CAUTION: All installation and asse bly steps ust be perfor ed by qualified personnel.
CAUTION: Ensure that the wall/floor has a structural load capacity that will support the weight of the cabinet fully loaded with
equip ent.
CAUTION: So e parts of the enclosure syste ay not be effectively bonded to the Protective Earth Ter inal (PET). If these parts
need to be bonded to the PET it should be done in accordance with Article 250 of the National Electrical Code.
CAUTION: Power cord(s), for fans or other accessories, need to be secured to ensure that they are routed away fro pinch points
and oving parts.
CAUTION: Do not atte pt to unload or ove the enclosures alone. Make sure to have sufficient a ount of personnel and
equip ent to safely ove this product.
CAUTION: The following parts are not effectively bonded to the protective earth ter inal: Rackrails, lace bars, Lever Lock™,
shelving, baffles, blank panels, and cable anage ent equip ent. If any part needs to be bonded to the protective earth ter inal
it shall be done in accordance with Article 250 of the National Electrical Code.
CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY AND CONFORM TO THE UL LISTING THESE
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED AND PROPER WEIGHT CAPACITIES MUST BE OBSERVED.

INSTA ATION
1) Mount the HDR to the wall utilizing all six ounting
points using custo er supplied hardware.

2) To reverse the door orientation (if required), re ove
the door and lock/latch hardware as shown.

3) Reinstall the door and hardware on the opposite side.

4) To reverse electrical box side (if required), re ove as shown and install on the opposite side.

GROUNDING AND BONDING
Protective Earth Ter inals (PET) are located in backpan of the wall rack. These ter inals are arked with the sy bol Q
Wall rack parts, center section and door, contain or are provided with bonding points for connection to the backpan / PET.
Protective earth and bonding connections shall be in accordance with Article 250 of the National Electric Code.

GROUNDING AND BONDING
NOTE: The ain protective earth ground needs to be the first ter inal placed on the PET and this
ter inal needs to be secured on its own with a nut.
1) Attach door bonding wire to backpan bonding stud using nut (included). (FIGURE D)
2) Attach opposite end of door bonding wire to door using thread for ing screw (included).

OPTIONAL HDR-FAN INSTALLATION (SOLD SEPARATELY)
A) Re ove preinstalled fan guard bolts. (FIGURE G)
B) Re ove the solid plate covering the fan opening.

C) Install fan and ensure that power cord is positioned as shown.

D) Place the agnetic vent blocker over the lower door vent.

WARRANTY
Middle Atlantic Products (the "Co pany") warrants the HDR Series Low-Profile Wall Mount Cabinet
to be free fro defects in aterial or work anship under nor al use and conditions for the lifeti e of
the product.
The Co pany's entire liability to the purchaser, and the purchaser's (or any other party's) sole and
exclusive re edy, under this warranty shall be li ited, at the Co pany's option, to either (a) return of
and refund of the price paid for, or (b) repair or replace ent at the Co pany's factory of the products
purchased, or any part or parts thereof, which the Co pany has deter ined to be defective after
inspection thereof at the Co pany's factory.
This warranty does not cover da age due to acts of God, accident, isuse, abuse or negligence by
parties other than the Co pany, or any odification or alteration of the products. In addition, this
warranty does not cover da age due to i proper handling, asse bly, installation or aintenance.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY
BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE
PRODUCTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASER (OR ANY OTHER PARTY)
HEREUNDER, IF ANY, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
PAID TO THE COMPANY.
