About the MIRA Digital Body Fat Scale
This bathroom scale uses BIA (bio-electrical impedance analysis) technology to
determine the various values, along with your body weight, gender, height, age,
and activity level that have been input by you.
With barefeet, this technology sends a low-level electrical signal through your
body fat and then measures the resistance the signal encounters. This signal is
perfectly safe and you will not feel it. The scale displays your weight, body fat per-
centage, total body water percentage, muscle mass percentage and bone mass.
You can use this scale for up to 8 different users.
WARNING: This scale is not recommended for people that use devices
like the pacemaker or any other implanted medical devices, metal plates/
screws or contraceptive appliances. If in doubt please check with your
Physician. This analyzer is not intended for children under the age of 10
and pregnant women.
