I. GRUNDLEGENDE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Der Arbeitsplatz ist sauber zu halten. Nicht
aufgeräumte Zonen können zu Unfällen führen.
2. Bedingungen am Arbeitsplatz müssen beachtet
werden. Nicht in feuchter bzw. nasser Umgebung
arbeiten (Regen, feuchter Boden). Der Arbeitsplatz
sollte gut gesichert sein. Die Maschine kann
im Betrieb sowie beim Ein – und Ausschalten
Funken erzeugen. Nicht in explosionsgefährdeter
Umgebung (in der Nähe von Lack, Farben, Benzin,
Lösungsmitteln, Gasen, Klebestoen, leicht
entammbaren bzw. explosiven Flüssigkeiten und
Gasen) verwenden.
3. Ausreichend Schutz vor elektrischem Schlag sowie
vor dem Kontakt mit geerdeten Oberächen,
z.B. Rohren, Radiatoren, Heizkörpern, Öfen und
Kühlschrankgehäusen gewährleisten.
4. Kinder und Dritte vom Arbeitsplatz fernhalten.
5. Nicht verwendete Maschinen sollen trocken und in
einem geschlossenen Raum aufbewahrt werden.
6. Maschine nicht überlasten. Die Maschine bietet
optimale Leistung und Sicherheit bei den
vorgegebenen Parametern.
7. Nur geeignetes, zweckmäßiges Werkzeug
verwenden. Für keine Aufgaben verwenden, für die
das Werkzeug, bzw. Ansatzstück, nicht bestimmt ist.
Nicht zweckentfremdet einsetzen.
8. Entsprechende Bekleidung tragen. Lose
Kleidungsstücke und Schmuck können sich in
beweglichen Bauteilen der Maschine verfangen. Bei
der Arbeit im Freien werden Gummihandschuhe und
Antirutsch-Schuhwerk empfohlen. Langes Haar muss
bei der Arbeit abgedeckt sein.
9. Bei besonders staubreichen Arbeitsvorgängen
Schutzbrille und Staubmaske tragen.
10. Anschlusskabel nicht überlasten. Die Maschine nicht
am Kabel tragen. Zum Ausschalten nicht am Kabel
ziehen. Kabel von Wärmequellen, Ölbehältern und
scharfen Kanten fernhalten.
11. Arbeitsplatz sichern. Es wird empfohlen,
Schraubzwingen bzw. Schraubstöcke zur Fixierung
zu verwenden.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist sorgfältig zu lesen.
Elektrische Geräte dürfen nicht mit dem
Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Das Gerät entspricht der CE-Erklärung.
Es sind Schutzbrillen zu verwenden.
Es sind Hörschutzmittel zu verwenden.
Es ist eine Schutzmaske zu verwenden.
Es sind Schutzschuhe zu verwenden.
Dies ist ein Gerät der 2. Schutzklasse mit
doppelter Isolierung.
Es sind Schutzhandschuhe zu tragen.
HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen
Aussehen der Maschine abweichen können.

Während der Arbeit immer auf Ihre Hände achten.
12. Man sollte sich nicht übernehmen. Immer
entsprechende Körperhaltung und Gleichgewicht
beim Arbeiten halten.
13. Die Maschine muss fest in der Hand gehalten
werden. Wenn die Maschine in Betrieb ist, immer an
dem daran befestigten Gri halten.
14. Werkzeuge in einem einwandfreien Zustand halten.
Die Werkzeuge sollten für optimale Leistung scharf
und sauber sein. Hinweise bezüglich Schmieren und
Erneuern von Zubehör einhalten. Kabelverlängerung
immer auf Beschädigungen prüfen und ggf.
erneuern. Handgrie müssen immer trocken, sauber,
sowie öl – und schmierfrei sein.
15. Vor Wartung und Zubehöraustausch (Meißel, Bohrer,
Messer) und bei Nichtverwendung die Maschine
ausschalten und den Stecker ziehen.
16. Einstellschlüsselentfernen.ImmervorInbetriebnahme
überprüfen, dass alle Einstellschlüssel entfernt sind.
17. Zufälliges Einschalten vermeiden. Die Maschine
nicht an Strom angeschlossen und mit dem Finger
auf dem Hauptschalter tragen. Sicherstellen,
dass der Hauptschalter sich in Position „AUS”
bendet, während die Maschine an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen wird.
18. Bei der Arbeit im Freien nur entsprechendes
Verlängerungskabel für den Außenbereich
verwenden.
19. Die Arbeit mit der Maschine erfordert Wachsamkeit
und Sorgfalt. Maschine nicht bei Müdigkeit bedienen.
20. Beschädigte Bauteile sind sorgfältig zu prüfen. Vor
Fortsetzung des Betriebs sollten Gehäuseteile und
sonstige Bauteile sorgfältig geprüft werden um
festzustellen, ob diese Bauteile eine entsprechende
Funktion gewähren. Bewegliche Bauteile auf
Ausrichtung, Verbindungen, Montage und sonstige
Bedingungen prüfen, die die Funktion der Bauteile
beeinträchtigen können. Bei Beschädigung
die betroenen Geräteteile entsprechend vom
zugelassenen Service Instand setzen oder erneuern
lassen, sofern nichts anderes in der vorliegenden
Anleitung beschrieben ist. Beschädigte Schalter
sind vom zugelassenen Service auszutauschen. Die
Maschine darf nicht betrieben werden, wenn die
Schalter ihre Funktionen nicht gewähren.
21. Maschine nur bestimmungsgemäß verwenden.
22. Zur Gewährleistung der operativen Integrität
der Maschine dürfen werkseitig installierte
Schutzvorrichtungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt
werden.
23. Keine beweglichen Bauteile anfassen, wenn die
Maschine an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
24. Es wird empfohlen, das Werkzeug mit niedrigerer
Eingangsbelastung zu verwenden, als auf dem
Typenschild angegeben, damit die Eektivität der
Maschine erhöht und der Verschleiß reduziert
werden kann.
25. Kunststoteile nicht mit Lösungsmitteln reinigen.
Benzin, Verdünnungsmittel, Benzol, Alkohol oder Öl
können die Kunststoteile beschädigen. Mit einem
weichen Tuch mit Wasser und Seife reinigen.
26. Bei Störungen sich an den zugelassenen Service
wenden.
27. Nur originale Ersatzteile verwenden.
28. Die Maschine nur zum Wechsel der Kohlebürsten
demontieren.

