Trouble-shoo� ng: No Outlet Gas
If pressure is good:
McDantim, Inc.There are
no user-serviceable parts within the panel. Anything done to the internal parts will aff ect the blend
and void the warranty.

Trumix®Gas Blender Panel
Installaon Instrucons
Use primary regulators on your
gas source suitable for your
panel specicaons.
Example: If your inlet pressure
label states “Min. inlet pressure
55 psi” then you must provide at
least 55 psi to the Blender Panel.
1. Use thread sealant.
2. Do not remove ngs.
3. Use back-up wrenches.
Plug & Play In Line Leak Indicator Installaon Instrucons (ILLI)
(may not be included - can be purchased using part # MV098)
1. Remove vinyl caps from stand pipes and slide into female compression ngs that are installed on the McDanm Trumix® panel.
2. Tighten the compression ngs nger ght to hold the ILLI in place and screw mounng bracket securely to the wall.
3. Re-check that ngs are nger ght and then turn both compression ng hex nuts another three quarters of a turn (14 mm size).
4. Once the ILLI is installed, hook up the inlet gases to the installed hose barbs and bring the panel up to pressure
with the outlet ball valves closed.
Note: At this point you should not see any leaks by referencing the indicator,
if you do see a leak you may need to ghten the compression ngs further.

The picture to the right is of a Trumix®Double . The
Trumix®Single will have only one outlet assembly,
which is on the right-hand side.

Installaon Instrucons
Step 1: Determine the best locaon for the blender! Please consider the following:
A) Selectalocaonthatminimizesthechanceofaccidentaldamagetotheblender.
B) Selectalocaonasnearasispraccaltoboththesupplysourcesandthesuppliedequipment.
C) Selectalocaonallowingconvenientaccesstotheshutovalveforservicing.
D) Mountpanelinaweather-proofareaonly.
Step 2: Mount panel to wall!
Step 3: Hook up gas supply and outlet!
A) Useonlythegasesshownonthepanellabel(s).
B) Makesureyouaresupplyingthepanelwithclean,drygasesthatarebetweentheminimumandmaximumpressuresas
indicatedonthepanellabel.
C) Turnshut-ovalve(s)onpaneltotheoposion.
D) Makesurethetubingfromthegassourcesiscompablewiththengsonthepanel.

E) Installappropriatetubingadaptorsintheinletngs.Besuretousethreadsealantandback-upwrenches.Connect
gasessupplylinestoinletngs.
F) Conrmthatyoursystemandrelatedequipmentissafeandreadyforpressurizedmixedgas.
G) Connectmixedgassupplytubetomixedgasoutletng.
H) Turnonthesupplygasesandchecksupplysystemandngsforleaks.
I) Adjustoutletpressureregulatortodesiredoutletpressure.ReadoutletpressureonOutletPressureGauge.
J) Openmixedgassupplyshutovalveandchecksystemforleaks.

3) SomengsonthepaneldonothavestandardUSthreads,andshouldnotberemovedwithoutcheckingwith
McDantim, Inc.!
4) NEVER EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED PRESSURES FOR ANY PART OF YOUR SYSTEM!
Adjusng the outlet pressure.
1) Closeshut-ovalve.Thisallowsyoutoreadpressurechangesquickly.
2) Pullouttheadjusngstemofregulator.
3) Readpressureonpressuregauge.
4) Adjustpressure.Increasebyturningclockwise.Note:Whendecreasingpressure,alwaysreducepressuretobelowthe
desiredlevelandthenincreasetodesiredseng.
5) Pushinadjusngstemofregulatortolock.
6) Openshut-ovalve.
Trouble-shoong: No Outlet Gas
1) Closeshut-ovalve.Checkpressureonpressuregauge.Ifpressureisloworzero,check:
a) Outletregulatorforadjustment.(See“Adjusngtheoutletpressure”above.)
b) Bothsupplygases.(Oneorbothcouldbeempty,turnedooroutofadjustment.)
c) Forblockageofeithersupplylineorforaclosedvalvewithinthesupplysystem.(Theblendershutsoifeither
supplygasisunavailable.)
If pressure is good:
d) Openshut-ovalvecompletely.
2) Ifyouconnuetohavenogas,closeshut-ovalve,removetubingfromoutlet,openshut-ovalveandcheckforgas
ow.
3) Ifyousllhavenosupplygas,callMcDantim, Inc.oryourgassupplierorserviceperson.There are no user-
serviceable parts within the panel. Anything done to the internal parts will aect the blend and void the warranty.

Warranty not valid outside the Connental USA
If the mechanics of this product are found to be defecve in materials or workmanship within
ve years from the date of purchase, McDantim, Inc. will repair or replace, at its opon, the
defecve product or component part. If for any reason the original purchaser is unsased with the
performance of this product, McDantim, Inc. will, at the purchaser’s opon, replace the product or
refund the original sale price upon return of this product to McDantim, Inc. Please retain receipt
for proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty service or claim. Your receipt is
your warranty card.
LIMITED WARRANTY
McDantim, Inc. warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service for ve years from date of sale. The obligaon of McDantim, Inc. under this
warranty is limited to the replacement of defecve parts. Noce of defecve parts must be submied
to McDantim, Inc. within ve year and 15 days of date of sale. This warranty does not cover
shipping, handling, or freight charges.

WARRANTY IS INVALID IF PURCHASER FAILS TO PROPERLY OPERATE AND/OR MAINTAIN THE
