1Hinweise zur Montage und Bedienung / Notes for installation and operation
Druckbeaufschlagte Systeme!
–Druckleitungen und Verschraubungen müssen für
den Eingangsdruck und Ausgangsdruck des
Ventils angemessen ausgelegt sein.
–Stellen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme sicher, dass die
Druckleitungen richtig an Eingang und Ausgang
des Ventils angeschlossen sind.
–Schalten Sie die Druckzufuhr ab, entlassen Sie
den Restdruck und entfernen Sie alle
Druckanschlüsse, bevor Sie das Ventil
austauschen oder warten.
Pressurized systems!
–Pressure lines and screw connections must be
adequately designed for the input pressure and output
pressure of the valve.
–Ensure that the pressure lines are connected properly
to the input and output, before pressurizing the system.
–Turn off the pressure supply, release the residual
pressure, and remove all pressure connections before
replacing or maintenance of the valve.
Explosionsgefahr!
–Betreiben Sie das Ventil nicht in Räumen, mit
brennbaren Gasen, Dämpfen oder Staub.
–Verwenden Sie das Ventil nicht zur Druckregelung
von brennbaren oder explosiven Gasen.
Danger of explosion!
–Do not operate the valve in rooms with flammable
gases, steams or dust.
–Do not use the control valve for the pressure control of
flammable or explosive gases.
Risiko der Explosionsgefahr, wenn die Entlüftung
des Ventils mit mehr als 80 bar beaufschlagt wird!
–Setzen Sie die Entlüftung nicht mit mehr als 80 bar
unter Druck
–Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem unter Druck
setzen, dass Eingang und Entlüftung richtig
angeschlossen sind
–Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich kein Druck von mehr
als 80 bar an der Entlüftung aufstauen kann, z.B.
durch einen verschmutzten oder verstopften
Schalldämpfer
–Schließen Sie niemals einen Blindstopfen an der
Entlüftung an
Risk of bursting valve if the vent is pressurized with
more than 80 bar!
–Do not pressurize the vent with more than 80 bar
–Before pressurizing the valve, make sure that input and
vent are correctly connected
–Make sure that no pressure of more than 80 bar can
accumulate at the vent, e.g. because the connected
silencer is dirty or clogged
–Never close the vent with a blind plug
Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Ventilelektronik.
Um eine Beschädigung des Ventils zu vermeiden,
beachten Sie folgende Hinweise:
–Überspannung kann die Elektronik beschädigen.
Prüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten des Ventils alle
Verbindungen und die Versorgungsspannung.
Achten Sie dabei auf den angegebenen
Versorgungsspannungsbereich.
–Erden Sie die Kabel des Feldbussystems und des
I/O-Geräts getrennt von den
Spannungsversorgungskabeln und den Kabeln
des Servomotors.
–Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel angemessen
isoliert sind. Nutzen Sie nur Kabel, welche für die
Stromversorgung und die
Umgebungsbedingungen angemessen sind.
–Vermeiden Sie wiederholtes Biegen der Kabel
oder Beschädigungen am Ventilgehäuse.
Risk of damage to the valve electronics.
To avoid damages to the valve please comply with the
following notes:
–Overvoltage may damage the electronics. Before
turning on the valve, check the electrical connections
and the supplied voltages carefully. Pay attention to the
specified supply voltage range.
–Ground the wires of the fieldbus system and I/O device
separately from power lines and servo motor cables.
–Make sure the cables are adequately insulated. Use
only cables that are suitable for the power consumption
and ambient conditions of the valve.
–Avoid repeatedly bending or stretching the cables or
damaging the valve’s housing.
