IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always
be followed, including the following: Read all instructions before using
the Monsterdryer.
REQUIREMENTS
• Pay attention to the rating voltage.
• An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
• Use this appliance only for its intended purpose.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
HAZARDS
Danger: risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to person due to damaged product
• Do not operate the appliance with a broken cord or plug, or if it is not
working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged in anyway.
• Any examination or repair must be performed by a qualified professional.
• Do not use fittings or accessories that are modified or not recommended
by Monster Clippers because they may cause fire, electric shock, injury or
damage to the appliance.
• Do not disassemble appliance. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of
electric shock or fire.
• Plug powercord directly into an AC outlet. Do not use an extension cord.

Danger: Electric shock due to penetration of liquid
• To protect against risk of electrical shock never immerse the unit or let it
come into contact with water or other liquids. Do not use this appliance
near bathtubs or other vessels containing water. Do not use the unit with
wet hands. If the appliance should become wet, damp or fall in water,
remove plug from mains socket immediately. Do not put your hands in the
water. Do not use this electrical appliance if it has been in contact with
liquids.
Do not take into the bathroom.
Danger of explosion
• Never operate the appliance where aerosol (spray) products are being used
or where oxygen is being released
Warning: injuries due to incorrect handling
• Switch off the appliance and unplug from outlet when not in use and allow it
to cool down before storing it in a safe place.
• Always turn control to OFF then remove plug from outlet to disconnect.
• To clean the appliance, always disconnect it from the outlet first and let it
cool completely. When cleaning, do not use agressive products containing
phenylphenol.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not wrap the cord around the appliance charger. Care should be used to
keep the cord untwisted, and undamaged.
• Do not use outdoors or in damp areas.
• Never carry the unit by its power cord.
• Never drop or insert any object into any opening.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Make sure that your hands are completely dry before connecting the
appliance to the mains.
2 Connect the hairdryer and switch the power- on/lock switch from 0 to I.
When first switched on, the hairdryer is set with both air flow and temperature
set at the minimum, corresponding to the first indicator light from the left,
above the control buttons.
AIR FLOW SPEED
The hairdryer is equipped with an air flow adjustment button. By pressing the
right, the air flow increases as shown by the white indicator lights. To decrease
the flow, press the left part of the adjustment button.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
The hairdryer is fitted with 3 temperature levels that can be adjusted by
pressing the dedicated button. By pressing the right part of the button, the
temperature increases as indicated by the 3 red indicator lights. To decrease
the temperature, press the left part of the button.
COOL SHOT
You can use the “Cool Shot” button during hair drying to promote a long-lasting
style. To activate this function, simply press the Cool Shot button once. To
deactivate it, press the Cool Shot button for the second time. When the Cool
Shot is active, the hairdryer blows cold air regardless of the temperature it is
set on. The temperature indicators flash quickly to indicate the Cool Shot mode
as active. By turning it off, the temperature returns to the previous setting
(Cool Shot mode deactivation).

LOCK BUTTON
After setting the desired air flow speed and temperature, the selector buttons
can be locked to prevent accidental change during use. To lock the air speed
and temperature selection buttons, turn the power-on/lock switch to the
locking position.
MEMORY FUNCTION
The Monsterdryer has a speed and temperature memorization system. When
the product is turned off, the last air speed and temperature settings are
stored, so that when the dryer is turned back on, it automatically goes back to
those saved settings. However, if the dryer is disconnected from the plug, the
factory setting will be restored.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The Monsterdryer possesses a unique micro-perforated filter, designed
specifically to trap even the tiniest dirt particles and impurities from the
environment. By preventing the passage of environmental pollutants to the
engine and hair, it protects the hairdryer’s motor and increases its life, while
also preventing dirt from reaching the hair and scalp during the styling phase,
thus protecting its health and promoting its shine. Therefore, the daily cleaning
of the micro-perforated filter is essential to maintaining the correct functioning
of the product and ensuring its long-lasting performance.
The proper cleaning of the filter is absolutely necessary to optimize the micro-
perforated filter’s function and hence, protect the hairdryer’s motor.
WARNING, the accumulation of dirt resulting from the improper cleaning of the
filter may result in engine damage and affect the hairdryer’s performance. As
a protection measure, in case of excessive accumulation of dirt in the filter, the
hairdryer’s intelligent digital interface may turn off the dryer in order to protect
the motor.
When this happens, a white LED light will turn on indicating that the filter must
be cleaned immediately.
MICRO-PERFORATED METAL FILTER’S CORRECT CLEANING PROCESS – This process
consists of two easy steps: Manual Cleaning and Auto-Cleaning function.

MANUAL CLEANING
1 Carefully remove the external back filter by
turning the metal ring in a counter-clockwise
direction.
2 Clean the metal filter by using a brush first
and then finishing with a clean cloth, making
sure that any dirt that is lodged in the filter is
removed.
We highly recommend moistening the cloth with isopropyl alcohol, which
acts as degreaser and removes any possible residues. For professional
users, the manual cleaning process must be done daily. For domestic use,
it can be done weekly.
AUTO CLEANING FUNCTION
This hairdryer features an AUTOCLEANING function to clean its inner
components. Please follow the few steps listed below:
Without accessories attached to the dryer (such as the nozzle or diffusor),
turn the dryer on (position 1) for a few seconds to ensure that there are no
hair residues or dust left on the main air outlet.
How to turn on
AUTOCLEANING : Carefully rotate the external filter in a
counterclockwise manner, and pull towards the outside. The hairdryer is
working, then press the button to
COOL SHOT device, and keep pressed for
3 seconds.
The motor will turn on, in reverse, for 15 seconds while the other buttons are
not active. At the end of the
AUTOCLEANING session, preposition the external
filter and turn on the hairdryer.
