Troubleshooting Guide
Version 2.0
Try replacing the batteries if the pulsers get stuck on one side and
aren’t working correctly. This is usually a low power issue. You can
also try using the device plugged in.
If you have the LED pulsers with the detachable cord and one pulser
isn’t working, try changing the LED pods around to see if the problem
is the cord or the pulser.
If you turn on the device and press play, and the session doesn’t
begin, please check to ensure the pulsers and or headset is plugged
into the correct port. Then check to confirm that one of the buttons for
speed, intensity, or volume is selected, and then press play again.

Troubleshooting Guide
Maintenance
We recommend using a microfiber cloth to dust the
machine to clean the device. You may also use an
antibacterial wipe on the device and pulsers.
To extend the life of your pulsers, it is essential to
know that the life of the wires is directly related to how
much flexing, pulling, and bending your pulser wires
receive. Although we work very hard to make the pulsers
and wires as durable as possible, we cannot
predict how long they will last. Any wire that is handled
regularly will eventually wear out. Pulsers are
considered consumable items, and having spares on
hand is highly recommended.
