Zakaj je priporočljivo uporabljati nosni aspirator za dojenčke?
Dojenčki do prvega leta starosti dihajo samo skozi nos in niso sposobni sami izpihati sluzi.
Izločena sluz v nosku dojenčku otežuje dihanje. Z nosnim aspiratorjem ME126 lahko otroku
pomagate odstranit sluz iz noska. Očiščene in prehodne nosnice omogočajo dojenčku miren
spanec in lažje dojenje.

Čiščenje nosnega aspiratorja
• Po vsaki uporabi razstavite nosni aspirator in ga operite s toplo vodo in milnico.
• Nosni aspirator pospravite.
• Po večkratni uporabi nosnega aspiratorja priporočamo, da priključka ter zbirnik
nosnega izcedka prekuhate.
1. Klasična ustna aspiracija
a) Umijte si roke.
b) Sestavite nosni aspirator in vstavite čist
filter.
c) Otroka položite na previjalno mizo in mu
podložite glavo.
d) Vstavite prosti priključek v usta.
e) Vrh zbirnika nežno vstavite v nosnico.
f) Z vdihom nežno posesajte nosni izcedek v zbiralnik.
g) Postopek po potrebi večkrat ponovite.
h) Postopek ponovite z drugo nosnico.
Predhodno vnašanje fiziološke raztopine v nosnici olajša izločanje in sesanje nosnega
izcedka iz nosu zato priporočamo nakup inhalatorja ME100.
2. Aspiracija s kompresorskim inhalatorjem ME100
a) Umijte si roke.
b) Sestavite nosni aspirator in vstavite čist filter.
c) Otroka položite na previjalno mizo in mu podložite glavo.
d) Iz inhalatorja ME100 odstranite pokrovček.
e) Priklopite prosti priključek na sesalni vhod inhalatorja.
f) Prižgite inhalator s pritiskom stikala v pozicijo 1.
g) Vrh zbirnika nežno vstavite v nosnico ter posesajte izcedek.
h) V kolikor je zbiralnik nosnega izcedka poln ga nadomestite s čistim.
i) Postopek ponovite z drugo nosnico.
j) Po končani aspiraciji zaustavite inhalator ME100 s pritiskom stikala v pozicijo 0.
Predhodno vnašanje fiziološke raztopine v nosnici olajša izločanje in sesanje nosnega
izcedka iz nosu zato priporočamo predhodno uporabo inhalatorja ME100.

Why is it advisable to use a nasal aspirator for babies?
Infants up to one year of age only breathe through nose and they are not able to blow out their
own mucus. Eliminated mucus in the baby nose makes difficulties at breathing. The nasal
aspirators ME126 helps at removing the mucus out from infant nozzle. Clean and transitional
nostrils allow an infant a peaceful sleep and easier breast-feeding.

Cleaning of the nasal aspirator
• After each use of the nasal aspirator ME126, disassemble and wash it with hot water
and soap.
• After use always store already cleaned nasal aspirator.
• If the nasal aspirator is used continuously we recommend that connectors and plastic
containers are boiled in the water.
1. Classical aspiration through the mouth
a) Wash your hands.
b) Assemble the nasal aspirator and insert a new
clean filter.
c) Place the baby on the table and wedges his
head.
d) Place free connector in your mouth.
e) Top of the plastic mucus container gently insert into the nostril.
f) With gentile breath suck baby mucus in to plastic mucus container.
g) The procedure should be repeated several times if necessary.
h) The procedure repeat with the other nostril.
Prior inserting saline solution into the nostrils facilitates secretion and absorption of
mucus, so the purchase of nebulizer ME100 is recommended.
2. Aspiration with help of piston nebulizer ME100
a) Wash your hands.
b) Assemble the nasal aspirator and insert a new clean filter.
c) Place the baby on the table and wedges his head.
d) From the nebulizer ME100 remove filter cap.
e) Connect the free connector on the inlet of the nebulizer ME100.
f) Switch on the nebulizer ME100 by pressing the switch in position'1'.
g)Top of the plastic mucus container gently insert into the nostril..
h)If the mucus container is full replace it with the clean one.
i) The procedure repeat with the other nostril.
j) After the aspiration is finished stop nebulizer ME100 by pressing the switch in
position'0'.
Prior inserting saline solution into the nostrils facilitates secretion and absorption of
mucus, therefore the prior use of nebulizer ME100 is recommended.
