Operation Guide
Power Connection
Connect to a suitable 220-240V ~50Hz power supply only. This appliance is designed to operate safely across
both New Zealand and Australian power supplies safely.
Locking and unlocking the mixer arm and motor head
It is best to raise the motor head mixing arm when fitting any accessories. The arm can be raised to ensure
ease of operation and for installing detachable parts.
To lock or unlock the motor head mixing arm simply move the locking lever (C) forwards or backwards as
desired. The arm can be raised to ensure ease of operation and for installing detachable parts. When
attachments are fitted lower the arm and lock securely in position.
Bowl Assembly
Fit the mixing bowl to the appliance and lock in place by turning clockwise
To remove simply turn the bowl anti clockwise and lift upwards
Attachment Installation (Flat beater – Whisk - Dough Hook)
Ensure the appliance is switched OFF before attempting to fit accessories.
Raise the motor head mixing arm and lock in raised position.
Slip the beater accessory onto the beater shaft and press upwards as far as possible.
Turn beater accessory to the right hooking beater over the pin on the shaft.
To remove simply press upwards as far as possible and turn to the left. Pull downwards to remove.

Basic Operation
Do not place undue strain on the appliance by excessive force or overly large items or inappropriate items
Place ingredients into mixing bowl when assembled and lower motor head mixing arm into the bowl. Lock into
position.
Adjust the variable speed control to the desired speed setting and the appliance will commence mixing. It is
advisable to start at the lowest (1) speed until you are familiar with the appliance.
Occasionally during mixing, use a spatula (not supplied), to remove any food that may stick to the sides of the
bowl. Warning! Ensure appliance is OFF and stopped moving before attempting.
Accessory Guide
Flat Beater
Used for cakes, quick breads, cookie dough and mashing foods such as potatoes.
Wire Whisk
Used for whisking products such as eggs and cream.
Dough Hook
Used for mixing and kneading dough for breads, rolls and similar.
Plastic Pouring Shield
For easy addition of ingredients.
Cleaning
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when cleaning.
Do not use harsh abrasives, solvents or scouring material as they may damage the plastics. Warning! Do not
immerse this appliance in any liquid. Electric shock hazard!
Remove the bowl and detachable parts and wash in hot soapy water, dry with a dry towel.
Wipe the main appliance with a hot damp clean cloth, dry with a dry towel.

of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Young children must be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance. Safely dispose of any plastic bags or other packaging that may present a
hazard to young children of suffocation or choke hazard.
Warning! Unattended Appliances
Do not leave any appliance unattended when in use or connected to the mains power or near children. Always
unplug any appliance when not in use.

For household indoor use only, do not use outdoors. Not for commercial use.
Do not let the supply cord hang over the edge of any table or bench as young children may pull on the cord
creating a risk of electric shock, personal injury or damage.
This appliance must not be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote control system.
Warning! Moisture
Do not immerse this appliance in any liquid. Do not operate with wet hands or near any vessel filled with water.

Moving parts and sharp edges
Do not touch moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing etc away from moving parts.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that
move in use
Power cord
Do not abuse or damage the supply cord. If for any reason the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard. A replaceable cord must
be replaced with an authorised replacement from an authorized service agent.
Service
Refer all servicing to qualified personal. This appliance has no user servicing parts or requirements. Return the
appliance to the retailer if it is damaged in any way or not operating properly.
Use
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
- farm houses
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
- bed and breakfast type environments.
