE CONSIDERATO
RESPONSABILE per i danni causati a persone o a pro-
prietà a causa di uso incorretto e non autorizzato
della macchina. La macchina non va utilizzata per
impieghi non indicati nel Manuale di Istruzione.
MANUTENZIONE E RIPARAZIONE DEVONO ESSERE
ESEGUITE solo a mezzo di personale qualificato. Le
parti di ricambio eventualmente da sostituire vanno
sostituite solo con parti di ricambio originali. Nes-
suna responsabilità può essere addebitato al fabbri-
cante per danni eventualmente causate da macchine
con parti di ricambio sostituiti con non originali.
PERICOLO: L’uso della macchina per qualsiasi impie-
go non specificato in questo Manuale di Istruzione
può essere pericoloso e va evitato.
TUBI E PARTI ASPIRANTI devono essere tenuti lonta-
no dal corpo e specialmente da orecchi, occhi, boc-
ca, naso ed altri parti delicate del corpo.
PERICOLO: Se la macchina è dotata di filtri in carta
e/o in stoffa,non usare la macchina senza i filtri.
Potrebbe essere pericoloso per le persone o per la
macchina. macchina.
NON LASCIARE la macchina accesa senza la vostra
sorveglianza.
PERICOLO: la macchina è destinata ad uso professio-
nale e pertanto deve essere utilizzata esclusivamen-
te da personale addestrato all’uso.
SE AVETE BISOGNO DI CAVI DI PROLUNGA assicurate-
vi che il cavo aggiunto sia regolamentare e compati-
bile con la macchina.
NON PULIRE spruzzando acqua.
NON IMMERGERE in acqua o in altri liquidi.
TIENI LA MACCHINA pulita.
TIENI spazzole e altri accessori in buone condizioni.
RIMPIAZZA qualsiasi parte danneggiata subito.
ASSICURATI che l’ambiente di lavoro sia ben illumi-
nato, che l’area in cui lavori sia libera da ostruzione
e da altre persone.
QUANDO LAVORI PRENDI LE NECESSARIE PRECAU-
ZIONI PER GARANTIRE LA SICUREZZA DELL’OPERA-
TORE E DI QUALSIASI ALTRA PERSONA POSSA TRO-
VARSI NELLE VICINANZE. Per esempio :
- Lavando o pulendo, indossa scarpe antiscivolo.
- Levigando usa abiti protettivi e occhiali di sicurezza,
protezione per le orecchie e maschere antipolvere.
DESTINAZIONE D’USO
MODALITA’ DI IMPIEGO DELLA MACCHINA
La macchina in oggetto è destinata alla preparazione
o levigatura di superci piane o comunque con pen-
denza <2%. Per preparazione intendiamo una leviga-
tura grossolana della supercie effettuata allo scopo
di rendere il pavimento planare ma con rugosità ac-
centuata.Per levigatura intendiamo il processo che va
dalla fase di sgrossatura iniziale alla fase di lucidatu-
ra. La sgrossatura è effettuata con utensili aggressivi
ed ha lo scopo di asportare il materiale necessario per
ottenere il piano, a questa seguono ulteriori passaggi
man mano con utensili meno aggressivi (grane via via
più ni). Questi passaggi successivi hanno lo scopo
di diminuire la rugosità superciale no ad arrivare
ad ottenere la lucidatura meccanica della supercie.
Tutto può essere effettuato a secco o con l’utilizzo
di acqua o combinando passaggi a secco con passaggi
con acqua. (per approfondimenti si rimanda ai corsi
specici organizzati dal costruttore). Per superci si
intendono superci piane orizzontali in materiale la-
pideo sufcientemente dure.
PRODUZIONE STIMATA
La LEVIMAX 550 è consigliata per ambienti da 50 a 2000
m2; per superci di 10.000 m2o 20.000 m2la macchina
è ugualmente performante ma richiede tempistiche di
lavorazione maggiori rispetto all’utilizzo di una mac-
china più grande.
Modalità di funzionamento della macchina
La macchina in questione ha un funzionamento con
conduzione della stessa a mano. Il comando è sempre
afdato ad un operatore con formazione professionale.
L’operatore nella posizione di comando può control-
lare la macchina avendo una visuale ampia e priva di
ostacoli.

