Smoke purification and filtration system is equipped with changeably single and double
station and a three-layer filter device of primary, medium, and main efficiency filters. The main
efficiency filter consists of activated carbon high-efficiency filtration and gas filtration. Mass
cushion-type primary efficiency filter can effectively filter larger particles in the dust, prolonging
the service life of the main efficiency filter.
The smoke purification and filtration system can effectively absorb and filter the smoke or
dust produced in the process like welding, laser marking, engraving. Simultaneously, it exerts the
same effect on 99.97% of harmful gases and dust (such as hydrocarbons, hydrogen compounds,
etc.) to prevent the environment from being polluted.

1.Good-looking appearance, lightweight model, convenient to install, and excel at purifying air.
2.Excellent design with triple filtration ensures that harmful substances in the smoke are completely
filtered out, which helps keep users safe. The primary, medium, and main efficiency filters can be
replaced separately, increasing the use time of the main efficiency filter. (Specific standards of the
filter system change with the model design.)
3.The filter system is crafted delicately and strictly. A metal frame is adopted to protect the filter
element and prevent the filter system from being damaged effectively while moving the machine.
4.The built-in circulating air filtration avoids cool or warm air from being discharged to the outdoors,
in a genuine sense, complying with environmental standards.
5.High-power brushless DC generator, designed with eddy current wind wheel, large suction
air quantity, and long service life.
6.Changeably single and double station, large air amount and flexible in locating.
7.The handle on one side can withstand a gravity of 30kg, with features of anti-static and anti-scald.
All designs aim to ensure the safety of the machine and the users.
1.Open the cover of the main engine, correctly install the primary, medium, and main efficiency filters;
then close the top cover and buckle it.
2.Install the aluminum suction pipe and adjust it in the right direction.
3.Connect it to the power cord and check whether the power plug stays stable and firm.
4.Turn on the power switch on the case to check whether the power light is red.
If the red light is displayed, it means that the power is on and the smoke purification system can start
working; if the red light remains off, please check whether the power cord and the power interface
are properly connected.

2.Primary efficiency filter can be replaced as often as needed.
3.When the adsorbing ability decreases, please check if the aluminum foil suction pipe needs to be
cleaned. If the adsorption is running low after cleaning, please replace the main filter.