29. Beim Transport und Handling von Kernborngeräten
vom Lagerort zum Einsatzort sind die in dem Land,
in dem die Kernborngeräte eingesetzt werden,
geltenden Arbeitsschutzvorschriften zu beachten.
II. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE FÜR DIE NUTZUNG DES GERÄTES
1. Augen mit Schutzbrille schützen.
2. Tragen Sie eine Staubmaske.
3. Gehörschutz verwenden.
4. Auf die richtige Einstellung des Handgris achten.
5. Es wird empfohlen den Seitenhandgri zu
verwenden.
6. Sichere Arbeit hängt von der Körperhaltung ab.
7. Bei der Arbeit in der Höhe auf Personen und
Gegenstände auf tiefer gelegenen Flächen achten.
8. BeiderArbeitmit dem Gerät immer Sicherheitsschuhe
tragen.
Werden die Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise
verletzt kann das zu ernsthaften Körperverletzungen
oder zum Tod führen!

IV. EINSATZBEREICHE
Das Kernbohrgerät ist zur Herstellung von
Durchgangslöchern und Sacklöchern in mineralischen
Baustoen, wie Beton, Mauern aller Art, Asphalt, Estriche
aller Art, Naturstein, unter Verwendung von universeller
Diamantbohrkronen, nass, mit Hilfe eines Gestells
bestimmt.
V. VOR VERWENDUNG
1. Stromquelle.
Es ist sicherzustellen, dass die Spannung an der
Stromquelle den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des
Produkts entspricht.
2. Hauptschalter.
Es ist sicherzustellen, dass der Hauptschalter in
Position „AUS” steht. Wird das Gerät an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen, während der Hauptschalter sich in
Position „AN” bendet, kann das zu Unfällen führen.
3. Verlängerungskabel.
Verfügt der Arbeitsplatz nicht über eine
Stromquelle, sollte ein Verlängerungskabel mit
einem ausreichenden Querschnitt (Dicke) und einer
ausreichenden Nennleistung verwendet werden. Das
Verlängerungskabel sollte so kurz wie möglich sein.

Önen Sie das Kühlmittelventil und führen Sie den
Schlauchausgang in den Arbeitsbereich. Schalten Sie das
Gerät mit dem Schalter ein.
Stellen Sie die Höhe des Gerätes mit Hilfe des Hebe-/
Senkhebels ein. Nach Beendigung des Betriebs das
Kühlwasserventil schließen, das Gerät nach oben heben und
mit dem Schalter ausschalten.
ACHTUNG! Achten Sie bei der Bearbeitung darauf, dass das
Kernbohrgerät nicht im Werkstück stehen bleibt.

Önen Sie das Kühlmittelventil und führen Sie den
Schlauchausgang in den Arbeitsbereich. Um das Gerät
einzuschalten, drücken Sie den On/O-Schalter (2) und
lassen Sie den Schalter los, um den Betrieb des Geräts
zu stoppen. Um den Betrieb kontinuierlich fortzusetzen
muss die Sperrtaste (4) nach dem Einschalten der On/O-
Taste gedrückt werden, in diesem Fall wird das Gerät nach
dem Loslassen des Schalters (2) weiterarbeiten. Stellen
Sie die Höhe des Gerätes mit Hilfe des Hebe-/Senkhebels
ein. Schließen Sie nach Beendigung des Betriebs das
Kühlmittelventil, heben Sie das Gerät nach oben und
schalten Sie es durch Drücken und Loslassen des Schalters
(2) aus.
ACHTUNG! Achten Sie bei der Bearbeitung darauf, dass
das Kernbohrgerät nicht im Werkstück stehen bleibt.

Önen Sie das Kühlmittelventil und führen Sie den
Schlauchausgang in den Arbeitsbereich. Vergewissern Sie
sichvordemEinschalten,dassder minimale Drehzahlbereich
am Gerät eingestellt ist. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit einem
Schalter ein, stellen Sie die Geschwindigkeitsregelung auf
die Drehzahl der geplanten Aufgabe ein, stellen Sie die
Höhe des Gerätes mit dem Hebe-/Senkhebel ein. Nach
erfolgter Bearbeitung das Kühlwasserventil schließen, das
Gerät nach oben heben, Drehgeschwindigkeit auf kleinsten
Wert einstellen und das Gerät mit dem Schalter ausschalten.
ACHTUNG! Achten Sie bei der Bearbeitung darauf, dass das
Kernbohrgerät nicht im Werkstück stehen bleibt.
VII. VERWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
Das Gerät sollte auf einer stabilen und ebenen Fläche
aufgestellt werden, das Gerät sollte mit Hilfe von
Montageankern am Boden befestigt werden:
1. Unterbau des Geräts auf die Fläche stellen.
2. Befestigungslöcher anzeichnen.
3. Bohren Sie Löcher in die Oberäche an den zuvor
markierten Stellen.
4. Die Anker werden in die gebohrten Löcher
eingesetzt.
5. Befestigen Sie die Löcher im Geräteunterbau an
die Anordnung der Bohrlöcher und ziehen Sie die
Befestigungsschrauben fest an.
6. Das Gerät nivellieren.
VIII. AUSTAUSCH DER KOHLENBÜRSTE
Beim Betrieb werden die Kohlenbürsten gleichmäßig
abgenutzt. Wird das Isolierungsstück im Innenbereich
der Bürste blank und kommt es zum Kontakt mit dem
Kommutator wird der Motor automatisch ausgeschaltet.
Danach müssen die Bürsten gleichzeitig gegen Neue
desselben Typs ausgetauscht werden. Prüfen Sie die
Kohlebürsten nach ca. 300 Betriebsstunden.
Achtung! Vor dem Austausch der Bürsten hat man sich
zu vergewissern, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet und die
Versorgungsleitung abgetrennt wurde.
Um Kohlebürsten auszutauschen hat man:
Die Befestigungsschraube der Kohlebürsten an der Seite
des Gerätegehäuses zu lösen:
Ziehen Sie die verbrauchte Kohlebürste heraus, setzen Sie
eine neue Bürste ein und ziehen Sie die Halteschraube
fest. Ebenso ist die Kohlebürste auf der anderen Seite des
Gehäuses auszutauschen.
IX. INSTALLATION/DEMONTAGE BESTIMMTER
KOMPONENTEN
• Montage der Halterung für die Höhenverstellung:
Lösen Sie die Schraube aus der Halterungsbefestigung.
Anschließend setzen Sie die Halterungsbefestigung in das
Gerät ein:

