Take care that the blind can move freely and is not blocked by any
objects.

Service & Support
Do not perform repairs yourself. Do not attempt to open the device
or disassemble it. You run the risk of electric shock and voiding the
limited warranty. No user-serviceable parts are inside.

across its clamps. Every change in the connection of the clamps has to be done after ensuring all local
power is powered off/disconnected.

Before installing the smart switch ensure that the grid is turned off (turned
down breakers). Connect the smart switch with the power grid according the
schedule below. (The cables can be inserted without pressing the buttons.)

Shortly press the program button on the smart switch. The blind will start
stepping and the LED on the smart switch will start blinking, indicating that
program mode has been activated.(The blind remains stepping until the program
mode is de-activated.)
Repeat steps 2.1 - 2.2 to remove a blind from a channel.
Press the pair button on the back of the remote control to pair the blind to the
selected channel.The blind will shortly stop stepping indicating that the remote
has been paired to the blind.
Pair a remote For the following steps the power grid shoud be turned on. It is recommended to
first program the end limits of your wired motor before programming the smart
switch. Please see the manual of your motor how to program the end limits.
(Max. 10 remotes can be paired to the switch.)

Check direction of rotation The direction of rotation can be changed in two ways: by
remote or by changing the wiring (option 2).

Shortly press the down button to check if the blind unrolls the right way. If the blind moves up, the
rotational direction must be changed.
Simultaneously press the up and down button to change the rotational direction.

Remove the motor up line and the motor
down line by press and holding the button
above the electronic terminal and gently
pull the motor cable out of the terminal.
Interchange the motor up line and the
motor down line and the blind direction
will be changed.
Please make sure the grid is turned off when changing the
cables (down breakers need to be turned off).

Change favorite position: To change your favorite position move the blind to a new desired
favourite position. Press the program button on the smart switch to activate program
mode. The blind start stepping. Repeat step 5.2 and afterwards turn off program mode by
pressing the program button.
Move the blind to a desired favourite position.
Hold the center button to save this favourite position. The blind shortly stops stepping
indicating the favourite position has been saved.
Center
Before programming a favorite position, the blind needs to be moved
from its top position to its bottom position twice. This is necessary to
save the favorite position. Do not stop the blind during this process.

Shortly press the program button on the smart switch. The blind will start stepping and
the LED on the smart switch will start blinking, indicating that program mode has been
activated.
Hold the program button until the blind stops stepping (approximately 5 seconds) to
de-activate or re-activate direct control.
When pressing the up or down button on the remote control the blind directly moves to
its end positions (direct control). To operate the blind with smaller steps using the up and
down button, direct control can be de-activated. Now, the blind only directly moves to its end
positons when the up or down button is held longer than two seconds.

Remote control: Choose the channel to which the blind has been paired using the channel
button. Press the up or down button to operate the blind. Press the center button to stop
the blind. Hold the center button to move the blind to the favourite position.

It is possible to only delete end limits or to do a factory reset.Factory reset will delete
the end limits and remove the connection to any paired remote.
Delete end limits: To delete the end limits of the blind hold the program button until the blind stops
stepping for the first time, keep holding the button until the blind stops stepping for the second time.
(approximately 10 seconds)
Factory reset: To reset the blind to factory defaults hold the button for at least 20 seconds.The blind
will stop stepping twice. After the second stop the blind will give one extra step to confirm factory
reset.

Problem Cause Solution
Switch is not responding
Power supply is not connected. Connect the wiring according to step 1.
Remote battery is empty. Replace the battery in the remote.
Remote battery is inserted incorrectly. Replace the battery in the remote.
Radio interference / shielding. Make sure that the antenna of the switch is out
of the way from metal objects.
The distance from the remote to the switch is too far. Move closer to the smart switch.
The remote is not connected to the switch. Pair the remote to the smart switch. See step 2.
Frequently Asked Questions
Delete end limits: To delete the end limits of the blind hold the program button until the blind stops
stepping for the first time, keep holding the button until the blind stops stepping for the second time.
