wir freuen uns, dass du dich für unser MAXXMEE 2in1 Wärme-Pad entschieden hast.
Mit ihm bist du gegen einen verspannten Nacken oder kalte Füße genauso gut
gerüstet wie gegen nervige Bauchschmerzen. Denn das Wärme-Pad lässt sich entwe-
der komplett ausbreiten oder zusammenfalten, also ganz nach Wunsch als Fuß- oder
Körperwärmer nutzen. Du hast die Wahl zwischen drei verschiedenen Wärmestufen
und die integrierte Abschaltautomatik nach 90 Minuten sorgt für eine jederzeit siche-
re Anwendung.

Informationen zur Gebrauchsanleitung
Lies vor dem ersten Gebrauch des Gerätes diese Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig
durch und bewahre sie für spätere Fragen und weitere Nutzer auf. Sie ist ein Be-
standteil des Gerätes. Hersteller und Importeur übernehmen keine Haftung, wenn
die Angaben in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung nicht beachtet werden.

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßER
GEBRAUCH
■Das Gerät ist zur Erwärmung der
Füße, des Rückens oder Oberkörpers
bestimmt und dient der Entspannung.
Es ist kein Ersatz für eine medizinisch
notwendige Behandlung.
■Das Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch
in Krankenhäusern bestimmt.
■Das Gerät ist für den privaten Ge-
brauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche
Nutzung bestimmt.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig.
■Von der Gewährleistung ausge-
schlossen sind alle Mängel, die durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung, Be-
schädigung oder Reparaturversuche
entstehen. Dies gilt auch für den
normalen Verschleiß.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Kinder jünger als drei Jahre dürfen dieses Gerät nicht
benutzen, da sie unfähig sind, auf eine Überhitzung zu
reagieren.
■Das Gerät darf nicht von jungen Kindern im Alter von über
drei Jahren benutzt werden, es sei denn, die Regel- und/oder
Steuereinheiten sind von einem Elternteil oder einer Aufsichts-
person voreingestellt worden oder das Kind ist ausreichend
eingewiesen worden, wie es die Regel- und/oder Steuerein-
heiten sicher betreibt.
■Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Perso-
nen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des
sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die
daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
■Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
■Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder
durchgeführt werden, es sei denn, sie sind älter als 8 Jahre
und werden beaufsichtigt.
■Das Gerät darf nicht von Personen benutzt werden, die unemp-
findlich gegen Hitze sind und von anderen schutzbedürftigen
Personen, die nicht auf eine Überhitzung reagieren können.

■Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn es nass oder feucht ist. Es
muss vor der Inbetriebnahme vollständig trocken sein.
■Es dürfen keine Sicherheitsnadeln oder anderen spitzen oder
scharfen Gegenstände am Gerät angebracht werden oder
hineingestochen werden.
■Das Gerät und Zubehör vor jeder Inbetriebnahme auf Beschä-
digungen oder Abnutzung überprüfen. Es darf nur benutzt
werden, wenn es unbeschädigt ist und keine Abnutzungser-
scheinungen aufweist.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Wenn das Gerät
oder seine Anschlussleitung beschädigt sind, müssen diese
Komponenten durch den Hersteller, Kundenservice oder eine
ähnlich qualifizierte Person (z. B. Fachwerkstatt) ersetzt bzw.
repariert werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht und vor dem Rei-
nigen stets vom Netz zu trennen.
■Das Gerät immer vollständig abkühlen lassen, bevor es gewa-
schen, zusammengefaltet und / oder verstaut wird.
■Das Gerät locker zusammenlegen, nicht stark zusammendrü-
cken oder knicken, damit die Heizschlaufen nicht beschädigt
werden. Keine Gegenstände, Tiere oder Personen auf das
gefaltete Gerät legen.
■Das Gerät ausschließlich mit der mitgelieferten Steuereinheit
SS02 verwenden.
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räu-
men lagern.
■Das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit betreiben oder
lagern.
■Sicherstellen, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung und die Steuereinheit nicht ins
Wasser fallen oder nass werden kön-
nen. Zudem darf das Gerät während
des Gebrauchs nicht ins Wasser fallen
oder nass werden.
■Sollte das Gerät nass werden oder
ins Wasser fallen während es an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist, sofort
den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen. Erst danach das Gerät aus
dem Wasser herausholen. Niemals
versuchen, es aus dem Wasser zu
ziehen, während es an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist!
■Die Steuereinheit oder die Anschluss-
leitung niemals mit feuchten Händen
berühren, wenn das Gerät an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
■Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn
es eine Fehlfunktion hatte oder die
Steuereinheit bzw. die Anschluss-
leitung ins Wasser gefallen ist, um