Man muss vermeiden, dass Wasser durch die
Belüftungsönungen am Gehäuse ins Innere
gelangt. Die Belüftungsönungen sind mit Pinsel
und Druckluft zu reinigen.
XI. TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
Beim Transport sollte die Maschine vor Schütteln und
Stürzen geschützt und nicht auf den Kopf gestellt werden.
Lagern Sie sie in einer gut durchlüfteten Umgebung mit
trockener Luft und ohne korrosive Gase.
XII. REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DER MASCHINE
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente der Maschine
Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall sein, darf
die Maschine nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie
sich umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer, um Nachbesserungen
vorzunehmen.
Was tun im Problemfall?
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende
Angaben vor:
• Rechnungs- und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie
auf dem Typenschild).
• ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils.
• Ihr Servicemitarbeiter kann besser eingrenzen worin
das Problem besteht, wenn Sie es so präzise wie
möglich beschreiben. Je detaillierter Ihre Angaben
sind, umso schneller kann Ihnen geholfen werden!
ACHTUNG: Önen Sie die Maschine niemals ohne
Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice. Dies kann Ihren
Gewährleistungsanspruch beeinträchtigen!

Ziehen Sie die Schraube fest. Achten Sie beim Anziehen
darauf, dass die Schraube aus dem Loch herauskommt.
• Montage des Kühlmittelzufuhrschlauches:
Schieben Sie die Schlauchspitze auf das
Flüssigkeitszufuhrventil des Gerätes:
Nach dem Aufbringen des Schlauches den Schlauch mit
einer Schelle zusammendrücken, damit er während des
Betriebes nicht herunterfällt.
• Einbau der Halterung:
Befestigen Sie die Halterung an der Führungsschiene und
befestigen Sie sie anschließend mit zwei Schrauben an der
Führungsschiene.
• Einbau der Bohrkrone am Gerät.
Um die Bohrkrone auf der Spindel zu montieren, schrauben
Sie sie entsprechend der Gewinderichtung ein.
X. BEDIENUNG UND KONTROLLE DES GERÄTES
1. Gerätekontrolle.
Da der Verschleiß von Werkzeugen die Motorleistung
beeinträchtigt, sind abgenutzte Verschleißteile
umgehend zu erneuern.
2. Kontrolle der Befestigungsschrauben.
Befestigungsschrauben sind regelmäßig auf festen
Sitz zu prüfen und ggf. festzuziehen. Wird dies nicht
getan, besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
3. Bedienung des Motors.
Der Rotor des Motors ist das Herzstück des Gerätes.
Er soll vor Beschädigung und Verunreinigung mit
Wasser bzw. Öl geschützt werden.
4. Kontrolle der Motorbürsten.
Der Motor verwendet Kohlebürsten, die
abgenutzt werden. Stark abgenutzte Kohlebürsten
beeinträchtigen die Motorleistung. Bei Kohlebürsten
mit der Auto-Stop-Funktion wird der Motor
automatisch angehalten. Abgenutzte Kohlebürsten
müssen erneuert werden, wobei beide Kohlebürsten
durch neue zu ersetzen sind. Kohlebürsten sollten
immer sauber gehalten werden. Ihr ungehindertes
Gleiten innerhalb der Kohlebürstenhalter muss
gewährleistet werden.
5. Reinigung des Geräts.
Um das Gerät sauber zu halten, ist es mit Wasser
und Seife unter Anwendung von einem sanften Tuch
zu reinigen. Man darf weder Bürsten noch andere
Reinigungsgeräte verwenden, die zur Entstehung
von Rissen / zur Beschädigung des Geräts führen
können.

I. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas can cause
injuries.
2. Consider the work area environment before starting
to work. Don’t expose power tools to rain or wet soil.
Don’t use power tools in damp or wet locations. The
work area should be well secured. Don’t use the tool
in the presence of ammable liquids or gases. Power
tools produce sparks during normal operation or
when switching ON/OFF. Never use power tools in
dangerous sites containing lacquer, paint, benzene,
thinner, gasoline, gases, adhesive agents, and other
materials which are combustible or explosive.
3. Provide sucient protection against electric shock.
Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces,
for example: pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerator
enclosures.
4. Keep children and third parties away from the work
area.
5. Store unused tools. When not in use, tools should be
stored in dry and high or locked-up places out of the
reach of children.
6. Do not overload the machine! To ensure an optimum
performance and the safety of the machine, only use
it within the set parameters.
7. Use only suitable tools. Don’t use small tools or
attachments. Don’t use tools for not intended
purposes. For example: don’t use circular saws for
cutting tree limbs or logs
8. Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewellery. They can get caught in the moving
parts. Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are
recommended when working outdoors. Wear
protective hair covering to contain long hair.
9. Use safety glasses. Also use a face or dust mask if the
cutting operation is dusty.
10. Do not damage the connection cable. Never carry
the tool by the cord or yank the cord to disconnect
it from the power source. Keep the cord away from
heat and oil sources and sharp edges.
11. Secure the work area. It is recommended to use
clamps or a vice for xation. Please pay special
attention to your hands when operating the machine.
The operation manual must be read carefully.
Never dispose of electrical equipment together
with household waste.
This machine conforms to CE declarations.
Safety goggles must be used.
Ear protection must be used.
Safety mask must be used.
Protective footwear must be used.

