Please read this manual before operating the Hidden Camera AC
Adapter and keep it handy.
While you're at work, this discreet unit is working hard for you at
home. Set it to record all day on motion control so only the important
things are recorded. This unassuming "AC adapter" is right at home in
any room where you need a security presence. It accommodates SD
cards up to 32GB, allowing it to safely store 7.5 hours of High Quality
HD footage. It does not transmit, so there's no risk of someone
stealing your signal. The unit is equipped with a Sony CCD camera
supporting a spectacular 700TVL resolution with the included TV out
cables. This new updated version even includes its own back up
battery so you can continue recording high quality video even if the
power goes out.

OPERATING THE HIDDEN CAMERA AC ADAPTER
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Insert an SD card into the device before you
try recording. The device will not work without an SD card.
HOW TO USE MOTION DETECTION
1. Plug the device into an AC power source
2. Motion detection start automatically
The indicator light will be red
oThe device is in standby mode
The red indicator light will blink 5 times and then turn
off
oThe device is now in motion detection mode
3. Press the Motion Detection button to stop recording and save
the file
The indicator light will turn green and then red
oThe device is in standby mode
4. Press the Motion Detection button on the remote again to
restart
The red indicator light will blink five times and then
turn off
oThe device is now in motion detection mode
and will only record when the sensors detect
motion
HOW TO RECORD VIDEO
1. Plug the device into an AC power source
2. Motion detection start automatically
The indicator light will be red
oThe device is in standby mode
The red indicator light will blink 5 times and then turn
off
oThe device is now in motion detection mode
3. Press the Motion Detection button to stop recording
The indicator light will turn green and then red
oThe device is in standby mode
4. Press the Video Record button on the remote
The red indicator light will blink four times and then
turn off
oThe device is now recording
5. Press the Video Record button again to stop recording and
save the file
HOW TO TAKE A PICTURE
1. Plug the device into an AC power source
2. Motion detection start automatically
The indicator light will be red
oThe device is in standby mode
The red indicator light will blink 5 times and then turn
off
oThe device is now in motion detection mode
3. Press the Motion Detection button to stop recording
The indicator light will turn green and then red
oThe device is in standby mode
4. Press the Photo button on the remote
The indicator light will blink green once and then turn
back to red
oThe device took a photograph

RETRIEVE THE FILES TO YOUR PC
HELPFUL TIP: If your computer does not have an SD card slot, you
will need to purchase an SD card reader.
1. Plug the device into your PC using the USB cable
2. Locate “Removable Disk” inside the (My) Computer folder
AutoPlay Removable Disk > Open folder to view files
3. Open the Removable Disk drive
4. Open the DCIM folder
5. Open the 100DSCIM folder
6. Double click the file you want to view
VLC Player is recommended for watching videos
TROUBLESHOOTING
THE DEVICE WON’T TURN ON
Make sure the device is securely inserted into the power
source
THE DEVICE HAS CRASHED
You need to reset the device
