Repeater Talk Around
Users have the freedom to communicate through a
repeater for wide area coverage, or bypass a repeater
and talk directly to another radio if the coverage is
within the range or when the repeater malfunctions.
Tight/Normal Squelch
The radio’s sensitivity can be regulated by selecting
theappropriatesquelchlevels.Usershavetheflexibility
to protect their communication by switching to tight
squelch to filter out interference of unwanted weak
signal; or normal squelch to increase coverage.
Cloning Operation
Easy transfer of essential operating features from one
radiotoanother through a cloning cable without using
computerstoreprogrammetheradios,enablesimproved
efficiency.
Rapid Charger
A new 90-minute time saving rapid charger helps to
improve productivity. This charger can also be used to
charge both NiMH and NiCD battery. One charger fits
