ÐÓÑÑÊÈÉ
ïðèâåñòè ê óäàðó ýëåêòðè÷åñêèì òîêîì, ïîæàðó è/èëè òÿæåëûì
ïîâðåæäåíèÿì.
á) Äàííûé ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò íå ïðåäíàçíà÷åí äëÿ
ïîëèðîâêè.     
       .
) Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè, êîòîðûå íå
ïðåäóñìîòðåíû èçãîòîâèòåëåì ñïåöèàëüíî äëÿ íàñòîÿùåãî
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà è íå ðåêîìåíäóþòñÿ èì. Òîëüêî
âîçìîæíîñòü êðåïëåíèÿ ïðèíàäëåæíîñòåé â Âàøåì
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòå íå ãàðàíòèðóåò åùå åãî íàäåæíîãî
ïðèìåíåíèÿ.
) Äîïóñòèìîå ÷èñëî îáîðîòîâ ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà
äîëæíî áûòü íå ìåíåå óêàçàííîãî íà ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòå
ìàêñèìàëüíîãî ÷èñëà îáîðîòîâ. Îñíàñòêà, âðàùàþùàÿñÿ ñ
áîëüøåé, ÷åì äîïóñòèìî ñêîðîñòüþ, ìîæåò ðàçîðâàòüñÿ è
ðàçëåòåòüñÿ â ïðîñòðàíñòâå.
) Íàðóæíûé äèàìåòð è òîëùèíà ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà
äîëæíû ñîîòâåòñòâîâàòü ðàçìåðàì Âàøåãî
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà. Íåïðàâèëüíî ñîðàçìåðåííûå ðàáî÷èå
èíñòðóìåíòû íå ìîãóò áûòü â äîñòàòî÷íîé ñòåïåíè çàùèùåíû èëè
êîíòðîëèðîâàòüñÿ.
e) Øëèôîâàëüíûå êðóãè, ôëàíöû, øëèôîâàëüíûå òàðåëêè
èëè äðóãèå ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè äîëæíû òî÷íî ñèäåòü íà
øïèíäåëå Âàøåãî ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà. Ðàáî÷èå èíñòðóìåíòû,
íåòî÷íî ñèäÿùèå íà øïèíäåëå ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà, âðàùàþòñÿ ñ
áèåíèåì, ñèëüíî âèáðèðóþò è ìîãóò ïðèâåñòè ê ïîòåðå êîíòðîëÿ.
) Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ïîâðåæäåííûå ðàáî÷èå èíñòðóìåíòû.
Ïðîâåðÿéòå êàæäûé ðàç ïåðåä èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ðàáî÷èå
èíñòðóìåíòû, êàê òî, øëèôîâàëüíûå êðóãè íà ñêîëû è
òðåùèíû, øëèôîâàëüíûå òàðåëêè íà òðåùèíû, ðèñêè èëè
ñèëüíûé èçíîñ, ïðîâîëî÷íûå ùåòêè íà íåçàêðåïëåííûå èëè
ïîëîìàííûå ïðîâîëîêè. Ïîñëå ïàäåíèÿ ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà
èëè ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà ïðîâåðÿéòå ïîñëåäíèé íà
ïîâðåæäåíèÿ è ïðè íàäîáíîñòè óñòàíîâèòå íåïîâðåæäåííûé
ðàáî÷åé èíñòðóìåíò. Ïîñëå çàêðåïëåíèÿ ðàáî÷åãî
èíñòðóìåíòà çàéìèòå ñàìè è âñå íàõîäÿùèåñÿ âáëèçè ëèöà
ïîëîæåíèå çà ïðåäåëàìè ïëîñêîñòè âðàùåíèÿ ðàáî÷åãî
èíñòðóìåíòà è âêëþ÷èòå ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò íà îäíó ìèíóòó
íà ìàêñèìàëüíîå ÷èñëî îáîðîòîâ. Ïîâðåæäåííûå ðàáî÷èå
èíñòðóìåíòû ðàçðûâàþòñÿ, â áîëüøèíñòâå ñëó÷àåâ, çà ýòî âðåìÿ
êîíòðîëÿ.
) Ïðèìåíÿéòå ñðåäñòâà èíäèâèäóàëüíîé çàùèòû. Â
çàâèñèìîñòè îò âûïîëíÿåìîé ðàáîòû ïðèìåíÿéòå çàùèòíûé
ùèòîê äëÿ ëèöà, çàùèòíîå ñðåäñòâî äëÿ ãëàç èëè çàùèòíûå
î÷êè. Íàñêîëüêî óìåñòíî, ïðèìåíÿéòå ïðîòèâîïûëåâîé
ðåñïèðàòîð, ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû îðãàíîâ ñëóõà, çàùèòíûå
ïåð÷àòêè èëè ñïåöèàëüíûé ôàðòóê, êîòîðûå çàùèùàþò Âàñ
îò àáðàçèâíûõ ÷àñòèö è ÷àñòèö ìàòåðèàëà. Ãëàçà äîëæíû
áûòü çàùèùåíû îò ëåòàþùèõ â âîçäóõå ïîñòîðîííèõ òåë, êîòîðûå
âîçíèêàþò ïðè âûïîëíåíèè ðàçëè÷íûõ ðàáîò. Ïðîòèâîïûëåâîé
ðåñïèðàòîð èëè çàùèòíàÿ ìàñêà îðãàíîâ äûõàíèÿ äîëæíû
çàäåðæèâàòü âîçíèêàþùóþ ïðè ðàáîòå ïûëü. Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîå
âîçäåéñòâèå ñèëüíîãî øóìà ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ïîòåðå ñëóõà.
