Har ware Package;
Air intake installation;
Please follow below steps;
-Mark the fiberglass on the
fuselage.
-Cut the oracover for the air
intake.
-Tape well an be careful not
to have air leak.
-Use epoxy glue to
assemble fiberglass intake

AILERON, ELEVATOR, FLAP an RUDDER INSTALLATION:
In the har ware bag, you will fin all you nee to fix an link the hinges of the
Flaps an Ailerons:
The Flaps an ailerons are fixe with the hinges to the wing, use glue or
epoxy for hinges, take care not to put glue in the mi le of the hinges.
Install the servo in the servo support(Stan ar size servos with min 10kg
torque)
Glue the aileron Horn in place an check if all work ok.
Screw an a just the linkage at the exact imensions, neutral servo position,
please fix only if the servo position was teste to neutral, otherwise you risk
amage.

Cut the oracover for flap hinges an use epoxy glue.
Use san paper on the horn parts for better glue result.

Servo installation;

Wings fixing part;
Glue the fiberglass' 2,5cm part on the wing.
Use san paper on the fiberglas for better glue result.
Ru er Assembly;
-Use a carbon tube with epoxy glue for permanent fixing.

Stabiliser Fixing;
-Use a carbon tube with epoxy glue for permanent fixing.
Turbine Mount:
The turbine mount is prepare in the right angle to fix your Turbine
Move the Turbine as front as possible an fix it, here on picture per ex.with a
KingTech K70G engine.
To avoi amages on the fuselage ue wet starts, secure the fuselage behin
the turbine with alu-tape.
We recommen K70G for Sport flights. Also can use 40 to 70KgN turbines.

Use aluminum folio, which is inclu e in the
kit.
Fuel tank assembly;
(Optional 2lt fuel an hea er tank shown in the picture – not inclu e in the
kit.)
- If the fuel tank purchase seperately, wash with iesel fuel before use !

Canopy assembly;
Cut the canopy to fix,while the base part screwe on the fuselage. Use Patex
soft glue (or similar). Also use 8pcs 2,5 x 12mm screws - inclu e in the kit.

Retract Assembly;
Stick the plastic pools to the mi -wing with epoxy glue, than screw the
retracts with 12pcs
3 x 20mm screws inclu e in the kit.
We recommen spraying liqui grease oil
in the joints of Retracts time to time.

CG;
We recommen the c.g. position at 150mm as shown below; this will be
perfect as a starting point. We will recommen a justing after a few flights to
iscover your personal preference.
Recommen e Servo Throw Movement;
Aileron -12mm up/ own,
Elevator - 18mm up/ own,
Ru er - 30mm left/right,
Flap – 30mm in first position – 60mm in secon position.
Elevator - flap mix, on 60mm own flap, mix elevator own, 5mm
(Measurements are measure on the tips of aileron an elevator)
