SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying extra attention to these
safety warnings and guidelines. Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
This device is intended for indoor use only.
Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind. Do not place drinks or
other containers with moisture on or near the device. If moisture does get in or on
the device, immediately unplug it from the power outlet and allow it to fully dry
before reapplying power.
Do not touch the device, the power cord, or any other connected cables with wet
hands.
If operating this speaker in a humid environment, ensure that no condensation
occurs. Condensation could cause damage to the speaker cone and could cause a
short in the amplifier, which in turn could cause fire or severe electric shock.
Do not install this device on an unstable surface where it could fall and cause either
personal injury or damage to the device and/or other equipment.
Do not expose this device to excessive vibration.
Do not expose this device to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on,
or near a heat source, such as a fireplace, stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in
direct sunlight.
Do not place or install this device in an area where it can be exposed to excessive
amounts of dust, humidity, oil, smoke, or combustible vapors.
Prior to operation, check the unit and power cord for physical damage. Do not use if
physical damage has occurred.
Before plugging the unit into a power outlet, ensure that the outlet provides the
same type and level of power required by the device.
Unplug this device from the power source when not in use.
Take care to prevent damage to the power cord. Do not allow it to become
crimped, pinched, walked on, or become tangled with other cords. Ensure that the
power cord does not present a tripping hazard.

Never unplug the unit by pulling on the power cord. Always grasp the connector
head or adapter body.
Ensure that power is turned off and disconnected before making any electrical
connections.
Remove the battery from the controller if it will go unused for a lengthy period of
time.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or
detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or
modify this device.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Soundbar Front Panel
1. Display: The Display uses two characters to indicate the operating mode.
bt: The soundbar is powered on and in Bluetooth® Mode. The letters flash while
in Bluetooth pairing mode.
OP: The soundbar is powered on and in OPTICAL Mode.
CO: The soundbar is powered on and in COAXIAL Mode.
AU: The soundbar is powered on and in AUX Mode.
US: The soundbar is powered on and in USB Mode.

Soundbar Rear Panel
2. AUX: 3.5mm stereo analog AUX audio input.
3. COAXIAL: Digital coaxial audio input.
4. OPTICAL: Digital optical audio input.
5. AC IN: AC jack for connecting the included AC power cord.
Soundbar Side Panel
1. Standby: Press hold the Standby button for about 2
seconds to turn the soundbar on or to put it in
Standby Mode. With the soundbar powered on, press
and hold the Standby button for 1 second to cycle
through the various inputs.
2. Volume+: Press the +button to increase the volume
level.
3. Volume-: Press the -button to decrease the volume level.
4. USB: USB port for connecting a USB flash drive (up to 32GB capacity) with mp3 files.

Subwoofer Rear Panel
1. Pairing Indicator: The LED indicates the pairing status
with the soundbar.
2. WPS Pairing Button: Press the button to initiate
wireless pairing with the soundbar.
3. AC IN: AC jack for connecting the included AC power
cord.
Remote Control
1. EQ: Press one of the buttons to select
an EQ Mode.
2. STANDBY: Press the button to turn the
soundbar on or to put it in Standby
Mode.
3. INPUT: Press the button to cycle
through the various inputs.
4. RESET: Press the button to reset all
functions to the factory default settings.
5. PAIR: With no active Bluetooth®
connection, press and hold the button
for 3-5 seconds to enter Bluetooth
pairing mode. If there is already an

active Bluetooth connection, press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds to
disconnect any paired devices.
6. TREBLE-: Press the button to reduce the treble response.
7. BASS-: Press the button to reduce the bass response.
8. VOL-: Press the button to decrease the volume level.
9. STOP: Press the button to stop audio playback. This only functions in USB Mode.
10. PLAY/PAUSE: Press the button to pause or resume audio playback. This only
functions in Bluetooth® and USB Modes.
11. NEXT: Press the button to skip forward to the next track. This only functions in
Bluetooth and USB Modes.
12. PREV: Press the button to skip back to the previous track. The only functions in
Bluetooth and USB Modes.
13. TREBLE+: Press the button to increase the treble response.
14. BASS+: Press the button to increase the bass response.
15. VOL+: Press the button to increase the volume level.
16. MUTE: Press the button to turn audio muting on or off.
PAIRING THE SOUNDBAR AND SUBWOOFER
Perform the following steps to pair the subwoofer with the soundbar.
1. Ensure that the soundbar is located within about 32 feet (10 meters) of the
soundbar. If there are any obstructions, the maximum range is reduced.
2. Plug one of the included AC power cords into the AC IN jack on the subwoofer,
then plug the other end into a nearby AC power outlet. The Pairing Indicator will
begin flashing slowly.
3. Use a small pin to momentarily press the WPS Pairing Button. The Pairing Indicator
will begin flashing rapidly.

4. Plug one of the included AC power cords into the AC IN jack on the soundbar, then
plug the other end into a nearby AC power outlet.
5. Press the STANDBY button on the soundbar side panel to turn the soundbar on.
6. Within about 30 seconds, the Pairing Indicator on the subwoofer will cease flashing
and illuminate solid, indicating that the subwoofer is paired with the soundbar.
Notes:
The subwoofer and soundbar will remember the pairing and will pair again
automatically when turned on.
If the soundbar is off or in Standby Mode, the Pairing Indicator will change to solid
red after about 5 minutes, indicating that it is in Waiting Mode.
IR REMOTE CONTROL
You will need to install two AAA batteries (not included) in the remote control before it
can be used. Perform the following steps to install batteries.
1. Invert the remote, then slide the battery compartment cover back to remove it.
2. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) in the battery compartment, taking care to
match the polarity markings.
3. Slide the battery compartment cover back in place.

USB PLAYBACK
The soundbar features the ability to playback mp3 audio files stored on a USB flash drive.
The flash drive can have a capacity up to 32GB and can store mp3 files in both the root
directory and subdirectories. The mp3 files can have filenames up to 8 characters long, not
including the mp3 file extension.
To begin playback, insert the drive into the USB port on the side panel. The soundbar will
automatically switch to USB mode and will begin playing files. You can use the remote
control to stop, pause, or resume playback and to skip forward or backward through the
files on the drive.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Perform the following steps to pair the soundbar with your mobile device.
1. Ensure that your mobile device is located within about 3 feet (1 meter) of the
soundbar.
2. Press and hold the STANDBY button on the soundbar side panel for 2 seconds or
press the STANDBY button on the IR remote control to turn the soundbar on.
3. Press the STANDBY button on the soundbar side panel repeatedly until the Display
flashes bt, indicating the soundbar is in Bluetooth® pairing mode. Alternatively, use
the INPUT button on the remote control instead of the STANDBY button on the
soundbar.
4. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and scan for nearby Bluetooth
devices.
5. Locate and select the SB-100SW entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four
zeros). If you cannot locate the SB-100SW entry, restart the soundbar and try again.
6. Once the soundbar is paired with your mobile device, the display will cease flashing
and will show bt.

Notes:
To play audio from your mobile device, it must support the Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile (A2DP).
If your mobile device supports the Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP),
you can use the soundbar's remote control to control audio playback.
