AHDT-01 Tuner does not include the vehicle specific harness or interface
Vehicle specific wire harness
A vehicle specific harness is needed that will plug into he AHDI interface and your OEM radio. You will need to know
what Make/Model/Year your vehicle is to make sure you get the correct vehicle specific harness.
The harnesses are as follows:
AHDH-BM1
For the 1998-2005 BMW’s listed below without factory
installed satellite radio. This harness plugs into the cd
changer plug in the trunk:

•A pair of antenna extensions will also be needed to

prewired for a cd changer. This harness will plug into
the cd changer plug located either in the trunk/hatch
area or the center console. You may use instead of the
AHDH-VW2 the AHDH-VW1 and the AHDH-VWADAPT
plug adapter. This will allow you to use the plug behind
the radio instead of running wires through out the
vehicle.
