General information
Reading and storing the assembly instructions
These assembly instructions accompany this dual arm monitor
desk mount (hereafter referred to as the “product”). They contain
important information about safety, use and care.
Before assembling and using the product, read the assembly
instructions carefully. This particularly applies to the safety instructions.
Failure to follow the instructions in these assembly instructions may result in
personal injury or damage to the product.
Store the assembly instructions for further use. Make sure to include these
assembly instructions when passing the product on to third parties.
Proper use
The product is exclusively designed for mounting monitors complying with
VESA standards and to allow easy adjustment to the position of the monitors.
It is only intended for private household use and not suitable for commercial
purposes.
Only use the product as described in these assembly instructions. Any other
use is considered improper and may result in damage to property or persons.
The product is no children’s toy.
The manufacturer or supplier cannot be held liable for damages or injury
incurred through improper or incorrect use.

This symbol provides you with useful additional information on

hazard with moderate risk, which may
result in death or severe injury if not

Danger of choking and suffocation!
If children swallow small parts or get caught in the packaging,
they may choke or suffocate.
− Keep small parts and packaging wrapper away from children.
− Do not allow children to play with the packaging wrapper.
− Keep children away during assembly. Small parts are
included.

Risk of injury!
Improper use or assembly of the product may result in injury.
− Only competent persons may set up the product.
− Do not exceed the load-bearing capacity of 22 lb (10 kg) per
monitor arm. Otherwise, the product may collapse and
cause injury or damage.
− Make sure that the product is properly installed on a dry,
level, and sufficiently strong work surface to support the
weight of the product and the monitors. Do not mount on
glass surfaces.

− The safety of the product can only be ensured if it has
been properly assembled and all connections have been
secured.
− Children must not play with the product. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be performed by unsupervised
children.
− Be aware of where you hold the product when adjusting
the position of the product as there is a risk of fingers
becoming jammed between movable parts.
− Always distribute the weight of the monitors evenly on the
product so that the product cannot overturn.

Improper handling of the product may result in damage.
− It is recommended that at least two adults assemble the
product and mount the monitors to avoid damage.
− When handling the monitors during assembly, cover the
screen with a towel to avoid scratching the screen.
− Never expose the product to high temperatures (heaters,
etc.) or to the effects of the weather (rain, etc.).
− Never attempt to clean the product by immersing it in
water and do not use a steam cleaner to clean it.
− Do not overtighten the bolts as this will add unnecessary
stress on the product.
− Always detach the monitors from the product before
moving the product to another location.
− Stop using the product if its plastic parts exhibit cracks or
breaks or are deformed. Only replace damaged parts with
corresponding original spare parts.
− Be aware of the cables when adjusting the positon of the
monitors to avoid stretching or pinching of cables.
− Only use the product indoors. Do not use the product in
damp rooms or in the rain as exposed metal parts may rust.

Checking the product and package contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a
sharp knife or other pointed object, you may quickly damage
the product.
− For this reason, be very careful when opening it.
1. Take the individual parts of the product out of the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that all parts are included (see Fig.A andB).
3. Check whether the individual parts of the product exhibit damage. If this
is the case, do not assemble or use the product. Contact the manufacturer
via the service address specified on the warranty card.
Basic cleaning
− Remove the packaging material and all plastic wrappings.
− Clean all parts of the product before first use as described in the chapter
“Cleaning”.

1 Checking the back of the monitor

1. Make sure the monitor is compatible with the VESA plate 3.Check the
back of the monitor for the VESA bolt holes 10 that are either 100×100 mm
or 75×75 mm apart.
2. If there is a base attached to the monitor already, remove it according to
the manufacturer’s instructions. Be careful not to scratch the screen.

− Secure the support pole 4to the clamp bracket 5with 3 M6×20 mm
bolts 11 using the 4×4 Hex key 18 .

1. Push out the center of each self-adhesive anti-slip pad 7.
2. Peel off the backing paper and apply an anti-slip pad onto the top part
of each clamp screw handle 6.

The clamp screw handles 6can be set in 3 different positions to accommodate
desks of different thicknesses (20–100 mm).
1. Attach the clamp screw handles in the position most suitable for the
thickness of the desk at the intended installation location.
2. Secure the clamp screw handles to the clamp bracket 5with 2 M6×10
mm bolts 12 using the 4×4 Hex key 18 .

5 Securing the product to the desk

− Slot the clamp into the desk so that the back of the clamp is flush with the
edge of the desk. Rotate both clamp screw handles 6to tighten the
product to the desk. Do not overly tighten to avoid damage to the desk.
Do not mount on glass surfaces.

1. Slide the monitor arm 1down the support pole 4to the desired
height.
2. Push the locking handle 2up to fix the monitor arm in place.
3. Use the 3×3 Hex key 19 to tighten the locking screw 16 to further secure
the montior arm.

− Pull the sides of the cable clips 8slightly apart and put them onto the
monitor arm 1. Be careful not to pull the clips too wide as this may lead
to damage.

− Join together the 2 parts of the support pole cover 9and insert it into the
top of the support pole 4.

1. For each monitor, use a Phillips-head screwdriver (not included) 20 to screw
in either 2 M4×12 mm bolts 14 or 2 M5×12 mm bolts 13 with washers 15
into the top two VESA bolt holes 10 . Do not screw the bolts all the way in.
2. Slide these 2 bolts into the 2 openings at the top of the VESA plate 3.
3. Insert 2 more bolts with washers through the VESA plate into the bottom
2 VESA bolt holes and tighten them fully. Return to the top 2 bolts and
tighten fully as well.
Note: Increase the washers for the specific needs of your monitor, if necessary.
Step 9.2: For 75×75 mm VESA bolt holes

− For each monitor, insert either 4 M4×12 mm bolts 14 or 4 M5×12 mm bolts 13
with washers 15 through the VESA plate 3into the VESA bolt 10 holes.
Use a Phillips-head screwdriver (not included) 20 to tighten all bolts fully.

− Move the monitor arm 1at the joints to adjust the monitor to the desired
position.
− Use the 5×5 Hex key 17 to adjust the tilt of the monitor. Loosen the bolt to
angle the monitor up or down and then re-tighten the bolt after setting the
monitor at the desired position.

− Feed the cables from the monitors through the openings in the support
pole 4and tuck them into the cable clips 8to keep the cables tidy
and out of sight.
NOTE: Leave some slack in the cables to allow the product to move smoothly
when making adjustments to the position of the monitor.

Improper handling of the product may result in damage to
the product.
− Do not use any abrasive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as
knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the
surfaces.
1. Wipe off the product with a damp cloth.
2. Then let all parts dry completely.
Maintenance
Regularly check that the product is securely attached to the desk. Re-tighten
the clamp screw handles 6when necessary. If the product is loose, there is
a risk that the product may fall leading to damage or injury.
Storage
1. Unscrew the bolts at the back of the monitors and remove the monitors
from the product.
2. Loosen the clamp screw handles 6and detach the product from the desk.
− Always store the product in a dry area.
− Protect the product from direct sunlight.
− Store the product so that it is not accessible to children.

Disposal
Disposing of the packaging
− Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of paperboard and
cardboard with the recycled paper service and wrappings with the
appropriate collection service.
Disposing of the product
− Should the product no longer be capable of being used at some point in
time, dispose of it in accordance with the regulations in force in your
city or state.
− Please ensure your recycling information applies to local regulations and
the EPA recommendations (www.epa.gov).
