SAFETY INFORMATION
INTRODUCTION
The MotoMaster®Foldable Wall-mounting Tire
Rack is perfect for storing seasonal tires. Easily
accommodates 4 standard tires. Strong and
durable steel tubing. Folds down against wall
when not in use. Adjustable 32 to 48” (81.2 to
121.9 cm) and with a maximum capacity of 300
lb (136 kg) (evenly distributed).
SAFETY INFORMATION
• Do not modify the tire rack and do not use
this product for purposes that it was not
designed for.
• Never exceed the maximum load capacity of
300 lb (136 kg). Centre the load on the rack
to equalize torsional stress. The tire rack is
designed to hold 4 standard vehicle tires.
• Be aware of the danger of “dynamic loading”.
This situation arises when a load is dropped
onto the tire rack, resulting in a short term
excessive load. Dynamic loading can result
in damage and failure of the tire rack and
personal injury to the person loading the tire
rack.
• Keep children and spectators away when
loading and unloading the tire rack.
• Only set up the tire rack against a wall
that has vertical studs and is capable of
supporting the weight of this product and its
maximum load capacity of 300 lb (136 kg).
Locate this product in a safe area, away from
all flammable materials.
• This product requires some assembly and
set-up. If you are not experienced or capable
of doing this type of assembly and set-up
work, the tire rack should be assembled and
set-up by a qualified service technician.
• Periodically check that all hardware is tight
and secure. If any damage to the structure of
the tire rack is noted, the product should be
replaced.
• Work safely. When drilling holes to mount this
product make sure that there are no hidden
utility lines or pipes in the drilling path.

ASSEMBLY
Plan for the proper location of the tire
rack. The product must be attached to
a wall surface with vertical studs, and
can be positioned between 32 and 48”
(81.2 and 121.9 cm) (centre to centre)
apart. Use a stud finder (not included)
to assist in locating studs. Use a pencil
to mark the top mounting hole centres.
Make sure holes are level. Pre-drill the
marked holes using a 3/16” (4.8 mm)
drill bit.
Note: the tire rack must be mounted
directly into the wall studs; do not use
wall anchors to mount to sheetrock.
Use Lag Screw (E) through the top
mounting hole of Left Support Assembly
(A) and Right Support Assembly (B) to
hold in place. Do not tighten Lag Screw
(E) completely at this time.
Make sure Left Support Assembly (A)
and Right Support Assembly (B) are
vertically level to each other. Use the
remaining 2 mounting holes in each as
template, and drill the holes on the wall
studs.

Insert two more Lag Screws (E) in each
support to secure in place. Fully tighten
all Lag Screws.
Expand Left Support Assembly (A) and
Right Support Assembly (B) as shown
in the illustration. Insert the clip of Pin
Assembly (H) into the hole I, then insert
the pin of Pin Assembly (H) through the
hole II to lock the horizontal support in
place. Secure the pin with R-Pin (I).

WARNING!
The unit must be installed according to the instructions. Never
install more than one unit on any two wall studs. All fasteners
must be checked and tightened periodically.
FPO
Small Round Tube (D) is already
inserted into Large Round Tube (C) in
the package. Carefully carry out the
two-tube set, connect the end of each
tube to the Horizontal Support using
Bolt (F) and Spring Washer (G). Repeat
for the other two-tube set.
Note: Small/Large Round Tubes can be
positioned in several locations along
the Horizontal Support depending on
the size of the tires to be held on the
tire rack. Please refer to the following
chart to choose proper location of
tubes.
Check for tightness of all hardware. If
necessary, adjust tightness so that the
rack folds easily for storage.
Frequently check the condition of the
tire rack. Make sure all components
are in good condition. If the tire rack
becomes damaged through accident,
or if any damage is noted, the product
should be replaced. Keep the tire rack
clean of dirt, grease and oil. Clean with
a moist cloth and mild detergent.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
INTRODUCTION
Le support à pneus mural pliant MotoMasterMD
est idéal pour entreposer les pneus saisonniers.
Accueille facilement 4 pneus standard. Tubes en
acier solides et durables. Se plie contre le mur
lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé. Largeur réglable de 32 à
48 po (81,2 à 121,9 cm) avec capacité maximale
de 300 lb (136 kg) (poids réparti uniformément).
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
• Ne modifiez pas le support à pneus et
n’utilisez pas ce produit à des fins pour
lesquelles il n’a pas été conçu.
• Ne dépassez jamais la charge maximale
de 300 lb (136 kg). Centrez la charge sur
le support pour égaliser la contrainte de
torsion. Le support à pneus est conçu pour le
rangement de 4 pneus standard de véhicule.
• Soyez conscient du danger du « chargement
dynamique ». Cette situation se produit
lorsque la charge tombe sur le support,
causant une charge excessive à court terme.
Le chargement dynamique peut entraîner
des dommages et une défaillance du support
à pneus et des blessures à la personne qui
charge le support.
• Gardez les enfants et les spectateurs à l’écart
lors du chargement et du déchargement du
support à pneus.
• Installez le support à pneus uniquement
contre un mur muni de montants verticaux et
capable de supporter le poids de ce produit
et sa capacité de charge maximale de 300 lb
(136 kg). Installez ce produit dans un endroit
sûr, à l’écart de tous matériaux inflammables.
• Ce produit nécessite un assemblage et une
installation. Si vous n’êtes pas expérimenté
ou capable de faire ce type de montage
et d’installation, le support à pneus doit
être assemblé et installé par un technicien
qualifié.
• Toutes les fixations doivent être examinées
et serrées régulièrement. Si des dommages
sont constatés sur la structure du support à
pneus, le produit doit être remplacé.
• Travaillez de manière sécuritaire. Vérifiez
qu’aucun circuit électrique ou tuyau n’est
dissimulé derrière la surface d’installation
avant de percer ou de visser.