Procedure di intervento
Durante tutte le fasi di lavorazione, in caso di pericolo
l’operatore deve arrestare la macchina semplicemente
agendo sul pulsante di emergenza (fungo rosso) posto sul-
la pulsantiera, quest’ultima collocata sul manico. Duran-
te la fase di manutenzione o cambio utensili si prescrive
di staccare l’alimentazione della macchina. Evitare le
posizioni intermedie poiché instabili. Nel caso in cui e
necessario lavorare in posizioni intermedie si prescrivere
di assicurare la macchina con opportuni cavalletti ecc.
Caratteristiche operatore
Questa è una macchina ad uso professionale per cui l’o-
peratore che ne fa utilizzo deve essere un professioni-
sta del settore. Deve leggere attentamente il libretto di
istruzione prima dell’utilizzo della macchina e seguire
un corso di formazione. La macchina pur essendo facile
da utilizzare ha bisogno di un operatore che abbia rice-
vuto una formazione da parte del datore di lavoro.
USO SCORRETTO MA PREVEDIBILE
Non far girare il planetario con la macchina in posizione
trasporto. Staccare la presa di alimentazione durante il
cambio utensili. Non utilizzare la macchina come talpa.
Non utilizzare la macchina come muletto. Utilizzare la
macchina solo con utensili originali o specicatamente
approvati dal costruttore. Utilizzare la macchina solo sui
materiali indicati e nel caso di presenza di singolarità
(tondini di ferro, tombini, inserzioni di resine ecc) ri-
muovere. Non fermare la macchina staccando la presa
si rischia la folgorazione, spegnere prima la macchina
tramite l’apposita funzione.
MATERIALE TRATTATO
Materiale lapideo in generale, calcestruzzo.
VIBRAZIONI E RUMORE
OGGETTO: Vibrazioni del Sistema Mano-Braccio per LEVIMAX 550 con CS0 su cemento e con DCS inserito.
Il valore misurato della vibrazione in corrispon-
denza del manico della macchina è di 7,3 m/s2;
La strumentazione impiegata è stata la seguente:
Vibrometro “Lutron Tipo:VB-8201HA matricola: Q258053”
con certicato CE di calibrazione del produttore.
OGGETTO: Pressione Sonora per LEVIMAX 550 con CS0 su cemento e con DCS inserito.
Il valore misurato della pressione sonora in corrisponden-
za della macchina è:
Dati ambiente di misurazione:
Volume ambiente = 240 m3
Tensione di prova = 230V 50 Hz
Rumorosità di fondo = 51,8dB(A)
Temperatura ambiente = 28,9 °C
Umidità relativa = 56%

-Valore medio dei rilievi di cinque punti con fonometro a
un metro 85 dB(A)
-Valore medio dei rilievi di quattro punti con fonometro
a due metri 83 dB(A)
La strumentazione impiegata è stata la seguente:
-Fonometro “Arroweld tipo 1352° mat. 060302316” stan-
dard applicativo IEC651 Type2, ANSI S1.4 Type2
-Calibratore ”Arroweld tipo 1356 mat. 031101344” utiliz-
zato prima e dopo ogni serie di misure.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
TARGHETTA DI IDENTIFICAZIONE
La macchina è provvista di una Targhetta di Identicazio-
ne. Assicurati che la macchina ne sia provvista, in caso
contrario avverti immediatamente il costruttore e/o
rivenditore. Gli apparecchi sprovvisti di targhetta non
devono essere usati, pena la decadenza di ogni respon-
sabilità da parte del costruttore. I prodotti sprovvisti di
targhetta devono essere ritenuti anonimi e potenzial-
mente pericolosi.
OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
ISTRUZIONI PER IL COLLEGAMENTO ALLA PRESA DI CORRENTE
Accertati di avere la corretta frequenza e il giusto vol-
taggio prima di collegare la spina alla prese di corren-
te. Controlla quanto indicato sulla Targhetta di identi-
cazione della macchina. Questa macchina è dotata di
un approvato cavo elettrico a tre li. Il lo giallo ( o
giallo-verde ) è quello di messa a terra. La macchina
deve essere collegata a una regolare presa di corrente
che abbia massa a terra.
ATTENZIONE: La presa di corrente deve avere la massa
a terra. ATTENZIONE: Il non rispetto di quanto sopra,