12. Do not overreach yourself. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times.
13. Hold the machine rmly with both hands. When
using the machine, hold it by the handles provided
with the machine.
14. Maintain tools with care. Keep tools clean for a better
and safer performance. Follow the instructions for
changing accessories. Inspect the extension cords
periodically and replace if damaged. Keep handles
dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
15. Switch o the machine and disconnect the cable
before performing maintenance or changing
accessories.
16. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Always make
sure that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed
from the tool before turning it on.
17. Avoid unintentional starting. Don’t carry a plugged-

21. Do not use power tools for applications other than
those specied in the instructions (other than that for

continuous operation, press and hold the ON/OFF trigger

Open the coolant valve and put the pipe output in
the work area. Before turning it o, make sure that
the minimal rotation speed range is selected. Turn
the device on via the built-in switch, adjust the speed
control to the rotation speed of the required task and
adjust the height of the device with the lever. After
having successfully used it, turn o the cooling water
valve, hold the device upwards, adjust the rotation
speed to the smallest value and turn the device o
via the switch. ATTENTION! When working, make
sure that the core drills are not in the workpiece.
VII. ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
1. Place the device on a stable and level surface,
use attachment anchors to mount the device
to the surface:
2. Place device base on the surface.
3. Mark the position of attachment holes.
4. Drill holes on the surface at the market positions.
5. Insert anchors into the drilled holes.
6. Align the holes in device bases with drilled holes
and tighten the attachment screws.
7. Level the device.
VIII. REPLACING CARBON BRUSHES
When the device is operated, carbon brushes steadily wear
out. When the insulation tip integrated inside the brush gets
revealed and touches the commutator it will trip the engine
automatically. When this happens, both brushes must be
replaced with new brushes of the same type. Inspect the
carbon brushes after approx. 300 working hours.
Attention! Before commencing carbon-brush replacement,
make sure the device is switched o and the power cord
is unplugged.
Replacing the carbon brushes:
Unscrew the screw securing the carbon brushes on the side
of the device housing:
Remove worn out carbon brush, insert new brush and
tighten the screw. Replace the carbon brush on the other
side of the housing in an analogous manner.

IV. APPLICATIONS
The diamond core drill is designed to drill pass-through
and not pass-through holes in mineral construction
materials such as concrete, all types of walls, asphalt, all
types of screed, natural stone, with the use of standard
diamond tipped core drills, wet drilling and using a stand.
V. BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Power source.
Ensure that the power source which is utilized
conforms to the power requirements specied on
the product name.
2. Power switch.
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position.
If the plug is connected to a power receptacle while
the power switch is in the ON position, serious
accidents can occur.
3. Extension cord.
When the work area has no power source, use an
extension cord of sucient thickness and rated
capacity. The extension cord should be kept as short
as possible.

Slide hose end over device coolant feed valve:
Once on, use a hose clamp to secure the hose in place.
• Bracket assembly:
Align the bracket with the guide rail and secure it to the
rail using two bolts.

X. MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
1. Inspecting the tool.
Since the use of a dull tool will cause the motor to
malfunction, it should be replaced with a new one
without delay when abrasion is noted.
2. Inspecting the mounting screws.
Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure
that they are properly tightened. Should any of the
screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Failure
to do so could result in serious hazard.
3. Maintenance of the motor.
The motor unit winding is the very “heart” of the
power tool. Exercise due care to ensure the winding
does not become damaged and/or wet with oil or
water.
4. Inspecting the carbon brushes.
The motor employs carbon brushes which are
consumable parts. When they become worn or near
the ”wear limit”, it could result in motor trouble.
When an auto-stop carbon brush is equipped, the
motor will stop automatically. At that time, replace
both carbon brushes with new ones. In addition,
always keep carbon brushes clean and ensure that
they slide freely within the brush holders.
5. Cleaning the device.
To keep the device clean, clean it using a soft cloth
damped in water with soap. Never use brushes or
other cleaning tools that may scratch/damage the
device. Remember to prevent water from penetrating
inside the device through vents in the housing of
the device. Clean the vents with a paintbrush and
compressed air.
XI. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning the machine upside down
should be prevented when it is transported. Store it in
a properly ventilated surrounding with dry air and without
any corrosive gas.
XII. REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Regularly check the machine for signs of damage. Should it
be damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact
your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare following
information:
• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be
found on the technical plate on the machine).
• If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or
defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service clerk to
determine the source of the problem if you give

more detailed your information, the better customer
service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and
eciently!

I. PODSTAWOWE ZASADY BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
1. Miejsce pracy należy utrzymywać w czystości.

9. Należy używać okularów ochronnych. Również
należy stosować maskę przeciwpyłową na twarz
celem zabezpieczenia przed kurzem w przypadku
gdy prowadzone prace powodują nadmierne
powstawanie pyłów i kurzu.
10. Nie wolno nadmiernie obciążać przewodu
zasilającego. Nie należy przenosić urządzenie
chwytając za przewód zasilający, jak również nie
należy szarpać i ciągnąć za przewód aby odłączyć
urządzenie od zasilania. Przewód należy prowadzić

zgodnie z instrukcjami dla smarowania i wymiany

działać i wykonywać swoje funkcje. Należy
sprawdzać ustawienie ruchomych części, montażu,
oraz wszelkie inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ
na działanie urządzenia. Osłona lub inne części,
które są uszkodzone, powinny być naprawione lub
wymienione przez autoryzowany serwis, chyba że

powierzchni, urządzenie należy przymocować do podłoża
za pomocą kotw montażowych:

