Thank you for purchasing the VDM-2X1-WM or VDM-3X1-WM monitor wall mounts.
Please read these instructions thoroughly before installing or assembling these products.

1. Determine wall center location for mount and find center of stud closest to desired position on the
wall and draw a 8” line. Locate the center of the second stud to the left or right of desired location
48” apart and draw a 8” line down the center of the second stud. (FIGURE A)
2. Using a straight edge and a level, place a center mark on both which will be for the top mounting
holes on the wall mount. (FIGURE B)

4. Remove wall mount and using a 7/32” drill bit, drill a 2.5” deep pilot hole in each of the 4 marked
center points. (FIGURE D)
3. Using the wall mount (A), align top hole and mark the center of the mounting slot on the bottom of
each of the two wall mount locations. (FIGURE C)

5. Install (2x) wall mount (A) using (2x) hex head screw (G) and (2x) flat washer (J) for each wall mount.

BLOCK OR CEMENT WALL INSTALLATION (VDM-2X1-WM)
1. Determine the location for mount and draw a 8” vertical line. Locate the center of the second mount
position 48“ to the left or right of the first line and draw a 8” vertical line down the wall. (FIGURE F)
2. Using a straight edge and a level, place a center mark on both which will be for the top mounting
holes on each wall mount. (FIGURE F)

4. Remove wall mount and using a 3/8” drill bit, drill a 2.5” deep pilot hole in each of the 4 marked
center points. (FIGURE H)
3. Using the wall mount (A), align top hole and mark the center of the mounting slot on the bottom of
each of the two wall mount locations. (FIGURE G)

5. Press a wall anchor (H) into each of the 4 drilled holes. (FIGURE J)
NOTE: Wall anchors may
require a hammer
to install.

6. Install (2x) wall mount (A) using (2x) hex head screw (G) and (2x) flat washer (J) for each wall mount.

1. Determine wall center location for mount and find center of stud closest to desired position on the
wall and draw a 8” line. Locate the center of the second and third studs to the left or right of desired
location 48” apart, total 96“ and draw a 8” line down the center of the studs. (FIGURE L)
2. Using a straight edge and a level, place a center mark on each of the two studs which will be for
the top mounting holes on the wall mount. (FIGURE L)
