To avoid the risk of fire or electric shock, this product should be installed, inspected, and maintained by a
qualified electrician only. Installation of this fixture must be in accordance with national building and electric
codes.
Safety Warning:
• Be certain electrical power is OFF before and during installation and maintenance.
• Fixture must be supplied by a wiring system with an equipment grounding conductor.
• Make sure lens and housing are cool when performing maintenance.
• Make sure the wire supply voltage is the same as the fixture supply.
• Wire the fixture supply as specified on the fixture nameplate.
• Avoid using this fixture in any environments containing sulfur, chlorine, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, cyanoacrylates, glycol
ethers, formaldehyde, butadiene, or other halides.
Note:
• Instructions do not cover all details nor all possible product configurations.
• Do not restrict fixture ventilation.
• Ensure LED fixture is not covered with material that will prevent convection or conduction cooling.
• Ensure LED fixture has the correct polarities before beginning installation.
• Avoid exposing wiring to metal edges and sharp objects.
Maintenance:
Perform visual, electrical, and mechanical inspections on a regular basis. It is recommended that these checks be made at least
once per year. Be sure to check and make sure that all electrical connections are clean and wired properly. Inspect that all
mechanical parts are properly assembled.

head cover to the sensor head, lock
the sensor head with locknut.

above the driver mounting plate, rotate the
sensor head cover to lock in place.