2. Odrysować otwory montażowe na powierzchni.
3. Wywiercić otwory na powierzchni w miejscach

IV. ZASTOSOWANIE

V. PRZED UŻYCIEM
1. Źródło zasilania.
Należy się upewnić, że źródło zasilania jest zgodne

2. Włącznik zasilania.

w pozycji OFF (wyłączony). Jeśli wtyczka jest

Zakręcić śrubę. Przy zakręcaniu należy zwrócić uwagę aby
śruba wyszła na wylot.
• Montaż wężyka doprowadzającego ciecz chłodzącą:
Nasunąć końcówkę wężyka na zawór doprowadzający ciecz
do urządzenia:
Po nałożeniu wężyk należy ścisnąć opaską zaciskową aby
nie spadł podczas pracy.
• Montaż uchwytu:
Przyłożyć uchwyt do prowadnicy a następnie przykręcić
uchwyt dwoma śrubami do prowadnicy.
X. OBSŁUGA I KONTROLA URZĄDZENIA
1. Sprawdzanie urządzenia.
Ponieważ używanie tępego narzędzia spowoduje
nieprawidłowe działanie silnika oraz jego skuteczną
degradację, w momencie zauważenia ścierania
narzędzi należy natychmiast wymienić je na nowe.
2. Sprawdzanie śrub mocujących.
Należy regularnie sprawdzać śruby mocujące
oraz upewnić się, że są one właściwie dokręcone.
W przypadku gdy jakakolwiek śruba będzie luźna,
należy ją natychmiast dokręcić. Niespełnienie tego
wymogu może powodować poważne zagrożenie.
3. Obsługa silnika.
Wirnik silnika jest „sercem” elektronarzędzia. Należy
zadbać, by wirnik nie został uszkodzony i / lub nie
został zalany wodą lub olejem.
4. Sprawdzanie szczotek silnika.
Silnik wykorzystuje szczotki węglowe, które ulegają
zużyciu. Kiedy szczotki ulegają zużyciu lub są blisko
„granicy zużycia”, może to spowodować kłopoty
z silnikiem. Gdy szczotki są wyposażone w funkcję
automatycznego zatrzymywania (auto-stop),
silnik zatrzyma się automatycznie. W przypadku
stwierdzenia zużycia szczotek, należy je wymienić
obie na nowe. Dodatkowo należy zawsze utrzymywać
je w czystości i zapewnić swobodne ślizganie się
wewnątrz uchwytów.
5. Czyszczenie urządzenia.
Aby urządzenie utrzymać w czystości, należy czyścić
je wodą z domieszką mydła przy pomocy miękkiej
szmatki. Nie wolno używać szczotek lub innych
narzędzi czyszczących, które mogą doprowadzić
do zarysowania/uszkodzenia urządzenia. Należy
pamiętać aby przez otwory wentylacyjne znajdujące
się w obudowie nie dostała się woda. Otwory
wentylacyjne należy czyścić pędzelkiem i sprężonym
powietrzem.
XI. TRANSPORT I PRZECHOWYWANIE
Podczas transportu urządzenie należy zabezpieczyć przed
wstrząsami i przewróceniem się oraz nie ustawiać go „do
góry nogami”. Urządzenie należy przechowywać w dobrze
wentylowanym pomieszczeniu, w którym obecne jest suche
powietrze i nie występują gazy powodujące korozję.
XII. REGULARNA KONTROLA URZĄDZENIA
Należy regularnie sprawdzać czy elementy urządzenia nie są
uszkodzone. Jeżeli tak jest, należy zaprzestać użytkowania
urządzenia. Proszę niezwłocznie zwrócić się do sprzedawcy
w celu przeprowadzenia naprawy.
Co należy zrobić w przypadku pojawienia się problemu?
Należy skontaktować się ze sprzedawcą i przygotować
następujące dane:
• Numer faktury oraz numer seryjny urządzenia (numer
seryjny podany jest na tabliczce znamionowej).
• Ewentualnie zdjęcie niesprawnej części.
• Pracownik serwisu jest w stanie lepiej ocenić, na czym
polega problem, jeżeli opiszą go Państwo w sposób
tak precyzyjny, jak jest to tylko możliwe. Im bardziej
szczegółowe są dane, tym szybciej można Państwu
pomóc!
UWAGA: Nigdy nie wolno otwierać urządzenia bez
konsultacji z serwisem klienta. Może to prowadzić do utraty
gwarancji!
VIII. WYMIANA SZCZOTEK WĘGLOWYCH
W trakcie pracy urządzenia szczotki węglowe zużywają się
miarowo. Gdy końcówka izolacyjna umieszczona wewnątrz
szczotki zostanie odsłonięta i zetknie się z komutatorem,
spowoduje automatyczne wyłączenie silnika. Gdy to
nastąpi, obie szczotki należy wymienić na nowe, tego
samego typu. Szczotki węglowe należy sprawdzić po ok.
300h pracy.
Uwaga! Przed wymianą szczotek należy upewnić się, że
urządzenie jest wyłączone a przewód zasilający został
odłączony.
Aby wymienić szczotki węglowe należy:
Odkręcić śrubę zabezpieczającą szczotki węglowe
znajdującą się z boku obudowy urządzenia:
Wyciągnąć zużytą szczotkę węglową, wsadzić nową
szczotkę i zakręcić śrubę zabezpieczającą. W analogiczny
sposób należy wymienić szczotkę węglową z drugiej strony
obudowy.
IX. MONTAŻ / DEMONTAŻ POSZCZEGÓLNYCH
ELEMENTÓW URZĄDZENIA
• Montaż uchwytu do regulacji wysokości urządzenia:
Wykręcić śrubę z mocowania uchwytu, włożyć mocowanie
uchwytu na mocowanie w urządzeniu, otwory należy tak
ustawić aby był prześwit:
• Montaż wiertła koronkowego w urządzeniu.
Aby zamontować wiertło koronkowe na wrzecionie należy
je wkręcić zgodnie z kierunkiem gwintu.

