2. BENÖTIGTE MATERIALIEN
•2 Senkkopfschrauben M4 zur Befestigung
des Tischsockels, Länge abhängig von der
Materialstärke der Möbeloberfläche
•Geeignetes Befestigungsmaterial (Winkel,
Distanzstücke, Schraube, etc.) zur Befesti-
gung des Federzugs
•Geeignete (Holz-) Schrauben zur Montage
von Rollenhalter und Montagewinkel der
Seil-Umlenkrolle
•Geeignete Fixierung zur Sicherung des
Hörerkabels
Abhängigkeiten der Montagepositionen
•AKabeldurchführung des Tischsockels
•individuelle Länge des Hörerkabels mit
Stahlflexschlauch
•individuelle Drahtseillänge (max. 1,6m) des
Federzugs

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Die Seil- und Kabelführung muss auf einer Ebene in der Tiefe des Möbels erfolgen. Schrägzug ist
möglichst zu verhindern und kann zu erhöhter Geräuschbildung und Materialbelastung führen.
3. POSITIONIERUNG IM MÖBEL
Bevor die Montage beginnen kann, gilt es die
Positionen des Rollenhalters, des Federzugs
und der Seil-Umlenkrolle festzulegen.
Die einzelnen Montagepositionen (A-C) der
Bauteile sollten idealerweise schon während
der Planung berücksichtigt werden.

5. MONTAGE DES KABELSTOPPERS
•Stopper auffädeln und am Stahlflex-
schlauch der Hörerleitung fixieren. Der
Stopper legt den Endpunkt der ausziehba-
ren Kabellänge fest.
•Auszugslänge testen

Wir empfehlen, mit der Montage des USO
Tischsockels zu beginnen.
4. MONTAGE DES TISCHSOCKELS
UND ROLLENHALTERS
•Nach Festlegung der Position des Tisch-
sockels, die Durchgangsbohrung im Möbel
vorsehen, Durchmesser min. 25mm.
•Zur Montage des USO Tischsockels Bohr-
schablone und Senkkopfschrauben M4
verwenden.
•Rollenhalter wie abgebildet an der Möbel-
decke verschrauben, hierbei den Raum
zwischen den Rollen unter der Durchgangs-
bohrung im Möbel zentrieren.
•Loses Kabelende der Hörerleitung durch die
Öffnung im Tischsockel und den Rollenhal-
ter führen, USO auf Tischsockel ablegen.

6. MONTAGE DES FEDERZUGS
•Seillängenbegrenzer demontieren und
zur Seite legen.
•Federzug am Möbel verschrauben.
•Die Verbindungsmittel müssen, je nach
Position an Möbeldecke, -rückwand
oder -boden individuell ausgewählt
werden und sind nicht enthalten.
7. MONTAGE DER
SEIL-UMLENKROLLE
•Anschlag der Umlenkrolle wie gezeigt
demontieren. Anschlag und Schraube
zur Seite legen.
•Umlenkrolle an Wand oder Boden
verschrauben.

8. MONTAGE DER KABEL- UND
SEILVERBINDUNG
•Das Drahtseil durch die Rolle führen, Seil-
längenbegrenzer wieder montieren.
•Anschlag am Rollenbügel verschrauben.
•Ösen der beiden Komponenten miteinander
verbinden.

9. SEILLÄNGE UND FEDERKRAFT
EINSTELLEN
Die Länge des Drahtseils sollte so gewählt wer-
den, dass die Rückzugswirkung des Federzuges
erst ab ca. der Hälfte der herausgezogenen
Hörerleitung einsetzt, abhängig von deren aus-
ziehbaren Länge. Die individuelle Einstellung
der Federkraft findet sich letztendlich mittels
Testen. Als guter Ausgangspunkt hierfür ist es
sinnvoll, mit einer so geringen Federkraft zu
beginnen, dass bei anliegendem Seillängenbe-
grenzer das Drahtseil des Federzuges gerade
gespannt ist. Bei Bedarf wird die Federkraft
schrittweise erhöht. Das genaue Vorgehen zur
Einstellung des Federzugs entnehmen Sie bitte
der beiliegenden Produktanleitung.

furniture housing

Important Note:

The cable and pulley system must all run along the same plane in the furniture to ensure it runs
smoothly. Ensure the cable enters the cable guide and guard at an angle that does not cause it to
rub against the cable guard. This will cause increased noise and wear on the cable when used.
3. POSITIONIERUNG IM MÖBEL
Prior to beginning assembly, it is necessary to
determine the positions of the Handset Stand
and Cable Guide (A), Pulley Return Guide (B)
and Spring Loaded Retraction Pulley (C).

5. ASSEMBLY OF THE CABLE
STOPPER
•Thread the stopper onto the handset cable
and affix at a point on the steel security
hose.
•The stopper position will determine the
maximum length of the extended cable
•Test extended cable length and adjust if
required

We suggest that you begin assembly with the
Table-Stand and Roll Guide
4. ASSEMBLY OF THE TABLE-STAND
AND ROLL GUIDE
•Establish the position of the table-stand
•Drill a cable hole with a minimum diameter
of 25mm through the centre of this position
•To install the table-stand, use the provided
drilling template and M4 screws
•Secure the roll guide to the furniture ceiling
as illustrated, centering the space between
the rollers under the cable hole
•Carefully guide the handset cable through
the opening of the table stand and the
rollers underneath, and place the handset
on the stand

6. ASSEMBLY OF THE SPRING-
RETRACTION UNIT
•Dismantle the length-limiter from the
cable and set aside for now
•Attach the spring-retraction unit to the
furniture ceiling or wall
•Appropriate screws and attachment
method must be chosen based on your
own furniture and are not included
7. ASSEMBLY OF THE PULLEY
GUIDE-WHEEL
•Disassemble the guide wheel stopper
as shown and set aside for now
•Attach the guide wheel to the wall or
bottom of the furniture

8. CONNECTING THE HANDSET
CABLE TO THE PULLEY
•Thread the pulley cable through the guide
wheel and reattach the cable length limiter
•Reattach the guide wheel stopper
•Connect the pulley wire and the handset
cable stopper eyelets using the carabiner

9. SPRING TENSION ADJUSTMENT
The spring tension must be found through
testing in your own circumstances. Tension can
be adjusted using the instructions found in the
enclosed product manual.
As a good starting point, we suggest that the
cable should be just relaxed when the cable
is retracted back to the return guide pulley. If
necessary, the tension can then be gradually
increased to your desired level.
