We do recommend spending few minutes to read this manual. In it there are its description
and installation advices.
FEATURES
This is an intercommunication telephone special for lifts, provided with all 16 DTMF tone keys
to able programming any automatic emergency call telephone which accepts these tones.
16 DTMF tones: the well-known number keys from ‘0’ to ‘9’, the ‘*’, and the ‘#’ as on all
normal telephone devices,
Plus the keys ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ as new special features.
On the back side of telephone base, there is a ring volume selection switch.
This unit can be used as over table telephone or wall installed
CONTENTS
When opening the box verify all following contents:
Hand set
Hand set wound cable with connectors
Telephone base with key pad
Telephone line cable with connectors
Wall surface connecting RJ-11
User guide (this guide)
CONNECTION
The telephone line connection must be done to the two central cables, usually the red and green
ones of the wall surface connecting RJ-11 base1.
Plug it in the supplied cable to the wall connecting base and to the telephone unit base.
OPERATION
Both for communication and for programming simply lift the handset and proceed to talk or
dialing corresponding keys to the desired DTMF tones.
WALL INSTALLATION
Fit two screws (not supplied) vertically aligned in the wall, with a separation of 10 cm (4’). Leave
the screws not fully tight with 5 mm (0,2’) of height.
Check orientation position of the plastic piece placed just above the ‘B’ key, in order to ensure it
is in the right orientation to hold the hand set. This little plastic piece can be easily slide out of its
place, turn it up-side –down and slide it in again.