I. ZÁKLADNÍ BEZPEČNOSTNÍ PRAVIDLA
1. Pracoviště je nutno udržovat v čistotě. Nepořádek
může vést k nehodám.
2. Zohledněte podmínky na pracovišti. Nepoužívejte
zařízení na vlhkých nebo mokrých místech (vyvarujte
se déště či mokré podlahy). Pracoviště musí být dobře
zabezpečeno. Nepoužívejte zařízení poblíž hořlavých
kapalin nebo plynů. Zařízení během práce a také při
zapínání / vypínání vytváří jiskry. Zařízení nesmí být
používáno na nebezpečných místech, v blízkosti laků,
barev, benzínu, ředidel, plynů, lepících prostředků
a jiného hořlavého nebo výbušného materiálu.
3. Chraňte se před úrazem elektrickým proudem.
Vyvarujte se kontaktu s uzemněnými povrchy, např.
trubkami, topením, radiátory, pecemi, povrchy
ledniček.
4. Zabraňte dětem a třetí osoby v přístupu na
pracoviště. (please delete: Třetí osoby musí rovněž
zachovat odstup od místa provádění prací.
5. Nepoužívané nástroje musí být uskladněny na
suchém a uzavřeném místě.
6. Nepřetěžujte zařízení. Zařízení bude pracovat
nejlépe a nejbezpečněji v paramentrech, pro které
bylo navrženo.
7. Používejte pouze vhodné nástroje. Neprovádějte
úkony, pro něž nástroj nebo jeho součásti nejsou
určen.
8. Používejte vhodný oděv. Nenoste volné oděvy
a bižuterii, protože mohou být vtaženy do
pohyblivých částí zařízení. V případě provádění prací
venku se doporučuje použití gumových rukavic
a protiskluzové obuvi. Noste rovněž pokrývku hlavy,
chraňte dlouhé vlasy.
9. V případě vzniku velkého množství prachu používejte
při práci ochranné brýle a ochrannou masku proti
prachu.
10. Napájecí kabel nesmí být nadměrně zatěžován.
Nepřemisťujte zařízení taháním za napájecí kabel,
netrhejte kabelem a netahejte za něj za účelem
odpojení zařízení od elektrického proudu. Udržujte
kabel v bezpečné vzdálenosti od zdrojů tepla,
olejových nádrží a ostrých hran.
Seznamte se s návodem k obsluze.
Elektrická zařízení nesmí být vyhozena se
směsným domovním odpadem.
Zařízení je v souladu s prohlášením o shodě CE.
Používejte ochranné brýle.
Používejte chrániče sluchu.
Používejte respirátor.
Používejte ochrannou obuv.

11. Zabezpečte pracoviště. Při provádění prací se
doporučuje použití svorek a svěráku. Během práce
dávejte pozor na své ruce.
12. Nepřepínejte své síly. Zachovejte bezpečné držení
těla a rovnováhu v každém okamžiku provádění
prací.
13. Zařízení držte silně rukama. Je-li v provozu, držte jej
vždy pevně za úchyty na zařízením.
14. Udržujte zařízení vždy v perfektním stavu. Nástroje
je nutné uchovávat ostré a čisté, umožní to jejich
optimální funkci. Postupujte v souladu s instrukcemi
co se týče mazávání a výměny příslušenství.
15. V případě provádění údržby či výměny příslušenství
(ostří, vrtáky, nože) vypněte a odpojte zařízení od
zdroje elektrického proudu.
16. Pamatujte, že je nutno odstranit regulační klíče. Před
zapnutím zařízení je vždy nutno zkontrolovat, zda
jsou regulační klíče ze zařízení odstraněny.
17. Zabraňte náhodnému zapnutí. Nepřemisťujte
zařízení zapojené ke zdroji napájení s prstem
na hlavním spínači. Ujistěte se, že v okamžiku
zapojování napájecího kabelu je spínač zařízení ve
vypnuté poloze.
18. V případě práce se zařízením venku používejte
prodlužovací kabely provedené a určené k použití
venku.
19. Během práce se zařízením je nutno zachovat
pozornost a kontrolovat prováděné práce podle
zdravého rozumu. Nepracujte se zařízením, pokud
jste unaveni.
20. Kontrolujte poškozené díly. Před opětovný použitím
zařízení je nutno důkladně zkontrolovat kryt nebo
jiné části, které mohou být poškozeny, a to za
účelem zjištění, zda budou správně fungovat a plnit
své funkce. Kontrolujte nastavení pohyblivých částí,
montáž a veškeré jiné podmínky, které mohou mít
vliv na funkci zařízení. Kryt nebo jiné díly, které
jsou poškozeny, je nutno opravit nebo vyměnit
v autorizovaném servisu, ledaže na jiném místě
v tomto návodu bylo stanoveno jinak. Poškozené
spínače je nutno vyměnit v autorizovaném servisu.
Zařízení nesmí být používáno, pokud jej spínačem
nelze zapnout ani vypnout.
21. Zařízení nesmí být používáno k jiným pracím, nežli ke
kterým bylo určeno.
22. Za účelem zajištění navržené operační integrity
zařízení nesmí být odstraněny továrně nainstalované
kryty nebo odšroubovány šrouby.
23. Nedotýkejte se pohyblivých dílů nebo příslušenství
pokud nebylo zařízení odpojeno od napájení.
24. Doporučuje se, aby zařízení bylo používáno s menší
vstupní zátěží než je uvedeno na technickém
štítku, díky tomu bude zařízení pracovat výkonněji
a prodlouží se jeho životnost.
25. Díly z umělé hmoty nevytírejte rozpouštědly. Taková
rozpouštědla jako je benzín, ředidlo, benzen, alkohol,
amoniak či olej mohou poničit díly z umělé hmoty.
Tyto části je nutno čistit pomocí měkkého hadříku
navlhčeného vodu a mýdlem.
26. V případě poruchy zařízení je nutno kontaktovat
autorizovaný servis.
27. Používejte pouze originální náhradní díly.
28. Toto zařízení může být demontováno pouze za
účelem výměny uhlíkových kartáčů pro motor.

Otevřete ventil chladicí kapaliny a ústí hadičky namiřte do
pracovního prostoru. Pro zapnutí zařízení stiskněte vypínač
(2), práci zařízení zastavíte povolením vypínače. Aby zařízení
pracovalo nepřetržitě, musíte po stisknutí vypínače (2)
stisknout blokovací tlačítko (4), po povolení vypínače (2) pak
bude zařízení pracovat i nadále. Pákou ke zvedání / sklápění
zařízení nastavte výšku zařízení. Po skončení práce zavřete
ventil chladicí kapaliny, zvedněte zařízení nahoru a vypněte
zařízení stisknutím a povolením tlačítka vypínače (2).
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Při práci dávejte pozor na to, aby nedošlo
k zastavení korunového vrtáku v obráběném materiálu.

