Diet Tracker IoT Nutrition Scale (EW3S)
This is a smart food scale that can offer a high quality of health
management by analysing the intake record of daily nutrition through
weighting food. It contains the basic weight scale function with different
unit conversion even when not connecting to the smart app. But with the
connection with smart app, you can record the daily nutrition each meal
to get a health analysis, and can also get a coffee making function with
brew timer, coffee scale and coffee water ratio calculator.

Introduction Before Using
To ensure the accuracy of measurement, please follow the below
instructions when you start measurement.
• Place the EW3S on a flat, hard surface. Soft surface such as carpet will
affect the performance of the scale.
• Avoid exposing the scale to damp environments or extreme
temperatures.
• The product is a high-precision electronic device, please handle with
care, do not drop or hit it, otherwise the device will be easy to damage.
• The scale has been designed for household use only and is not intended
for medical or commercial use.
• DO NOT immerse the scale in water or any liquid.
• DO NOT exceed the 5kg weight capacity, as doing so may damage
the scale. An overload indicator will appear on the display if the limit is
exceeded.
• If the scale is not in use for an extended period of time, remove the
batteries to conserve battery life and extend the life of the scale.

Quick Start Guide
Open the battery cover in the back of the scale. Insert batteries (3 x
1.5V AAA) observing the polarity signs (+ and -) inside the battery
compartment. Close the battery cover and wait until the digits “0 g” are
shown on the LED. Select measurement unit gram, pound and ounce,
milliliter, ounce, fluid ounce.
1. Download ‘MOMAX Smart’ APP
Download “MOMAX Smart” from iOS App Store, Android Google
Play Store or other platforms.
2. Register
Register an account and log in using your mobile number or email
address.
3. Wireless Pairing
Click “+”, then tap “MOMAX Smart Diet Tracker” to add device.
Turn on the power of the Diet Tracker. Tap “Conrm the Tracker power
on”. Then, tap ‘Next’ to proceed.
• This product cannot be paired directly through the Bluetooth list of the mobile
phone.
• The pairing process may take 2 minutes, please do not perform other operation.
4. Successfully connected
Once the connection is completed, you can edit the name of the smart
body scale

Control Device
1. Follow the APP screen to ll up all user information such as Name,
Gender, DOB, Height and Target Weight.
2. Set up your personal diet plan. You can always adjust the plan and
basic data in the Setting page.
3. Press the scale button “ ” and wait until the display shows “0”.
4. Enjoy the food tracker with the following features.
Measurement
1. Press “ ” button to turn on the scale. Press “UNIT” to select your
desired measuring unit, which will display at the right of the screen.
Choose ounces, grams or “pounds and ounces” for WEIGHT. Choose
milliliters or fluid ounce for VOLUME.
2. Optional: If you’re using a container to hold the items or luquid you are
measuring, rst place the empty container on the scale. Then press
“” to zero out the container’s weight.
3. Gently place your item on the scale. The screen will display the weight
or volume.
4. Press and hold “ ” for 3 seconds to turn o the scale.
Tare Function
Whenever you measure liquid or items inside a container, you can
use the tare function to remove the container’s weight from the nal
measurement.
1. Place an empty container on the scale. The screen will display the
container weight.
2. Press “ ” The screen will now display “0” again.
3. Place liquid or items in the container. The scale will now measure the
liquid or items, without the weight of the container.
4. When you are done, reset the scale by removing all weight and press
“”.
Food Nutrition Measurement
1. Tap “Select food” for food information or to add new food.
2. Enter the name of the food in search. (e.g. “Apple”)
3. View the nutrition contents in 100g of the food selected and tap
“Conrm select”.
4. Once you weigh your food, you can see the nutrition content of the
food. Tap “Add to dinner plate” to conrm.

Plate and Record
1. Click ” ” button to enter Plate page to see the food detail of the
current Plate and the sum of current Plate Kcal.
2. The catering category will be determined by time, but if it’s not your
meal’s category, click to select the appropriate category.
3. Click “Nutrition Analysis” can get all the nutrition data sum up result for
the plate.
4. Click “Edit plate” can remove the plate temporary record.
5. Click “Conrm record”, the food in the current Plate will move to Record
Page to record the intake of the nutrition content.
6. Click “ ” to enter Record page to see all intake food history.
7. Click “Nutrition Report” to see the nutrition report of the day and
nutrient analysis.
Add User Defined food if food is not found inside Food Bank.
1. Click “Select food” to get to Food bank page, click “add” on the top
right corner to enter “Add DIY Food” page to manually input the
food name and nutrient content info, and then store into your food
database.
2. Click “Save” to save the record. You can nd the saved food content in
“self” column.
Coffee making function
Click ” ” button on home page to get to the coee maker page that
includes functions of brewing time tracker, coee scale and coee water
ratio calculator.

Points for attention
Before using, please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future
reference.
1. MOMAX Smart Diet Tracker EW3S oers you a seamless way to
manage your diet.
2. Please note that this device is designed for kitchen use only, it is not
suitable for medical or commercial applications.
3. DO NOT exceed the 11lbs (5kg) weight capacity. When the weight
is more than 5.1 kg, the LED will display “Err”, you will have to remove
the food from the scale to avoid damage.
4. DO NOT clean the scale with water and do not immerse it in water.
5. When the LED displays “LO” and powers o, you will have to install
new batteries.
6. Avoid dropping the device from a high position or crash ercely.
7. DO NOT use this device at a place with electromagnetic interference
as it will make interference to the measuring result.
8. DO NOT put any weight on the scale when not in use.
9. Remove the batteries if the scale is not being used for a long time.
10. Keep the scale in a cool and dry environment.

1. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, caused under
normal use, we are responsible for repairing free of charge 12 months
commencing from the date of purchase at the discretion of our