Prévoyez l’emplacement approprié
du support à pneus. Le produit doit
être fixé à une surface murale avec
des montants verticaux, et peut être
positionné entre 32 et 48 po (81,2 et
121,9 cm) (centre à centre). Utilisez
un détecteur de montants (non inclus)
pour vous aider à localiser les montants.
Utilisez un crayon pour marquer
les centres des trous de montage
supérieurs. Assurez-vous que les trous
sont de niveau. Prépercez les trous
marqués à l’aide d’une mèche de 3/16
po (4,8 mm).
Remarque : Le support à pneus doit être
monté directement sur des montants
de cloison; n’utilisez pas des chevilles
d’ancrage pour l’installer sur une
cloison sèche.
Insérez les tirefonds (E) à travers le
trou de montage supérieur du côté
gauche du support (A) et du côté droit
du support (B) pour les maintenir en
place. Ne serrez pas complètement les
tirefonds (E) à ce moment.
Assurez-vous que le côté gauche du
support (A) et le côté droit du support
(B) sont à la verticale l’un de l’autre.
Utilisez les 2 trous de fixation restants
comme gabarit et percez les trous sur
les montants de cloison.

Insérez deux autres tirefonds (E) dans
chaque côtés du support pour les
fixer. Serrez complètement toutes les
tirefonds.
Étendez le côté gauche du support (A)
et le côté droit du support (B) comme
indiqué sur l’illustration. Insérez la
broche de l’ensemble de goupille (H)
dans le trou I, puis insérez la goupille
de l’ensemble de goupille (H) à travers
le trou II pour verrouiller la barre
horizontale du support. Fixez la goupille
au moyen de la goupille bêta (I).

AVERTISSEMENT!
Le produit doit être installé conformément aux instructions. N’installez
jamais plus d’un produit sur deux montants de cloison. Toutes les
fixations doivent être examinées et serrées régulièrement.
FPO
Le petit tube rond (D) est déjà inséré dans
le gros tube rond (C) dans l’emballage.
Connectez l’extrémité de l’ensemble de
tubes aux barres horizontales au moyen
des boulons (F) et des rondelles élastiques
(G). Répétez pour l’autre ensemble de
deux tubes.
Remarque : Les petits et gros tubes ronds
peuvent être positionnés à plusieurs
endroits le long des barres horizontales
en fonction de la taille des pneus à ranger
sur le support à pneus. Veuillez vous
référer au tableau suivant pour choisir
l’emplacement correct des tubes.
Vérifiez le serrage des fixations. Serrez au
besoin de manière à ce que le support se
plie facilement pour gagner de l’espace.
Vérifiez fréquemment l’état du support
à pneus. Assurez-vous que tous les
composants sont en bon état. Si le support
à pneus est endommagé par accident
ou si des dommages sont constatés,
le produit doit être remplacé. Gardez le
support à pneus propre et exempt de
saleté, de graisse et d’huile. Nettoyez-le
avec un chiffon humide et du détergent
doux.
