Functions:
1. To turn the tool electronic functions on, press the On/Off button
for 1 to 2 seconds. The level vials will light up and the tool will
beep once to indicate that its electronic functions are ready to
use.
2. To turn the electronic functions off, press and release the On/Off
button.
Horizontal level operation (0°)
1. When the level is placed on a horizontal surface, and determines
the surface to be perfectly level between 0° and 0.1° from level),
the top vial will light solid GREEN and the tool will beep 3 times.
2. If the surface is slightly off-horizontal (= between 0.1° and 0.5°
from level), which is acceptable for most applications, the top
vial will flash GREEN continuously.
3. If the surface is not acceptably horizontal (more than 0.5° from
level), the top vial will light up solid RED.
Diagonal level operation (45°)
1. When the level is placed on a surface to determine a diagonal
surface (45 0.2°), the diagonal vial (right of On/Off button)
will light solid GREEN and the tool will beep 3 times.
2. If the surface is slightly off-diagonal (= between 0.2° and 0.5°
from 45°), which is acceptable for most applications, the
diagonal vial will flash GREEN continuously.
3. If the surface is not acceptably diagonal (more than 0.5° from
45°), the diagonal vial will light up solid RED.
