SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
Please read this entire manual before using the PowerCache™600 Lithium Portable Power Station,
paying extra attention to these safety warnings and guidelines. Please keep this manual in a safe
place for future reference.
•Do not expose this power station to water or moisture. Do not place drinks or other containers
with moisture on or near the device. If moisture does get in or on the device, immediately unplug
it from the power source and allow it to fully dry before reapplying power.
•Do not touch this power station or any of its connected cables with wet hands.
•Do not expose this power station to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on, or near
heat sources, like a fireplace, stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in direct sunlight.
•Do not place or install this power station in an area where it can be exposed to excessive
amounts of dust, humidity, oil, smoke, or combustible vapors.
•Prior to operation, check the unit for physical damage. Do not use if physical damage has
occurred.
•Take care to prevent damage to the power station cable. Do not let it become crimped, pinched,
walked on, or tangled with other cords. Ensure that it does not present a tripping hazard.
•Never unplug the unit by pulling on the power cord. Always grasp the connector head or adapter
body.
•Ensure power is turned off and disconnected before making any electrical connections.
•This power station has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or modify it.
•Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents to clean this power station. Use only a soft cloth that’s
slightly moistened with warm water.
•This unit does NOT support the use of 15A corded power tools. Connecting and operating 15A
corded power tools pose the risk of personal injury and/or damage to the unit, and additionally,
immediately voids the claims and warranties.
This unit is NOT designed to be modified through direct and/or indirect connection to external
batteries of any chemistry—such as a vehicle battery—with the intention of increasing its
storage capacity, operating runtime, power output, or decreasing recharge time. Attempts in
expanding or modifying the power station poses the risk of personal injury and/or damage to
the unit, and additionally, immediately void the claims and warranties.

FEATURES
•A clean, quiet alternative to traditional gas generators that operate almost silently, delivering safe,
and hassle-free power.
•Has internal ternary lithium batteries with 642Wh of total capacity and 600W of total power
output.
•Small, compact design ideal for road trips, tailgating, camping, off-road, overlanding, off-grid living,
garages, workshops, backyards, job sites, weather-related disasters, and emergencies.
•Pure sine wave output with versatile port options including 120V AC, USB-C™PD, USB-A, 12V car
port, and multiple DC outputs.
•Designed for smartphones, tablets, laptops, cameras, drones, lighting, Wi-Fi routers, power tool
battery chargers, and small appliances. And the built-in LED light provides convenient tasks and
emergency lighting.
•Recharge quickly and easily using one of the three following options:
1. from a standard 120V / 60 Hz AC wall outlet using the supplied AC adapter;
2. from the sun (solar panel not included);
3. in-the-car using the supplied 29.4V Car Port Charging adapter.

PRODUCT & DISPLAY OVERVIEW
GETTING STARTED
Fully charge the power station to 100% before initially using the supplied AC Adapter.
1. Carefully unbox the power station, accessories, and in-box materials.
2. Plug the included AC adapter into any standard 120V 60Hz wall outlet.
3. Plug the AC adapter male’s barrel plug connector into the DC input on the unit’s left-hand side.
4. The LCD should power on, displaying the current battery level and charging status.
5. The power station will automatically stop charging once it has fully charged and the LCD reads
100%.
Recharge time will vary depending upon the battery level of the unit at unboxing, taking up to 7-8 hours
from full 0% discharge.
HOW TO USE
The 600 Lithium power station features independent AC and DC supply circuits that offer simultaneous
use of multiple ports and more efficient use of stored power.
To maximize efficiency, turn on only the outputs you intend to use; be sure to turn them off once done.
POWERING AC DEVICES
1. Plug the device into the AC output and press the main ON/OFF button to turn on the unit.
2. Press the AC ON/OFF button to turn on the independent AC output.
To turn off the independent AC output and/or turn off the unit, repeat the steps above in reverse.
POWERING USB AND/OR DC DEVICES
1. Plug the device into any USB or DC output and press the main ON/OFF button to turn on the unit.
2. Press the DC ON/OFF button to turn on the independent USB and DC outputs.
To turn off the independent USB and DC outputs and/or turn off the unit, repeat the steps above in
reverse.

