User Manual
I.Brief Introduction
HSV393 extend 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 HDMI signal over UTP cable, up to 100meters,
Visual Lossless & Zero time-latency. HSV393 also support bi-direction IR signal
pass- through and EDID pass-through, suitable for various complex applications.

VI.Troubleshooting
State
Describe
Light status:
The audio and video work is extended normally and is always on;
(The green light on the TX end can light up, check whether the RX
end interface is connected well, or display the device to sleep)
Orange light status:
The signal connection is normally on;
Blinking once:
NO Link; (check the network cable connection between TX and
RX)
Flashes twice:
Reserved; (Reserved)
Flashes three times:
The forward video is normal and the reverse data is abnormal;
(Check the network cable connection method and the condition of
the HDMI cable connection between the RX end and the display
device)
Four flashes:
The forward video is abnormal and the reverse data is
normal;(Check the length of the network cable, the connection
method, and the good condition of the HDMI cable connection
between the TX end and the source device, and the RX end and the
display device, and confirm that the source and display device are
turned on normally)

一、产品简介
HSV393 HDMI点对点延长器通过网线，将4K@60Hz 4:4:4 超高清HDMI信号进行视觉无损
传输，最大可支持100米延长。
产品特点在于支持 4K@60Hz 4:4:4格式或以下的分辨率 无损无延时传输;支持全格式
HDMI音频，全方位满足高端客户的视听需求。是业界领先的解决方案.此外，本产品还可以支持
RS 232 串口信号、双向红外信号的传输，EDID透传.任意一边12V电源供电,两边工作,从而满足
客户各种组合功能的需求。

兼容HDMI规范2.0；HDMI规范1.4
支持双向IR回控

六、故障排除
状态
描述
绿灯 状态：
音视频工作延长正常为常亮；
（TX端绿灯能亮起，排查RX端接口插接是否良好，或显示设备修眠）
橙灯 状态：
信号连通正常为常亮；
闪烁 一次：
NO Link；(排查TX端与RX端之间的网线连接情况）
闪烁 两次：
Reserved；（预留）
闪烁 三次：
正向视频正常，反向数据异常；
（排查网线接线方式及RX端与显示设备之间HDMI线连接的情况）
闪烁 四次：
正向视频异常，反向数据正常；
（排查网线长度、接线方式及TX端与信源设备之间以及RX端与显示设备之
间的HDMI线连接的良好情况，确认信源及显示设备正常开机）
