CAMERA MOUNTING
Your camera comes
with
a wide variety
of
mounting
accessories
that
provide
an
almost infinite
number
of
mounting options. The mounting ins
truction
s
below are meant
to
provide you
with
a general understanding
of
how
the
different
mounts work and
how
they hold the camera. This manual does
not
provide specific
mounting
examples becau
se
of
the
enormous possible
number
of
mounting locations. Get creative
with
your mounting locations
to
and capture a unique perspective
to
your
sport
or
activity!
Setting Camera Horizon
When
mounting
the
camera make sure
that
the
flat surface (near
the
On
Button)
is
facing up and
is
parallel
to
the
horizon (ground). This will ensure
that
the
horizon
is
correctly
se
t during recording.
Setting Camera Angle
The camera features a wide angle lens which helps
to
make
the
camera
mounting angle
less
critical and provides a
wider
field
of
view. However,
it
is
important
to
consider
what
the
camera's position will be during
the
activity
especially when
mounting
the
camera
to
a helmet
or
other
moving object.

hook and loop tape
for

included mounting

or
any mating piece
of
hook and loop tape.