libera il costruttore da ogni responsabilità. Chiunque
usa la macchina deve accertarsi che tutte le dispo-
sizioni di legge e/o i permessi relativi all’uso siano
rispettati. L’operatore deve anche accertarsi delle
condizioni di sicurezza come: a) sistema elettrico suf-
ciente b) assenza di esplosivi, polveri inammabili o
corrosivi.
ATTENZIONE: Non tagliare la spina. Non usare
adattatori. Qualora necessita cambiare la spina essa
deve essere sostituita a mezzo di un operatore qua-
licato.
ATTENZIONE: Se hai un cavo elettrico o una spina bru-
ciata, consumata, tagliata o danneggiata, sostituiscila
per mezzo di personale qualicato.
PROLUNGHE - UTILIZZARE cavi elettrici tipo H07RN8-
F TRIPOLARI: CAVO 3G4 Lunghezza MAX: 50 m
OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
REGOLAZIONE INCLINAZIONE MANICO
Estraendo il perno (1), il manico può essere posizio-
nato all’altezza ed inclinazione desiderata dall’opera-
tore. Assicurarsi che il perno sia ben inserito prima di
iniziare a operare.
PANNELLO DI CONTROLLO
ACCENSIONE DELLA MACCHINA
Accendere la macchina unicamente servendosi dell’in-
terruttore, mai togliendo o inserendo la spina. Mai ti-
rare il cavo elettrico per spegnere o staccare la cor-
rente. Mai spingere sul cavo per inlarlo nella presa
elettrica.
INTERRUTTORE DI SICUREZZA: Per accendere la mac-
china bisogna accedere al pulsante verde (2) posto
sotto lo sportello Fungo. Lo sportello appena lasciato
torna nella posizione di emergenza, per spegnere la
macchina premere il fungo. (3)
ONLY VARIABLE SPEED MANOPOLA REGOLAZIONE
VELOCITA: La manopola indicata con (4) regola la ve-
locita di rotazione della levigatrice.
MONTAGGIO UTENSILI
PORTAUTENSILI: Il portautensili (9) è costituito da un
disco con 6 sedi (11) che trasferiscono il moto a tutti i
tipi di utensile che può montare la macchina. N.B. Per
alzare la macchina si consiglia di regolare il manico
nella posizione più alta.
AVVERTIMENTO: Prima di effettuare le operazioni di
seguito descritte si deve staccare la presa di corrente
dalla rete di distribuzione
PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA: Benché la macchina è si-
gillata ermeticamente si sconsiglia il lavaggio della
stessa con idropulitrici.
INGRASSAGGIO: Dopo aver sollevato la macchina,
iniettare il grasso tramite gli ingrassini come mostrato
in gura.

triggers. Use the main handle.

the cord. Grasp the plug not the cord. Electrocution
could occur if you handle the plug or appliance with

electric supply outlet.

or to climb on could result in injury to the operator or

Pay extremely close attention if it is necessary to use
the machine near children. Keep the machine out of
reach of children and/or animals.
WARNING: Moving parts of this machine can cause in-
jury and/or damage. KEEP hands, feet, loose clothing,
hair, fingers, and all parts of the body away from ma-
chine openings and moving parts.
DANGER: The machine may ‘short-out’ or -burn-out’
if openings and/or cooling vents are blocked. DO NOT
put any object into the openings. DO NOT use with
wet hands. DO NOT handle plug or appliance with wet
hands.

proved by the manufacturer. The use of other tools may
cause detachments and cause damage to persons and/
or things.
WARNING: make sure that the tools are correctly in-
serted and fully tightened or well screwed. The incor-
rect tool mount can cause damage to persons and/or
things.
WARNING: Injury could occur to the operator and/
or damage to the machine could occur when cleaning
stairs, unless extra caution is used . Use extra caution
when cleaning stairs or difficult areas.
WARNING: DO NOT use the machine upside down. The
dust or the water could go inside the machine and cause
electrocution.
WARNING: If the machine has dust bag and/or filter,
injury could occur to the operator or the machine if
used without dust bag and/or filters. DO NOT use the
machine without its proper dust bag and/or filters in
place.
WARNING: make sure that there are no protrusions or
sharp metal discontinuities, heterogeneous material on
the surface. In this case remove before working with
the machine, in order to avoid that the machine jumps
causing injury to the operator, other people or things.
Work at a safe distance from iron pillar stands or any
other rough edges.
WARNING: If you observe functional abnormalities and
unusual noises stop and put the machine in safety??