USING THE LED SWITCH
1. Press the main ON/OFF button to turn the unit on.
2. Press the same button again and hold for 3 seconds to turn the LED switch on.
3. Press the LED ON/OFF button once for strobe mode; and twice for SOS mode.
To turn off the light (in any of these modes), press and hold the LED ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
The power station can be recharged quickly and easily using any one of the three options.
NOTE: Only one charging method may be used at one time.
CHARGING FROM AN AC WALL OUTLET
1. Plug the included AC adapter into any standard 120V 60Hz wall outlet, and plug the male barrel
plug connector from the AC adapter into the DC input on the unit’s left-hand side.
2. The LCD should power on, displaying the current battery level and charging status.
3. The unit will automatically stop charging when it is fully charged; the LCD reads 100%.
Recharge time will vary depending upon the current battery level of the power station, taking up to 7-8
hours from full 0% discharge.
NOTE: Use ONLY the AC Adapter supplied with the unit. The use of any third-party AC adapter poses a
risk of personal injury and/or damage to the unit, and additionally, immediately voids the claims and
warranties.
CHARGING FROM THE SUN (SOLAR PANEL NOT INCLUDED)
The power station is compatible with 36V 400W maximum (42V open circuit voltage) solar panels
featuring Anderson high-power output connectors.
NOTE: When chaining multiple solar panels, ensure the total system voltage does not exceed the
voltage specified above. Exceeding the specified voltage poses the risk of personal injury and/or damage
to the unit, and additionally, immediately voids the claims and warranties.
1. Plug the Anderson connector from the solar panel into the Anderson input on the unit’s front panel.
2. The LCD should power on, displaying the current battery level and charging status.
3. The power station will auto-stop charging once fully charged; the LCD will read 100%.
Recharge time will vary depending upon the current battery level of the power station, taking up to 3–4
hours from full 0% discharge.
NOTE: Solar input and recharge times are directly affected by environmental conditions such as the
orientation of the panel relative to the sun, cloud cover, etc. Solar Panel Rated Watts represent the
panel’s rated maximum output in perfect temperature/orientation/angle/full sun conditions with no
losses due to cables, etc.

CHARGING IN THE CAR
1. Start the vehicle; ensure the engine is running while plugging the included 29.4V Car Port Charging
Adapter into the vehicle’s 12V accessory output; plug the male barrel plug connector from the Car
Port charging adapter into the DC input on the left-hand side of the power station.
2. The LCD should power on, displaying the current battery level and charging status.
3. The unit will automatically stop charging once it has fully charged; the LCD reads 100%.
Recharge time will vary depending upon the current battery level of the power station, taking up to 8–9
hours from full 0% discharge.
NOTE: To prevent draining of the vehicle battery, recharge the power station ONLY while the engine is
running. Doing otherwise will lead to dead vehicle batteries and may require jump-starting of the vehicle
and/or replacement of the vehicle’s battery.
Use ONLY the 29.4V Car Port Charging Adapter supplied with the power station. The use of any third-
party DC adapter poses a risk of personal injury and/or damage to the product, and additionally,
immediately voids all the claims and warranties.

TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE
POSSIBLE CAUSE
WORKAROUND
The selected output isn't working.
The main and/or independent
AC or DC power is OFF.
Ensure BOTH the main AND the
independent AC or DC ON/OFF buttons
have been pressed and powered on for
the outputs you would like to use.
The main power is ON, and the
LCD is ON, but when the
independent AC ON/OFF button
is pressed there is no AC output.
The built-in protection has
been triggered due to
overheating, over-loading,
low-voltage, and/or low
capacity.
-Remove the power station from
excessive heat and allow it to cool to
a safe operating temperature.
-Disconnect all devices from the AC
outputs.
-Be sure the power station is fully
charged.
Power should automatically be
restored once the power station is
within a safe operating range.
The power station will not
recharge using a solar panel.
The solar panel is not
compatible with the power
station or there is a lack of
adequate sunlight.
-Select an appropriate compatible
solar panel. If chaining multiple solar
panels, ensure the total system
voltage does not exceed the voltage
recommended for the power station.
-Ensure the solar panel maintains
proper alignment with the sun
during daylight hours.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
The shelf life of this power station is 2 years from the date of sale; due to possible defects in the
materials and machinery, the warranty covers the replacement and Monoprice Customer Service must be
contacted During the guarantee period, the following conditions will void the replacement:
•Unauthorized disassembly of the product.
•Damage to the appearance of the product packaging, such as wear, scratches, cracks, and cracks, is
not covered by the warranty.
•Failure due to the user's failure to comply with instructions, misuse, repackaging, and other reasons.
•Due to accidents, human factors, environmental and other unreasonable factors (operating error,
collision, strain), humidity input, etc.) failure or damage.
•Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (earthquake, fire, tsunami, etc.).
•The warranty does not cover the packaging and accessories of the products.
