QR Codes for Application:
Power On/Off Function:
- Long press the touch area to power on, with a vibration.
-Switch to the interface of “OFF”, long press the touch area to
power off, with a vibration.
Removal of ActiFit Device From the Band:
Charging:
Put the device horizontally, press the head part of earphone by
your forefinger, clip both sides of the end part of earphone by your
thumb & middle finger. Raise the device in a degree of 45, and you
will take it out. To put it back in the band, Grab the device in a
degree of 45 downward, firstly put the head part of earphone into
the groove, then put the end part down slightly. It shows the
earphone is well fixed with “Click” Sound.
The device uses a magnetic seat for charging. Please take off the
earphone from the band, fix the magnetic sheet of earphone and
seat together then it starts charging.
Wearing Guidance
The best wear position is 1-2 cm behind your wrist, please make
sure to wear the sensor close to wrist skin, in order to get accurate
results.
Application Name is “H Band”
Bluetooth Connection:
1. Turn the device on.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile
3. Scan the QR Code from above or Search H Band in Google Play
Store or App Store, download.
4. After installation, please set your personal information in the
App(For eg: skin color, birthday, height and weight) and sports
goal. Please note it’s necessary to make sure of an accurate
monitoring.

Connecting with Phone:
1. Take off the earphone, switch to the interface of “Bluetooth
earphone”
2. Long press the touch area, so that the Bluetooth of device
could be found.
FAQ:
Q) The App isn’t pairing with the watch.
A) Ensure your mobile’s Bluetooth is enabled and within 5m of the
watch. Also ensure that the watch isn’t paired with another mobile.
Q) Which version of Android or iOS do I need to run the application.
A) The H Band application runs on Android 4.4 or higher and iOS 8.0
and higher.
Q) Why am I not receiving notifications?
A) Ensure your mobile device has granted access for the H Band app
to send notifications and check the watch and device is within the
5m Bluetooth range.
Maintenance:
1.Retain these instructions for future use.
2.Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild soap.
3.Be careful not to turn or twist the cables used in this product too
much as it can lead to malfunction and failure.
4.This product is not designed to be submerged in water and will
malfunction if this occurs.
5.This product has no user serviceable items inside. Do not open
this product as the user risk injury and would void the warranty.
6.Keep unit away from strong magnetic fields to avoid interference
with the product.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings from the smartphone, search
“TB01 Talk” and connect.
4. Open the H band application, click “Settings”->”Device”-”TB01
Talk”->Connect.
5. After successful connection, the time & date of device will be
synced automatically. (after connection with Application, the
main interface will show “ “ icon.
6. Open the H band application, click “Settings”->”Device”-”TB01
Talk”->Connect.
Connecting Earphone of Actifit:
Switch to the Earphone interface from the actifit device, long press
the touch area with vibration,, to see the status of connection. It
takes about 5s for connection.
Attending Call:
When the actifit is fixed in the talkband,
- Please take the actifit out and answer the call
When the actifit is already out of the talkband
- Press the touch are slightly, to answer the call.
- Long press the touch area to hang up while call.
- Put the actifit back to the charge seat will also hang up.
Sleep mode:
The device monitors the sleep automatically. You can check the
history data of sleep, like deep sleep, light sleep, duration of sleep,
wake up times.
Heart Rate:
Click to check the daily heart rate data. The device records the
heart rate every 30 minutes.