) Ñëåäèòå çà òåì, ÷òîáû âñå ëèöà íàõîäèëèñü íà
áåçîïàñíîì ðàññòîÿíèè ê Âàøåìó ðàáî÷åìó ó÷àñòêó.
Êàæäîå ëèöî â ïðåäåëàõ ðàáî÷åãî ó÷àñòêà äîëæíî èìåòü
ñðåäñòâà èíäèâèäóàëüíîé çàùèòû. Îñêîëêè äåòàëè èëè
ðàçîðâàííûõ ðàáî÷èõ èíñòðóìåíòîâ ìîãóò îòëåòåòü â ñòîðîíó è
ñòàòü ïðè÷èíîé òðàâì òàêæå è çà ïðåäåëàìè íåïîñðåäñòâåííîãî
ðàáî÷åãî ó÷àñòêà.
) Äåðæèòå ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò òîëüêî çà èçîëèðîâàííûå
ïîâåðõíîñòè ðóêîÿòîê, åñëè Âû âûïîëíÿåòå ðàáîòû, ïðè
êîòîðûõ ðàáî÷èé èíñòðóìåíò ìîæåò ïîïàñòü íà ñêðûòóþ
ýëåêòðîïðîâîäêó èëè íà ñîáñòâåííûé øíóð ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ
ïèòàíèÿ. Êîíòàêò ñ òîêîâåäóùèì ïðîâîäîì ñòàâèò ïîä
íàïðÿæåíèå òàêæå ìåòàëëè÷åñêèå ÷àñòè ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà è
âåäåò ê ïîðàæåíèþ ýëåêòðè÷åñêèì òîêîì.
) Äåðæèòå øíóð ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ ïèòàíèÿ â ñòîðîíå îò
âðàùàþùåãîñÿ ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà. Åñëè Âû ïîòåðÿåòå
êîíòðîëü íàä èíñòðóìåíòîì, òî øíóð ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ ïèòàíèÿ ìîæåò
áûòü ïåðåðåçàí èëè çàõâà÷åí âðàùàþùåéñÿ ÷àñòüþ è Âàøà êèñòü
èëè ðóêà ìîæåò ïîïàñòü ïîä âðàùàþùèéñÿ ðàáî÷èé èíñòðóìåíò.
) Íèêîãäà íå âûïóñêàéòå ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò èç ðóê, ïîêà
ðàáî÷èé èíñòðóìåíò ïîëíîñòüþ íå îñòàíîâèòñÿ.
Âðàùàþùèéñÿ ðàáî÷èé èíñòðóìåíò ìîæåò çàöåïèòüñÿ çà îïîðíóþ
ïîâåðõíîñòü è â ðåçóëüòàòå Âû ìîæåòå ïîòåðÿòü êîíòðîëü íàä
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòîì.
) Âûêëþ÷àéòå ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò ïðè òðàíñïîðòèðîâàíèè.
Âàøà îäåæäà ìîæåò áûòü ñëó÷àéíî çàõâà÷åíà âðàùàþùèìñÿ
ðàáî÷èì èíñòðóìåíòîì è ïîñëåäíèé ìîæåò íàíåñòè Âàì òðàâìó.
) Ðåãóëÿðíî î÷èùàéòå âåíòèëÿöèîííûå ïðîðåçè Âàøåãî
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà. Âåíòèëÿòîð äâèãàòåëÿ çàòÿãèâàåò ïûëü â
êîðïóñ è áîëüøîå ñêîïëåíèå ìåòàëëè÷åñêîé ïûëè ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè
ê ýëåêòðè÷åñêîé îïàñíîñòè.
o) Íå ïîëüçóéòåñü ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòîì âáëèçè ãîðþ÷èõ
ìàòåðèàëîâ. Èñêðû ìîãóò âîñïëàìåíèòü ýòè ìàòåðèàëû.
) Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ðàáî÷èå èíñòðóìåíòû, òðåáóþùèå
ïðèìåíåíèå îõëàæäàþùèõ æèäêîñòåé. Ïðèìåíåíèå âîäû èëè
äðóãèõ îõëàæäàþùèõ æèäêîñòåé ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ïîðàæåíèþ
ýëåêòðîòîêîì.