Otevřete ventil chladicí kapaliny a ústí hadičky namiřte
do pracovního prostoru. Před zapnutím se ujistěte, že
na zařízení je nastaven nejmenší rozsah otáček. Zapněte
zařízení spínačem, regulátorem otáček nastavte otáčky
podle konané práce, pákou ke zvedání/sklápění zařízení
nastavte výšku zařízení. Po skončení práce zavřete ventil
chladicí kapaliny, zvedněte zařízení nahoru, otáčky nastavte
na nejmenší rozsah a vypněte zařízení vypínačem.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Při práci dávejte pozor na to, aby nedošlo
k zastavení korunového vrtáku v obráběném materiálu.
VII. MONTÁŽ ZAŘÍZENÍ
1. Zařízení umístěte na stabilní a rovnou podložku
a upevněte je k podkladu montážními kotvami:
2. Postavte podstavec zařízení na podložku.
3. Obkreslete montážní otvory na podložku.
4. Vyvrtejte v podložce otvory na dříve označených
místech.
5. Do vzniklých otvorů vložte kotvy.
6. Otvory v podstavcích zařízení upravte podle
vyvrtaných otvorů a pořádně dotáhněte upevňovací
šrouby.
7. Vyrovnejte zařízení.
VIII. VÝMĚNA UHLÍKOVÝCH KARTÁČŮ
Během práce zařízení se uhlíkové kartáče úměrně
opotřebovávají. Pokud bude izolační koncovka umístěná
uvnitř kartáče odkryta a dotkne se komutátoru, automaticky
dojde k vypnutí motoru. V takovém případě je nutno oba
kartáče vyměnit za nové kartáče stejného typu. Uhlíkové
kartáče kontrolujte po cca 300 h provozu.
POZOR! Před výměnou kartáčů je nutno ujistit se, že
zařízení je vypnuto a napájecí kabel byl odpojen.
Za účelem výměny uhlíkových kartáčů je nutno:
Odšroubovat šroub upevňující uhlíkové kartáče po straně
pláště zařízení:
Vyjmout opotřebovaný uhlíkový kartáč, vložit nový kartáč
a zašroubovat upevňovací šroub. Stejným způsobem je
nutné vyměnit uhlíkový kartáč na druhé straně pláště.
IX. MONTÁŽ/DEMONTÁŽ JEDNOTLIVÝCH DÍLŮ

IV. POUŽITÍ
Jádrová diamantová vrtačka je určena k vrtání průchozích
a neprůchozích otvorů v minerálních stavebních
materiálech, jako je např. beton, zdi každého druhu, asfalt,
mazaniny každého druhu, přírodní kámen s použitím
univerzálních diamantových vrtacích korunek, za mokra,
s použitím stojanu.
V. PŘED POUŽITÍM
1. Zdroj napájení.
Ujistěte se, že zdroj napájení je v souladu s požadavky
pro napájení uvedenými na technickém štítku
výrobku.
2. Hlavní spínač.
Ujistěte se, že hlavní spínač je v poloze OFF
(vypnuto). Pokud je zástrčka zapojena do elektrické
zásuvky, a přepínač elektrického zařízení je v poloze
ON (zapnuto), může dojít k úrazu.
3. Použití prodlužovacích kabelů.
Pokud v místě provádění prací chybí elektrická
zásuvka, použijte prodlužovací kabel s vhodným
průřezem kabelů a jmenovitým výkonem. Používejte
co nejkratší prodlužovací kabel.

XII. PRAVIDELNÁ KONTROLA ZAŘÍZENÍ
Pravidelně kontrolujte, zda díly zařízení nejsou poškozeny.
Pokud ano, přestaňte zařízení používat. Neprodleně se
obraťte na prodejce za účelem provedení opravy.
Jak je nutno postupovat v případě výskytu problému?
Kontaktujte prodejce a připravte si následující údaje:
• Číslo faktury a sériové číslo zařízení (sériové číslo je
uvedeno na technickém štítku).
• Případná fotograe nefunkčního dílu.
• Zaměstnanec servisu bude schopen lépe vyhodnotit,
v čem spočívá problém, pokud ho popíšete možně
nejpřesnějším způsobem. Čím podrobnější budou
uvedené údaje, tím rychleji získáte pomoc!
POZOR: Zařízení nesmí být v žádném případě otevřeno bez
předchozí konzultace se zákaznickým servisem. Hrozí ztráta
záruky!

Po nasazení je nutné hadičku stisknout stahovací páskou,
aby během provozu nespadla.
• Montáž úchytu:
Přiložit úchyt k vodicí liště a přišroubovat úchyt dvěma
šrouby k vodicí liště.
• Montáž korunového vrtáku v zařízení.
Pro montáž korunového vrtáku na vřeteno je nutné je
našroubovat v souladu s vinutím závitu.
X. OBSLUHA A KONTROLA ZAŘÍZENÍ
1. Kontrola zařízení.
Jelikož opotřebení nástrojů má negativní vliv na
výkon motoru, je nutné opotřebované součástky
neprodleně vyměnit za nové.
2. Kontrola upevňovacích šroubů.
Pravidelně kontrolujte upevňovací šrouby a ujišťujte
se, že jsou správně utaženy. V případě, že kterýkoliv
ze šroubů bude volný, je nutno okamžitě takový
šroub utáhnout. Nebude-li tak učiněno, existuje
nebezpečí poranění.
3. Obsluha motoru.
Rotor motoru je „srdcem” zařízení. Dbejte na to, aby
rotor nebyl poškozen a/nebo nebyl zalit vodou nebo
olejem.
4. Kontrola motorových kartáčů.
Motor využívá uhlíkové kartáče, které se
opotřebovávají. V případě, že jsou kartáče
opotřebeny nebo jsou blízko „hranice opotřebení“,
může dojít k potížím s motorem. Pokud jsou kartáče
vybaveny funkcí automatického zastavení (auto-
stop), motor se zastaví automaticky. V případě
zjištění opotřebení kartáčů je nutno oba kartáče
vyměnit za nové. Kromě toho musí být kartáče vždy
udržovány čisté a je nutno zajistit nerušené skluzy
uvnitř úchytů.
5. Čištění zařízení.
Za účelem udržování čistoty používejte vodu
s příměsí mýdla a čistěte pomocí měkkého hadříku.
Používání kartáčů nebo jiných čistících pomůcek,
které mohou způsobit poškrábání / poškození
zařízení je zakázáno. Pamatujte, aby se přes
ventilační otvory nacházející se na krytu zařízení
nedostala voda. Ventilační otvory čistěte pomocí
štětečku a stlačeného vzduchu.
XI. PŘEPRAVA A USKLADNĚNÍ
Během přepravy je zařízení nutno zabezpečit proti otřesům
a převrácení, a nepokládejte jej „nohama nahoru“. Zařízení
skladujte v dobře ventilované místnosti, ve které je suchý
vzduch, a nevyskytují se plyny způsobující korozi.