Gefährdungen zu vermeiden. Vor
erneuter Inbetriebnahme in einer
Fachwerkstatt überprüfen lassen.
Warnung – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät und Zubehör von Feuer
und anderen Hitzequellen fernhalten.
■Keine brennbaren oder leicht schmel-
zende Materialien auf oder in das
Gerät legen.
WARNUNG – Verletzungs-
gefahr
■Das Verpackungsmaterial von
Kindern und Tieren fernhalten. Es
besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
■Sicherstellen, dass die Anschluss-
leitung stets außer Reichweite von
jungen Kindern und Tieren ist. Es
besteht Strangulationsgefahr.
■Säuglinge sowie schlafende oder
bewusstlose Personen dürfen nicht
auf das Gerät gelegt werden.
■Das Gerät nur verwenden, wenn kei-
ne physischen Krankheiten oder Ge-
brechen vorliegen! Bei Unsicherheit,
ob das Gerät benutzt werden darf,
Rücksprache mit einem Arzt halten.
■Menschen mit Herzschrittmacher dür-
fen das Gerät nur nach Rücksprache
mit einem Arzt anwenden.
■Schwangere oder frisch Entbundene
sollten das Gerät nicht bzw. nur nach
Rücksprache mit ihrem Arzt benutzen.
■Das Gerät nicht auf Verletzungen,
Schwellungen, Hautreizungen,
entzündeten Hautpartien, Warzen,
Pilzinfektionen, krankhaften Haut-
veränderungen oder gefühllosen
Körperstellen benutzen.
■Das Gerät sofort ausschalten, wenn
während des Gebrauchs Schmerzen
verspürt werden oder ein unwohles
Gefühl auftritt.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Das Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen,
wenn ein Fehler auftritt oder bei
einem Gewitter.
■Beim Trennen des Gerätes vom
Stromnetz immer am Netzstecker und
nicht am Netzkabel ziehen.
■Das Gerät niemals am Netzkabel
ziehen oder tragen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile des
Herstellers verwenden, um die
Funktionsweise des Gerätes nicht
zu beeinträchtigen und eventuelle
Schäden zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät bei Raumtemperatur be-
nutzen und lagern, keinen extremen
Temperaturen, Temperaturschwan-
kungen aussetzen. Die Steuereinheit
vor Stößen schützen.
■Die Anschlussleitung und Steuerein-
heit nicht mit einem anderen Gerät
verwenden.

BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmä-
ßig installierte Steckdose anschließen.
Die Steckdose muss auch nach dem
Anschließen gut zugänglich sein,
damit die Netzverbindung schnell
getrennt werden kann. Die Netzspan-
nung muss mit dem Typenschild der
Steuereinheit übereinstimmen.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlusslei-
tung nicht gequetscht, geknickt oder
über scharfe Kanten gelegt wird und
nicht mit heißen Flächen in Berüh-
rung kommt.
■Die Anschlussleitung und die Steu-
ereinheit während des Betriebes
nicht auf oder unter dem Wärme-Pad
platzieren.
1. Die Anschlussleitung in die Buchse(2)
am Wärme-Pad(3) stecken.
2. Den Netzstecker an eine Steckdose
anschließen.
3. Das Wärme-Pad entweder zum Fuß-
oder Handwärmer machen, indem
die Knöpfe geschlossen werden
(Bild B und C). Oder mit geöffneten
Knöpfen in den Rücken, auf den
Bauch oder auf die Beine legen (Bild
D und E).
4. Um das Gerät einzuschalten, den
Schieberegler(6) auf der Steuerein-
heit (1) auf die gewünschte Heizstufe
schieben. Das Display(7) leuchtet auf
und zeigt die gewählte Heizstufe an.
 Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 90
Minuten automatisch aus.
5. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, den
Schieberegler auf die Position 0
schieben. Das Display schaltet sich
aus.
 Wird das Wärme-Pad im Bett
verwendet, empfehlen wir, es vor
dem Einschlafen auszuschalten.
6. Wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist,
den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen.
7. Die Anschlussleitung vom Gerät
trennen.
8. Das Gerät abkühlen lassen, bevor es
verstaut bzw. gewaschen wird.
PFLEGE UND
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Beachten!
■Das Wärme-Pad nicht in der Wasch-
maschine waschen!
■Keinen Weichspüler verwenden!
■Das Wärme-Pad darf nur luftgetrock-
net werden! Niemals auf ein Heiz-
gerät oder eine Heizung legen oder
zum Trocknen einschalten.
■Die Anschlussleitung nicht um die
Steuereinheit oder das Wärme-Pad
wickeln.
• Das Wärme-Pad(3) (ohne die An-
schlussleitung!) separat oder mit
gleichen Farben in lauwarmem oder
warmem Wasser per Hand waschen.
• Das Wärme-Pad vollständig trocknen
lassen, bevor es erneut verwendet
wird.
• Die Steuereinheit(1) und die An-
schlussleitung bei Bedarf mit einem
feuchten Tuch abwischen. An-
schließend mit einem weichen Tuch
abtrocknen.
• Das Wärme-Pad beim Verstauen nicht
stark zusammendrücken und keine
Gewalt anwenden. Die Heizschlaufen
könnten beschädigt werden.

