Condition 2: Powering via Set Top Box or Digital Tuner of TV set
Please be noticed, in this installation, you need to make sure that your
STB or Tuner can send 5VDC via the RF input port.
Step 1-Take out the main unit DA-6710.
Step 2.Take out the standing unit, hook to the main unit.( as figure2f it is
suggested to use horizontal installation )
Step 3. Make sure the switch is set to "STB" position, If your STB need to turn
on the powering, please turn it on.
STB or Digital TV
When you finished the installation, you can use your Set Top Box to
check the signal strength and quality. If the quality is not good enough to
have good picture, you can move the antenna to get the best reception
position. Or you can change the orientation of the antenna, (there are 3
position for change the direction of antenna, you can change the
direction to get the best reception). When you find the best position,
please fixed it..

INSTALLATION
Notice:
For the best reception, Please check the following conditions
1. Far away the sources of interference: Far away those big power
consumption devices, such as air conditioner, elevator, hair dryer and
microwave oven. Etc
2. Near the windows:
3. Installed As high as possible: In case of digital terrestrial reception, if there
are some interception between Antenna and transmission tower, it will
cause the signal loss temporary. So if the antenna is installed as high as
possible, those interceptions will be reduced.
Condition 1: Powering by AC/DC Adaptor
Step I.Take out the main unit DA-6710
Step 2.Take out the standing unit, hook to the main unit.( as figurei, it is
suggested to use horizontal installation )
Step 3.Take out the AC-DC Adaptor, connect the barrel end to the DC input of
DA-6710, AC end to the AC Outlet. And make sure the switch on the
back is on the "DC" position. Please note use only supplied AC adaptor
