Before using your appliance, you must familiarize yourself with the different compo-
nents of your appliance. Every letter corresponds to one of the components of your
appliance.

Using your appliance
Connect the plug to a power supply socket.
Switch your appliance on by pushing the on-off switch to “I” position, the indicator light will
turn on, indicating that your curling iron is heating up.
After approximately 45 seconds, the minimum styling temperature is reached and you can
start using the appliance.
Make sure your hair is completely dry before using the appliance.
Comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb to remove tangles.
Section your hair off. Starting at the hair tips, hold a section
of hair (strand of 3-4 cm max.).

Creating curls and waves
Gently wind the strand up to the roots. Allow the strand to
remain curled up for a couple of seconds before unwinding it.
You can even straighten a strand that already has been curled by holding the strand at the
roots again and then letting the appliance glide slowly and carefully along the strand
towards the hair tips.
For better handling, you can wind the strands on the heating cone using the supplied
thermal protective glove (6).

After use
Switch off the curling iron and unplug it.
Place it on a heat-resistant surface until it cools down.

Cleaning and maintenance
Switch off the appliance, unplug it and let it cool down before cleaning.
Wipe the ceramic tong using a dry cloth and then store the appliance in a safe and dry
place, free of dust.

Avant d'utiliser votre appareil, vous devez vous familiariser avec les différentes
parties de votre appareil. Les chiffres correspondent aux différents composants de
votre appareil, représenté ci-dessous.

Utilisation de votre appareil :
Branchez la fiche de votre fer à boucler dans une prise d'alimentation.
Mettez votre appareil en marche en appuyant sur l'interrupteur marche-arrêt à position "I",
le témoin lumineux s'allume, indiquant que votre fer à boucler chauffe.
Après environ 45 secondes, la température minimale est atteinte et vous pouvez
commencer à utiliser l'appareil.
Assurez-vous que vos cheveux sont complètement secs avant d'utiliser l'appareil.
Peignez vos cheveux avec un peigne à dents larges pour démêler.
Divisez vos cheveux. À partir de la pointe des cheveux, tenez une mèche de cheveux (brin
3-4 cm max.).

Créer des boucles et des ondes
Enroulez délicatement le brin jusqu'à la racine. Laissez le brin enroulé pendant quelques
secondes avant de le dérouler.
Vous pouvez même redresser un brin qui a déjà été enroulé en tenant le brin jusqu'à la
racine de nouveau et le laisser dérouler ensuite lentement vers la pointe des cheveux.
Pour une meilleure manipulation, on peut enrouler les brins sur le cône de chauffage à
l'aide du gant de protection thermique fourni (6).

Après l'utilisation
Éteignez le fer à boucler et débranchez-le.
Placez-le sur une surface résistante à la chaleur jusqu'à ce qu'il refroidisse.

Nettoyage et entretien
Éteignez l’appareil, débranchez-le, et laissez-le refroidir avant de le nettoyer.
Essuyez le cône céramique avec un chiffon sec, puis placez le fer dans un endroit sec,
sécuritaire et éloignez-le de toute source de poussière.