THE MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE HELD RESPON-
SIBLE for any damage/injury caused to persons or
property, because of the incorrect use of the ma-
chine or due to procedures being used which are not
specified in this instruction manual.
SERVICE AND REPAIRS MUST BE carried out by qual-

and repairs are performed on a unit that is not prop-

the power supply before attempting any mainte-
nance or service.
THE USE OF THE MACHINE for anything not specified
in this manual may be dangerous and must be avoid-
ed. The manufacturer is not liable to any responsi-
bility if the machine is used for purposes other than
those specified in this manual.
TUBES AND ACCESSORIES should be kept away from
the body, especially delicate areas such as the eyes,
ears and mouth.
DANGER: If the machine has paper and/or fabric fil-
ters, do not use the machine without these filters
properly installed. In proper use and lack of filters
may result in injury to the operator or damage to the
machine and property.
DO NOT LEAVE the equipment unattended whilst in use.
DANGER: the machine is intended for professional
use and must only be used by trained personnel.
SHOULD EXTENSION CABLE be used, ensure that the
cable rating is suitable for use with the equipment.
DANGER: When using the equipment always ensure
that all necessary precautions are taken to guaran-
tee the safety of the operator and any other person
who may be affected. When necessary:
• use protective clothing such as safety glasses,
gloves, non-slip footwear, respiratory mask when
working in dusty and/or unventilated areas, ear pro-
tection.
INTENDED USE
MACHINE’S USE
The machine is intended for preparing or grinding at/
levelled surfaces or a <2% slope. For preparation we
mean a rough sanding of the surface, made in order to
have a at oor but with a marked roughness.
For grinding we mean the process that starts from the
initial roughing untill the polishing. The roughing is
performed with aggressive tools and aims to remove
the material needed to get this surface, further steps
are made with less aggressive tools (gradually ner
grits). These steps are meant to decrease the surface
roughness in order to obtain the mechanical polish of
the surface. Everything can be performed dry or with
water or by combining dry steps with wet steps (for
further information refer to specic courses organized
by the manufacturer).
For surfaces we mean at horizontal surfaces made of
sufciently hard stone.
ESTIMATED PRODUCTION
The LEVIMAX 550 is recommended for oors from 50
to 2000 m2; for surfaces of 10,000 m2or 20,000 m2the machine is equally performing but requires greater processing times than using a larger machine.
Operating mode of the machine
The machine in question has an operation with direc-
tion of the same hand. The command is always given
to an operator with vocational training. The operator
must position himself and be at a distance in order to
keep under control the space around the work area

Intervention procedures
During all phases, in case of danger the operator must
stop the machine simply by pressing the emergency but-
ton (red mushroom) on the keypad, located on the han-
dle. During maintenance or tool change it is mandatory
to disconnect the machine’s power source. Avoid the in-
termediate positions since it is unstable. In case it is nec-
essary to work in intermediate positions it is required to
ensure the machine with racks etc.
Operator features
This is a machine for professional use for which the
operator that is working it must be a professional in
the eld. Should carefully read the instruction booklet
before using the machine and attend a training course.
Although the machine is easy to use it needs an operator
who has been trained by the employer.
PREDICTABLE INCORRECT USE
Do not run the Planetarium while the machine in trans-
port position. Disconnect the power source when chang-
ing tools. Do not use the machine as a mole. Do not use
the machine as a forklift. Use the machine only with orig-
inal tooling or specically approved by the manufacturer.
Use the machine only for indicated materials and in the
presence of singularities (iron rods, drain covers, resin
insertion etc) remove. Do not stop the machine by pull-
ing the power source you risk electric shock, rst switch
off the machine using the appropriate way.

Stone materials in general, concrete.
VIBRATION AND SOUND LEVEL
SUBJECT: Hand –Arm Vibration system for LEVIMAX 550 with CS0 on concrete and DCS entered.
The measured value of the vibration on the handle of the
machine is 7,3 m/s2;
The instrumentation used was the follows:

ufacturer.

standard application IEC651 Type2, ANSI S1.4 Type2
-Calibrator ”Arroweld tipo 1356 mat. 031101344” used
before and after each series of measurements.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IDENTIFICATION PLATE
This machine holds an Identication Plate. Make sure the
machine has an identication plate, otherwise inform the
manufacturer and/or the dealer immediately. Machines
without plates must not be used and the manufacturer
declines all responsibility for them. Any product without
an identication plate must be considered anonymous
and potentially dangerous.
BEFORE STARTING UP
HOW TO CONNECT POWER SOCKET
Make sure you have the right frequency and voltage
before putting the plug in the power socket. Check in-
structions showed on the machine identication plate.
This machine has an approved three-wire electric cable.
Yellow wire (or yellow-green) is the grounding. This ma-
chine must be connected to a regular power socket with
grounding.
WARNING: Power socket must have grounding.
WARNING: If any of the above or following instructions
are ignored, the manufacturer assumes none of the re-
sponsibility. Any user of this machine must make sure all
provisions of the law and/or permits regarding the use
will be observed.