• Für Kinder und Tiere unzugänglich an
einem vor Sonne geschützten, trocke-
nen Ort aufbewahren.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Prob-
lem selbst behoben werden kann. Lässt
sich mit den nachfolgenden Schritten
das Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenser-
vice kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht.
Die Anschlussleitung ist nicht richtig mit
der Buchse(2) verbunden.
►Den Sitz korrigieren.
Der Netzstecker steckt nicht richtig in
der Steckdose.
►Den Sitz des Netzsteckers korrigieren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose probieren.
Es ist keine Netzspannung vorhanden.
►Die Sicherung des elektrischen Ver-
teilers (Sicherungskasten) überprüfen.
Der Schieberegler(6) wurde nicht (rich-
tig) auf eine der Heizstufen geschoben.
►Den Schieberegler (erneut) auf die
gewünschte Heizstufe schieben.
Der Überhitzungsschutz wurde aktiviert.
►Das Gerät abkühlen lassen und
erneut einschalten.
ENTSORGUNG
Das Verpackungsmaterial um-
weltgerecht entsorgen und der
Wertstoffsammlung zuführen.
Dieses Gerät unterliegt der euro-
päischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU für
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
(WEEE). Dieses Gerät nicht als
normalen Hausmüll, sondern um-
weltgerecht über einen behördlich
zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb
entsorgen.

We are delighted that you have chosen our MAXXMEE 2in1 heating pad.
It allows you to tackle a stiff neck or cold feet just as well as annoying stomach pains.
This is because the heating pad can either be fully spread out or folded up, so can
be used as a foot warmer or body warmer as you wish. You can choose from three
different heat levels, and the integrated automatic switch-off function after 90 minutes
means it is safe to use at all times.

Before using the device for the first time, please read through these operating in-
structions carefully and keep them for future reference and other users. They form an
integral part of the device. The manufacturer and importer do not accept any liability if
the information in these operating instructions is not complied with.

INTENDED USE
■The device is intended to be used for
warming up the feet, back or upper
body and is used for relaxation. It is
not a substitute for medically required
treatment.
■The device is not designed for use in
hospitals.
■The device is for personal use only
and is not intended for commercial
applications.
■Use the device only for the specified
purpose and as described in the
operating instructions. Any other use
is deemed to be improper.
■The warranty does not cover faults
caused by incorrect handling, damage
or attempted repairs. The same ap-
plies to normal wear and tear.
SAFETY NOTICES
Children younger than three years of age must not use
this device as they are unable to react to overheating.
■The device must not be used by young children over three
years of age, unless the regulation and / or control units have
been preset by a parent or guardian or the child has been
sufficiently briefed on how to operate the regulation and / or
control units safely.
■This device may be used by children aged 8 and over and by
people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or a
lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised or
have received instruction on how to use the device safely and
have understood the dangers resulting from failure to comply
with the relevant safety precautions.
■Children must not play with the device.
■Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children, unless they are older than 8 years of age and are
supervised.
■The device may not be used by people who are insensitive to
heat or by other vulnerable people who are unable to react to
overheating.
■Do not use the device if it is wet or damp. It must be com-
pletely dry before it is used.
■No safety pins or other sharp or pointed objects may be at-
tached to the device or inserted into it.

