Operation Guide
Carefully read this manual in full before using this appliance,
particularly the safety instructions
Operation –Standard Mixer
Connect to the mains supply and switch power on.
Holding the mixer firmly lower the mixer blade into the food mix,
select the desired speed setting and press the switch inwards.
The mixer will operate. To stop operation simply release the
switch.
Operation –Mini Chopper
Place the chopper bowl on a flat table or bench top.
Ensure the chopper blade is fitted to the chopper bowl shaft
correctly. Note. It will only fit in one position with the blade at the
bottom.
Place food item into the chopper bowl.
Remove the standard mixer arm carefully by grasping the main
body of the appliance and turning the mixer arm to the left
carefully.
Attach the chopper bowl lid assembly to the mixer and turn to
the right to lock in place securely.
Place the mixer with the attached chopper bowl lid carefully into
the bowl, locating the drive shaft correctly into the chopper
blade drive socket.
Firmly holding the appliance in one hand and the chopper bowl
in the other select the LOW speed at first and commence
chopping. Select HIGH speed only if required.
Once food item is chopped as required, release the power on
speed switch to turn off the mixer, remove the mixer carefully
from the bowl and switch power off.
WARNING! Do not use the mixer continuously for long periods.
The appliance may overheat. For best use practice use in short
bursts and allow to cool.
Mixer Arm Release
Simply turn the mixer arm left to release and right to lock to the
main motor body. Warning! Always turn off and remove from
the power before removing. Do not touch the moving blades.

Warning! Unattended Appliances
Do not leave any appliance unattended when in use or
connected to the mains power or near children. Always unplug
any appliance when not in use for any length of time.
Safety
For household indoor use only, do not use outdoors. Not for
commercial use.
Warning! This appliance must not be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote control system.
Warning! Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting
blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
Warning!
Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
Do not allow children to use the blender without
supervision
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the mains
supply before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.
Power cord
Do not abuse or damage the supply cord. If for any reason the
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid
hazard. A replaceable cord must be replaced with an authorised
replacement from an authorized service agent.
Warning! When using electric appliances always observe
safety regulations where applicable to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and personal injury
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage
on the rating plate.
Use
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments;
Farm houses
By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments;
Bed and breakfast type environments
Power Supply
This appliance is designed to safely work across Australia and
New Zealand power supply system 220-240 V ~ 50Hz.
If using an extension cord, ensure that the extension cord is of
a suitable 10-amp power rating. Fully unwind the supply cord
when in use as a coiled cord may overheat. Warning! Always
unplug from the mains supply when not in use.
Supply cord and plug
If the supply cord or controller is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
Assembly
To assemble or disassemble the mixer arm, hold the main
motor body upright and turn mixer arm left to unlock and right to
lock. Always lock and unlock the mixer arm carefully. Ensure the
appliance is correctly fitted before connecting to the mains
supply.
Cleaning
Warning! When not in use or before cleaning, always
disconnect the appliance from the mains supply.
Mixer Arm
Remove the mixer arm from the main body and wash in hot
soapy water, dry with a dry towel.
Main Motor Body
Wipe the main body with a damp cloth only, dry with a dry towel,
do not immerse in any liquid.
Store
Warning! Before storage of this appliance allow it to cool down
Store the appliance along with this manual in a safe dry area
away from children.

Service
Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage.
If there are such signs or if the appliance has been misused
return it to the supplier prior to any further use for checking
Refer all servicing to qualified personal. This appliance has no
user servicing parts or requirements. Return the appliance to
the retailer if it is damaged in any way or not operating properly.
