ASSEMBLY & OPPERATION
DETACH THE CASING FROM THE MACHINE BASE BY TURNING COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
CENTER AND SNAP THE COUPLER BASE INTO THE “O” RING.
THE COUPLER SHOULD BE CENTERED ON THE BASE OF THE “O” RING.
SCREW NEEDLE ON TO COUPLER AND REMOVE PROTECTIVE SLEEVE.
* BE SURE TO TIGHTEN NEEDLE UNTIL IT WILL TIGHTEN NO FURTHER.
CAREFULLY SLIDE CASING OVER NEEDLE AND SECURELY SCREW TO BASE.
CASING NEEDS TO BE ALIGNED TO THE BASE.
PLACE MACHINE TIP OVER THE NEEDLE AND SLIDE INTO THE CASING.
ADJUST NEEDLE TO DESIRED LENGTH BY MOVING THE TIP IN OR OUT.
IT’S RECOMMENDED NOT TO DIP THE TIP MORE THAN 3MM INTO PIGMENT.
*DO NOT POUR PIGMENT DIRECTLY INTO TIP.
TURN THE DEVICE ON AND MAKE SURE THE NEEDLE RUNS WITH CONSISTENCY.
BE SURE TO REMOVE AND DISPOSE ALL NEEDLE, TIP, COUPLER, AND CASING
(IF NOT AUTOCLAVABLE) AFTER EACH PROCEDURE.

TROUBLESHOOT
Verify that machine is turned on.
Try a dierent power outlet.
Make sure all cords are attached properly.
Try with dierent speed control or adapter.
INCONSISTENT OR NO POWER
Check all components are assembled correctly.
Replace dull needle with a new one.
NEEDLE DOES NOT MOVE OR NEEDLE HESITATES
Check speed control.
Overuse: allow 20 minutes intervals between each use.
MOTOR GETS TOO HOT
If your device does not operate after the above steps have been
taken, please contact your distributor for warranty options.
The Sapphire device is designed for micropigmentation purpose
and for trained professional use only. Neither MEI-CHA or its
aliates assume responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages,
resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use of this product.

WARRANTY

MEI-CHA warrants the Sapphire Elite machine for a period of ONE (1) YEAR and
the Sapphire Pro machine for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS after the original
date of purchase, against defects due to faulty manufacturing or material. If you
discover a defect and notify MEI-CHA during the warranty period, MEI-CHA will
repair or replace the machine free of charge. This warranty will be void if the
machine has undergone repeated dropping, exposure to moisture, or shows
signs of misuse that will comprise its functionality.

Flat shader. Ideal for natural and feathery eect on eyebrows, or to thicken lip liner.
All purpose shader. Ideal for powdery eyebrows, full lip shading, and camouflage procedures.

Round shader. Ideal for dramatic eyeliner, lip shading, and fill in powdery eyebrows.