Îáðàòíûé óäàð è ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå ïðåäóïðåæäàþùèå
óêàçàíèÿ
Îáðàòíûé óäàð ýòî âíåçàïíàÿ ðåàêöèÿ â ðåçóëüòàòå çàåäàíèÿ èëè
áëîêèðîâàíèÿ âðàùàþùåãîñÿ ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà, êàê òî,
øëèôîâàëüíîãî êðóãà, øëèôîâàëüíîé òàðåëêè, ïðîâîëî÷íîé
ùåòêè è ò. ä., âåäóùàÿ ê ðåçêîìó îñòàíîâó âðàùàþùåãîñÿ
ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà. Ïðè ýòîì íåêîíòðîëèðóåìûé
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò óñêîðÿåòñÿ íà ìåñòå áëîêèðîâêè ïðîòèâ
íàïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèÿ ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà.
Åñëè øëèôîâàëüíûé êðóã çàåäàåò èëè áëîêèðóåò â çàãîòîâêå, òî
ïîãðóæåííàÿ â çàãîòîâêó êðîìêà øëèôîâàëüíîãî êðóãà ìîæåò áûòü
çàæàòà è â ðåçóëüòàòå ïðèâåñòè ê âûñêàêèâàíèþ êðóãà èç
çàãîòîâêè èëè ê îáðàòíîìó óäàðó. Ïðè ýòîì øëèôîâàëüíûé êðóã
äâèæåòñÿ íà îïåðàòîðà èëè îò íåãî, â çàâèñèìîñòè îò
íàïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèÿ êðóãà íà ìåñòå áëîêèðîâàíèÿ. Ïðè ýòîì
øëèôîâàëüíûé êðóã ìîæåò ïîëîìàòüñÿ.
Îáðàòíûé óäàð ÿâëÿåòñÿ ñëåäñòâèåì íåïðàâèëüíîãî
èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà èëè îøèáêè îïåðàòîðà. Îí
ìîæåò áûòü ïðåäîòâðàùåí îïèñàííûìè íèæå ìåðàìè
ïðåäîñòîðîæíîñòè.
a) Êðåïêî äåðæèòå ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò è çàéìèòå Âàøèì
òåëîì è ðóêàìè ïîëîæåíèå, â êîòîðîì Âû ìîæåòå
ïðîòèâîäåéñòâîâàòü îáðàòíûì ñèëàì. Ïðè íàëè÷èè, âñåãäà
ïðèìåíÿéòå äîïîëíèòåëüíóþ ðóêîÿòêó, ÷òîáû êàê ìîæíî
ëó÷øå ïðîòèâîäåéñòâîâàòü îáðàòíûì ñèëàì èëè
ðåàêöèîííûì ìîìåíòàì ïðè íàáîðå îáîðîòîâ. Îïåðàòîð
ìîæåò ïîäõîäÿùèìè ìåðàìè ïðåäîñòîðîæíîñòè
ïðîòèâîäåéñòâîâàòü ñèëàì îáðàòíîãî óäàðà è ðåàêöèîííûì
ñèëàì.
á) Âàøà ðóêà íèêîãäà íå äîëæíà áûòü âáëèçè
âðàùàþùåãîñÿ ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà. Ïðè îáðàòíîì óäàðå
ðàáî÷èé èíñòðóìåíò ìîæåò ïîéòè ïî Âàøåé ðóêå.
) Äåðæèòåñü â ñòîðîíå îò ó÷àñòêà, â êîòîðîì ïðè îáðàòíîì
óäàðå áóäåò äâèãàòüñÿ ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò. Îáðàòíûé óäàð
âåäåò ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíò â ïðîòèâîïîëîæíîì íàïðàâëåíèè ê
äâèæåíèþ øëèôîâàëüíîãî êðóãà â ìåñòå áëîêèðîâàíèÿ.
) Îñîáåííî îñòîðîæíî ðàáîòàéòå íà óãëàõ, îñòðûõ êðîìêàõ
è ò. ä. Ïðåäîòâðàùàéòå îòñêîê ðàáî÷åãî èíñòðóìåíòà îò
çàãîòîâêè è åãî çàêëèíèâàíèå. Âðàùàþùèéñÿ ðàáî÷èé
èíñòðóìåíò ñêëîíåí íà óãëàõ, îñòðûõ êðîìêàõ è ïðè îòñêîêå ê
çàêëèíèâàíèþ. Ýòî âûçûâàåò ïîòåðþ êîíòðîëÿ èëè îáðàòíûé óäàð.
) Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ïèëüíûå öåïè èëè ïèëüíûå ïîëîòíà. Òàêèå
ðàáî÷èå èíñòðóìåíòû ÷àñòî ñòàíîâÿòñÿ ïðè÷èíîé îáðàòíîãî óäàðà
èëè ïîòåðè êîíòðîëÿ íàä ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòîì.
Ñïåöèàëüíûå ïðåäóïðåæäàþùèå óêàçàíèÿ ïî øëèôîâàíèþ
è îòðåçàíèþ
a) Ïðèìåíÿéòå äîïóùåííûå èñêëþ÷èòåëüíî äëÿ Âàøåãî
ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà àáðàçèâíûå èíñòðóìåíòû è
ïðåäóñìîòðåííûå äëÿ íèõ çàùèòíûå êîæóõè. Àáðàçèâíûå
èíñòðóìåíòû, íå ïðåäóñìîòðåííûå äëÿ ýòîãî ýëåêòðîèíñòðóìåíòà,