■Always check the device and accessories for damage or wear
before putting them into operation. It may only be used if it is
undamaged and does not display any signs of wear and tear.
■Do not make any modifications to the device. If the device or
its connecting cable are damaged, these components must
be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, customer ser-
vice department or a similarly qualified person (e.g. specialist
workshop) in order to avoid any hazards.
■The device must always be disconnected from the mains pow-
er when left unattended and before cleaning it.
■Always allow the device to cool down completely before it is
washed, folded up and / or stored away.
■Fold up the device loosely, do not press it together firmly or
bend it to ensure that the heating loops are not damaged. Do
not place any objects, animals or people on the folded device.
■Use the device only with the SS02 control unit that is supplied
with it.
DANGER – Danger of Electric
Shock
■Store the device only in closed rooms.
■Do not operate or store the device in
rooms with high humidity.
■Ensure that the connecting cable
and the control unit cannot fall into
water or become wet. In addition,
the device must not fall into water or
become wet during use.
■If the device becomes wet or falls
into water while it is connected to
the mains power, pull the mains plug
out of the plug socket immediately.
Only after this should you retrieve the
device from the water. Never attempt
to pull it out of the water while it is
connected to the mains power!
■Never touch the control unit or the
connecting cable with wet hands
when the device is connected to the
mains power.
■Do not use the device if it has mal-
functioned or the control unit or the
connecting cable has been dropped
into water to avoid any hazards. Have
it checked in a specialist workshop
before using it again.
Warning – Danger of Fire
■Keep the device and accessories away
from fire and other heat sources.
■Do not place any combustible or
easily melting materials on or in the
device.
WARNING – Danger of Injury
■Keep the packaging material away
from children and animals. There is a
danger of suffocation!
■Make sure that the connecting cable
is always kept out of the reach of
young children and animals. There is a
danger of strangulation.

■Babies and sleeping or unconscious
people must not be placed on the
device.
■Only use the device if you have no
physical illnesses or ailments! If you
are unsure whether the device may be
used, consult a doctor.
■People with a pacemaker may use the
device only after consultation with
their doctor.
■Pregnant women or those who have
recently given birth should not use
the device, or should use it only after
consultation with their doctor.
■Do not use the device on injuries,
swelling, skin irritations, infected skin,
warts, fungal infections, abnormal
changes in the skin or body parts with
no feeling.
■Switch off the device immediately if
you experience pain or feel unwell
during use.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Materi-
al and Property
■Disconnect the device from the mains
power if a fault occurs or in a thunder-
storm.
■When you disconnect the device
from the mains power, always pull on
the mains plug and never the mains
cable.
■Never pull or carry the device by the
mains cable.
■Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and
to avoid possible damage.
■Use and store the device at room
temperature, do not expose it to
extreme temperatures or temperature
fluctuations. Protect the control unit
from any impacts.
■Do not use the connecting cable or
control unit with another device.
USE
Please Note!
■Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed. The
plug socket must also be readily
accessible after connection so that the
connection to the mains can quickly
be isolated. The mains voltage must
match the rating plate of the control
unit.
■Make sure that the connecting cable
does not present a trip hazard.
■Make sure that the connecting cable
is not squashed, bent or laid over
sharp edges and does not come into
contact with hot surfaces.
■Do not place the connecting cable
or the control unit on or beneath the
heating pad during operation.
1. Plug the connecting cable into the
socket(2) on the heating pad(3).
2. Connect the mains plug to a plug
socket.
3. Turn the heating pad either into a foot
warmer or a hand warmer by closing
the buttons (Picture B and C). Or place
it on your back, stomach or legs with
the buttons open (Picture D and E).
4. To switch on the device, slide the
slide control(6) on the control unit(1)
to the heat level you want. The
display(7) lights up and shows the
chosen heat level.
 The device switches off automati-
cally after 90 minutes.
5. To switch off the device, slide the
slide control to the 0position. The
display switches off.
 If the heating pad is used in bed,
we recommend switching it off
before you go to sleep.

6. When the device is switched off, pull
the mains plug out of the plug socket.
7. Disconnect the connecting cable from
the device.
8. Allow the device to cool down before
it is stored away or washed.
CARE AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■Do not wash the heating pad in the
washing machine!
■Do not use fabric softener!
■The heating pad may only be dried in
the air! Never place it on a heater or
radiator or switch it on to dry.
■Do not wind the connecting cable
around the control unit or the heating
pad.
• Wash the heating pad(3) (without the
connecting cable!) separately or with
similar colours by hand in lukewarm or
warm water.
• Allow the heating pad to dry com-
pletely before using it again.
• Wipe down the control unit(1) and
the connecting cablewith a damp
cloth if necessary. Then dry with a soft
cloth.
• When storing it away, do not press
the heating pad together too firmly
and do not use any force. The heating
loops could be damaged.
• Store the device in a dry place which
is protected from sunlight and is not
accessible to children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The connecting cableis not connected to
the socket(2) correctly.
►Correct the fit.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
►Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►Check the fuse of the electrical dis-
tributor (fuse box).
The slide control(6)was not slid (correct-
ly) to one of the heat levels.
►Slide the slide control (again) to the
heat level you want.
The overheating protection has been
activated.
►Allow the device to cool down and
switch it on again.
