Changing the Lightbulb
Place the product on a soft surface in order to avoid
scratching.

Disconnect the product from
the mains before opening.
When assembling make sure the rub-
ber seal is positioned correctly and the 4
screwsare attachedsecurely.
(approx. 1 Nm)
Replace damaged seals immediately!

Maintenance
• Make sure that the power supply is disconnected
before cleaning.
• Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth only. Do not
use abrasives, alcohol or solvent based cleaners.
Peg Installation
1) Create an adequate hole for the peg in a suitable
soft surface (eg, a at lawn area, ower bed).
2) Screw the peg by hand into the product base.
3) Press the product including peg into the hole. Ensure a
secure mounting of the product in the ground.
Disposal/ Ecology
Packaging materials and appliance are made from recyclable
materials. Seperation of the remaining waste materials into
different types facilitates the recycling of valuable raw materials.
When the appliance is to be no longer used please dispose of
the appliance in the proper manner.
This Symbol on the product indicates that it should not be
disposed in the normal houshold waste. Please take it to
a recycling point for electrical and electronic appliances
to be recycled in a proper manner.
Also rechargeable batteries which are dead or defective
should not be disposed of in the household rubbish; always take

WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Die Bedienungsanleitung vor dem ersten Gebrauch vollständig
lesen und sorgfältig aufbewahren.
•DAS PRODUKT IST SPRITZWASSER GESCHÜTZT (IP44), ALSO
AUCH FÜR DEN AUSSENBEREICH VERWENDBAR.
• BITTE BEACHTEN, DASS ELEKTROANLAGEN IM FREIEN MIT
EINER FEHLERSTROM-SCHUTZEINRICHTUNG (FI, RCD) MIT
EINEM MAXIMALEN FEHLERSTROM VON 30 mA ABGESICHERT
SEIN MÜSSEN (PERSONENSCHUTZ). BEACHTEN SIE DIE
ÖRTLICHEN INSTALLATIONSVORSCHRIFTEN.
• Das Produkt ist nur vertikal, mit der Unterseite nach unten
aufgestellt, zu verwenden.
• Vor dem Öffnen des Produktes den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen. Immer am Netzstecker, nie am Kabel ziehen.
• Prüfen, ob die Spannungsangabe auf dem Produkt mit der
Netzspannung übereinstimmt.
• Typenschilder dürfen nicht entfernt werden !
• Das Produkt nur unter Strom benutzen, nachdem es korrekt
montiert wurde und sich in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand
bendet.
• Nur auf festem Untergrund verwenden oder auf geeigneten
Untergründen (z.B. ebene Rasenächen) unter Verwendung
des Erdspieß.
• Achten sie auf eine zuverlässige Befestigung des Produktes im Boden.
• Das Produkt nicht in Mulden, Senken und Orten, wo sich Wasser
ansammeln kann, betreiben. Gefahr von Überutung.
• Das Produkt nicht fallen lassen und es vor Stößen oder
Schlägen schützen.
• Durch unsachgemäße Veränderungen oder Reparaturen können
erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.
• Das Produkt regelmäßig auf eventuelle Schadstellen prüfen.
Sollte es beschädigt sein, stellen Sie die Nutzung ein.
• Defekte Komponenten müssen ausschließlich durch Ersatzteile
vom Hersteller ersetzen werden. Zur Vermeidung von Gefährdungen
darf eine beschädigte äußere exible Leitung dieser Leuchte
ausschließlich vom Hersteller, seinem Servicevertreter oder einer
vergleichbaren Fachkraft ausgetauscht werden.

gen. Auf keinen Fall aggressive, lösungsmittel- oder alko-

• PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT USED OUTDOORS
MUST BE SECURED WITH A RESIDUAL CURRENT PROTEC-
TION DEVICE (FI, RCD) WITH A MAXIMUM FAULT CURRENT OF
30MA (FOR YOUR SAFTEY). CONSIDER LOCAL INSTALLATION
REQUIREMENTS.
• The product may only be used when positioned vertically, with
the bottom facing downwards.
• Disconnect the product from the mains supply before opening.
Never pull on the cable! Always pull on the plug.
• Make sure your voltage corresponds to the voltage printed
on the product.
• Product label must not be removed!
• The products may only be used as an illuminant after correct
installation.
• Only use on hard or suitable soft surfaces. For soft surfaces
(eg. lawns) use the provided peg.
• Ensure secure mounting of the product in the ground.
• Do not use in areas where water can collect, due to risk of
ooding of the product.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the product to severe impact.
• Do not alter the product in any way. Faulty or unqualied
repairwork may cause injury to the user.
• If the appliance (including cable and sealing) shows any
defects, stop using it.
• Only replace damaged parts with genuine components avail-
able from the manufacturer or a service representative. To avoid
danger, if the outer exible cable of this product is damaged in
any way, it is to be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
representative or a similarly qualied personell.
• Keep packaging material away from children and pets, due
to potential suffocation!
• Do not leave children unsupervised when near electrical
products.

Erdspieß Installation
Unteransicht
1) Ein Loch für den Erdspieß in einen geeigneten Unter-
grund vorbohren (z.B. einer ebenen Rasenäche).
2) Den Erdspieß von Hand in die Produktunterseite
schrauben.
3) Das Produkt mit Erdspieß in das vorgebohrte Loch
drücken. Auf zuverlässige Befestigung des Produktes
im Boden achten.
