ASSEMBLY & OPERATIONBATTERY REPLACEMENT
Assembly & Operation (figures 1 & 2)
For First Time Use:
Step 1: Assemble the Solar Flood Light (Part C) to the Ground Stake
(Part D) by turning in a clockwise direction until secure.
Step 2: Slide the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. The switch is
located underneath the Solar Panel Unit (Part A).
Step 3: Stake fixture into ground in an area that receives direct
sunlight for (2) full sunny days.
Step 4: Once fully charged, your solar light will automatically turn on
once it gets dark.
Battery Replacement (figure 3)
Step 1: Remove the 4 screws from the battery cover.
Step 2: Replace the battery with a new 3.2V 18650 1500 mAh
lithium solar rechargeable battery, ensuring the correct polarity is
observed.
Step 3: Reassemble the unit by reversing the above procedure.
Step 4: Slide the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Fully charge
the battery before first use for up to 2 days in full sunlight in the ON
position. The unit will then automatically light up at dusk.
CAUTION:CONTAINS LITHIUM-ION RECHARGEABLE BATTERY.
BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED OR DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. DO
NOT MIX OLD AND NEW BATTERIES. DO NOT MIX ALKALINE,
STANDARD (CARBON-ZINC), OR RECHARGEABLE (NI-CAD,
NI-MH, ETC.) BATTERIES. DO NOT DISPOSE OF BATTERIES IN
FIRE. BATTERIES MAY EXPLODE OR LEAK. DO NOT INGEST THE
BATTERIES.