Operator must also check safety conditions like: a) Suf-
cient power system b) Absence of explosives, inam-
mable or corrosive powders in the vicinity of use.
WARNING: Do not cut the plug. Do not use adaptors.
Only a qualied electrician can replace the plug if
needed. Only a qualied operator can replace burned,
cut or damaged electric cables.
WARNING: Only qualied staff can replace a burned,
cut or damaged electric cable or plug.

STARTING UP
HANDLE ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the pin (1) on the handle and adjust it to the
required height for the worker. Make sure the pin is
securely tightened before starting up.
CONTROL PANEL
STARTING UP
Turn on the machine only by pressing the green bot-
tom (2). Forbidden turn off the machine removing the
plug.
SAFETY SWITCH: In order to turn on the machine,
open the safety switch cover end press the green bot-
tom (2). To turn off the machine press the red bottom
or the red mushroom bottom (3).
TOOLS ASSEMBLY
TOOL HOLDER: Tool holder (porta utensili) (9) is com-
posed by 1 disc with 6 indents, that are used to trans-
fer the movement to all kinds of tools that the ma-
chine can support.
N.B. To lift the machine we recommend to set the
handle in the highest position.
WARNING: Unplug the machine from the power supply
before doing any operation described below.
CLEANING THE MACHINE: Although the machine is
hermetically sealed it is advices to not wash it with
high-pressure water jet machine
GREASING: To facilitate greasing, recline the ma-
chine. Inject grease through the greaser using a greas-
er pump.

Questa macchina è garantita da difetti di costruzione
per il periodo di anni UNO (1) o 600 ore -quello che
scade prima- dalla data di acquisto, se usata e man-
tenuta secondo le istruzioni riportate nel LIBRETTO
DI ISTRUZIONI E MANUTENZIONI MAXIMA SPA. Nessuna
Garanzia è riconosciuta se la macchina viene utiliz-
zata per scopi diversi da quelli indicati nel presente
Libretto di Istruzioni. La garanzia è estesa solo alle
parti originali previsti per l’uso del prodotto. Non sono
coperti da garanzia le normali parti di consumo, qua-
li: cavi elettrici, parti in gomma, tubi, spazzole, parti
elettriche, etc. Qualsiasi difcoltà dovesse svilupparsi
durante l’uso della macchina bisogna:

no effettuati lavori in garanzia se il Certicato di Ga-
ranzia non viene allegato alla macchina da riparare.
3) MAXIMA SPA riparerà la macchina e/o sostituirà i
pezzi difettosi senza nessun addebito in un tempo ra-
gionevole dopo aver ricevuto la macchina.
La RESPONSABILITÀ DEL PRODUTTORE è limitata solo
alla riparazione del prodotto e alla sostituzione dei ri-
cambi ritenuti difettosi. In caso di malfunzionamento
o difetto: a) il produttore non potrà essere ritenuto
responsabile per eventuali lavori non completati. b) al
produttore non potrà essere richiesta nessuna penale
di nessun tipo né altre forme di risarcimento di qual-
siasi genere. Non ci sono altre garanzie oltre a quelle
qui specicate. Non ci sono altre forme di garanzia
che si estendono oltre quelle qui descritte, ne altre
forme di garanzie promesse da rivenditori.
WARRANTY
This machine is guaranteed for one (1) year or 600
hours, whichever expires rst, from the date of pur-
chase, from all defects in materials and workman-
ship under normal use and proper maintenance. The
guarantee is valid only if the machine is operated and
maintained according to the MAXIMA SPA Maintenance
and Operating Instructions. The warranty is void if
aftermarket alterations, changes, or modications
have been made to the equipment or if non-original
or non-approved tooling is used. This guarantee is ex-
tended only to the original purchaser for use of the
product. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts
such as electrical cables, rubber parts, hoses and mo-
tor brushes. If any difculties develop with the ma-
chine you should:

Return the product to the MAXIMA SPA customer assis-
tance department. Transportation charges from and
to the our head ofce must be prepaid by the purchas-
er. A copy of the warranty registration card must be
sent with the machine to be repaired under warranty.
2) MAXIMA SPA will repair the machine and or replace
any defective parts under warranty within a reasona-
ble time after receiving the machine.
3) MAXIMA SPA’S liability under this warranty is limited
only to repairing the product and/or replacement of
parts.
There are no specic warranties other than those
specied herein. There are no guarantees which ex-
tend beyond this description. No warranties, including
but not limited to warranty of merchantability, shall
be implied. In case of a malfunction or defect, the
producer is not responsible for any eventual uncom-
pleted work by the customer.
