Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to MEC !
With this new Clean Air System you breathe cleaner air. For the best results,
place the Clean Air System in a room where you spend most of your time, e.g.
the living room or bedroom.
Wherever there are people, plants or pets, there are airborne particles that can
affect your well-being, especially if you suffer from allergies. Because of these
particles, the air inside a room may be more polluted than the air in a large city.
Normally, particles are invisible and odorless. Nevertheless they can affect
your health. The Clean Air System reduces the amount of animal dander and
industrial pollutants in the air, and therefore improves the air quality. It also
filters out ultrafine particles larger than 20 nanometers, including bacteria and
some viruses. According to publications of the World Health Organization, the
avian and human influenza viruses and the legionella bacterium are larger
than 20 nanometers
-
Filtration in several stages
The air cleaner has a unique multi-stage filtration system that guarantees
the best air quality:
Stage 1: The pre-filter has been treated with antibacterial substances. It
catches big particles like human hair, pet hair etc.
Stage 2: The multi-filter which adopts organic antibacterial material filters out
small particles and pollen. Also with antibacterial and antifungal functions, it
can eliminate bacteria and fungi.
Stage 3: The high-performance composite HEPA filter with anti-bacterial
coating effectively removes fine dust and cigarette smoke, while the
antibacterial and anti-mould functions of organic antibacterial materials
eliminate germs and mould. According to the publications of the World Heath
Organization, the avian and human influenza viruses and legionella bacterium
are larger than 20 nanometers.
-
Stage 4: Activated carbon filter can effectively absorb formaldehyde, toluene,
volatile organic compounds (VOCs),Ammonia, Acetaldehyde and Acid and
other odors and harmful gases.
.

5
Stage 5: Plasma generator makes use of the ionized plasma to form the
plasma field, where can produces streamer discharge and partial ionization.
During the gas ionization, it will produce large amount of oxygen, OH, active
factor and radicals. Harmful substances in the gas will be decomposed and
oxidized during the ionization discharge and streamer procedure. The bonds
the disinfection and sterilization fundamentally and efficiently sterilize,
degusting,filter out smoke and odors

People with certain health problems (e.g. allergies or asthma) have a greater
need for healthy air. For this reason, the air cleaner allows you to adjust the
sensitivity of the air quality sensor. When it is set to a higher sensitivity level,
the appliance already starts cleaning the air at lower pollution levels to make
the air even cleaner.
There are four sensitivity levels:
Common
Standard
Sensitive
Extra sensitive

Attention: In order to display the air quality in a precise way, we
have divided the air quality(or purity degree) into 32 grades and each will
be displayed by corresponding colors. When the air quality is between
bad and fair(or fair and good), it will display the corresponding grade air
quality color. With the changing of air quality, the air quality indicator will
be changing accordingly. When the air quality changes suddenly, the air
quality indicator will display the change of present color to the target
