1.Setupanaccount

InstalltheMOCAheartappbydownloading“MOCAheart”
fromtheAppStoreorGooglePlay.

Opentheappandfollowtheinstructionstocreateanaccount

1) LaunchMOCAheartapp.Login,Signupforanaccount,ortap“QuickMeasuring”tostart
measuringwithoutaccount(datawillnotsave).
2) Followtheinstructiontosetupaccount.
3) Ifyouskipprofilesetup,jumptonextstep:LinkMOCAheart

2.LinkMOCAheart

LinkMOCAheartdevicetoyoursmartphonetostartmeasuring.

1) TurnonbluetoothsettingonyourphonetodetectMOCAheart.
2) Whenthescreenpopsupwithyourdevice,tap“MOCAheart”


3.Calibration

Duetoindividualdifferencessuchasheight,weight,etc.,westronglyrecommendthatyouperform
calibrationsbeforeyoubeginusingMOCAheart.Byconductingcalibrations,youshouldexpecttoreceive
moreaccuratemeasurementresultsfromthedevicebasedonitsalgorithms.

Followthestepsbelowtobegincalibrating:

1) Press“Calibration”toenterthecalibrationinterface.
2) Press“Start”tobegincalibration. 
3) UseaBloodPressureMonitortomeasureyourbloodpressure.
4) Inputthesystolicanddiastolicvalues,thenperformanothermeasurementwithMOCAheart
immediately.
5) Thisconcludesthecalibration.



Tomaintaintheaccuracyofyourmeasurementresults,pleaseperformacalibrationevery6
months.
















renderitunusable.

2.ChargingBattery
● UseamicroUSBtochargeyourMOCAheartbypluggingitintotheUSBpowersource.
● PleasechargeyourMOCAheartfor2hoursbeforeusingitforthefirsttime.
● AbatterycapacityisdisplayedonMOCAheartapp.
● Whenthebatterygetslow,thelightonthedevicewillflashandthedevicewon'tbeableto
connecttotheapp..Pleasechargeyourdeviceassoonaspossible.
● Adepletedbatterywilltakeabout60~70minutestofullyrecharge.
● Theredlightisonwhilethebatteryischarging.Itturnsgreenwhenthedeviceisfullycharged.


● Ifthesensororelectordegetsdirty,useasoftclothtocleanitbeforetakingmeasurement.

takingmeasurementasthismayinterferewiththerecording.

4.Disposal&Recycling
●MOCAheartdeviceisconsideredelectronicwastethatshouldnotbedisposedofascommon
householdwaste.Pleasebeawarethatimproperdisposalofewastemaycauseserioushealth
andpollutionproblems.Itshouldbedisposedofatanylocalewastecollectionsitesordisposed
andrecycledproperlyincompliancewithlocalregulations.

5.IntendedUseandContraindication
●MOCAheartisintendedtomeasureheartrate,bloodoxygenlevelandMOCAINDEX,a
qualitativemeasurementofyourbloodflowthatprovidesyouwithsimpleinsightintoyour
vascularhealth.
●MOCAheartisintendedtotrackthedailytrendsofyourphysicalcondition..Itisnotintendedto
beusedformedicalpurposessuchasdiagnosisortreatmentofmedicalconditions.Itisnota
replacementforrecommendedmedicaltesting. 
●MOCAheartshouldnotbeusedwithpacemakersorimplanteddefibrillators,duringanMRI
scan,orinthepresenceofflammableanesthetics,drugsorpressurizedoxygen.