2. Respecter les conditions s'appliquant au poste de
travail. Ne pas travailler dans un environnement
humide ou mouillé (pluie, sol humide). Le poste
de travail doit être bien sécurisé. La machine peut
produire des étincelles en état de fonctionnement
ainsi que lors de la mise en marche et de la mise en
arrêt. Ne pas utiliser dans un environnement explosif
(à proximité de vernis, peintures, essence, solvants,
gaz, colles, liquides et gaz hautement inammables
ou explosifs).
3. Assurer une protection susante contre le choc
électrique ainsi que du contact avec des surfaces
mises à la terre, comme par exemple des tuyaux, des
radiateurs, des éléments de chauage, des fours et
des réfrigérateurs.
4. Tenir les enfants et tierces personnes éloignés du
poste de travail.
5. Les machines non utilisées doivent être conservées
à un endroit sec et dans une pièce fermée.
6. Ne pas surcharger la machine. La machine ore
une performance et une sécurité optimale pour les
paramètres prédénis.
7. N'utiliser que des outils adaptés et fonctionnels. Ne
pas utiliser pour des travaux pour lesquels l'outil ou
l'embout n'est pas prévu. Ne pas utiliser à d'autres ns.
8. Porter des vêtements adéquats. Les vêtements
lâches et les bijoux peuvent se coincer dans les
pièces mobiles de la machine. Il est recommandé
d'utiliser des gants en caoutchouc et des chaussures
antiglisse pour travailler à l'extérieur. Les cheveux
longs doivent être recouverts pendant le travail.
9. Lors des étapes de travail qui engendrent
particulièrement beaucoup de poussière, porter des
lunettes de protection et un masque anti-poussière.
10. Ne pas surcharger les câbles de raccordement. Ne
pas porter la machine par le câble. Ne pas tirer sur
le câble pour éteindre la machine. Tenir les câbles
à l'écart des sources de chaleur, des récipients
d'huile et des bords coupants.
ATTENTION! Certaines illustrations, présentes
dans cette notice, peuvent diérer de la véritable
apparence de l‘appareil.

11. Sécuriser le poste de travail. Il est recommandé
d'utiliser des serre-joints ou des étaux pour la
xation. Toujours faire attention aux mains pendant
le travail.
12. Ne pas se surmener. Toujours garder une posture et
un équilibre adéquats pendant le travail
13. Tenir la machine fermement dans les mains. Lorsque
la machine est en marche, toujours la tenir à la
poignée qui y est xée.
14. Maintenir les outils en parfait état. Les outils
doivent être aiguisés et propres pour garantir une
performance optimale. Respecter les indications
concernant la lubrication et le renouvellement
d'accessoires. Toujours vérier que les rallonges de
câbles ne sont pas endommagées et les remplacer
le cas échéant. Les poignées doivent toujours être
sèches, propres et exemptes d'huile ou de lubriant.
15. Éteindre la machine et retirer la che avant l'entretien
et l'échange d'accessoires (burins, forets, couteaux)
ou en cas de non utilisation de la machine.
16. Retirer les clés de réglage. Toujours vérier avant la
mise en marche que toutes les clés de réglages sont
retirées.
17. Éviter la mise en marche par hasard. Ne pas porter
la machine lorsque celle-ci est branchée et avec le
doigt posé sur l'interrupteur principal. Assurez-vous
que l'interrupteur principal est en position « arrêt »
pendant le branchement de la machine au réseau
électrique.
18. Pour les travaux en extérieur, utiliser uniquement des
câbles de raccordement adaptés pour l'extérieur.
19. Le travail avec la machine requiert de la vigilance et
de l'attention. Ne pas se servir de la machine en cas
d'état de fatigue.
20. Contrôler minutieusement les pièces endommagées.
Avant de continuer à utiliser la machine, contrôler
minutieusement les pièces du boîtier et autres
pièces an de déterminer si ces pièces garantissent
une fonction appropriée. Contrôler l'orientation, la
liaison, le montage et autres conditions des pièces
mobiles pouvant nuire à la fonction des pièces. En
cas d'endommagement, faire réparer ou remplacer
en conséquence les pièces concernées de l'appareil
par le service agrée, dans la mesure où rien d'autre
n'est décrit dans la notice d'utilisation présente. Les
interrupteurs endommagés doivent être remplacés
par le service agrée. Ne pas faire fonctionner la
machine si les interrupteurs ne garantissent pas leurs
fonctions.
21. Utiliser la machine uniquement conformément à sa
destination.
22. An de garantir l'intégrité opérative de la machine,
les dispositifs de protection ou les vis installés par
l'usine ne doivent pas être retirés.
23. Ne toucher à aucune pièce mobile tant que la
machine est branchée au réseau électrique.
24. Il est recommandé d'utiliser l'outil avec une charge
d'entrée plus basse que celle indiquée sur la plaque
signalétique an de pouvoir augmenter l'ecacité
de la machine et réduire l'usure.
25. Ne pas nettoyer les pièces en plastique avec des
solvants. L'essence, les diluants, le benzène l'alcool
ou l'huile peuvent endommager les pièces en
plastique. Nettoyer à l'aide d'un chion doux avec
de l'eau et du savon.
26. Adressez-vous au service agrée en cas de
dysfonctionnement.

Ouvrez la soupape du liquide de refroidissement et
introduisez la sortie du tuyau dans la zone de travail. Pour
mettre l'appareil en marche, appuyez sur l'interrupteur
Marche/ Arrêt (2) et relâchez l'interrupteur pour stopper le
fonctionnement de l'appareil. Pour un fonctionnement en
continu, presser sur le loquet (4) après la mise en marche
à l'aide de la touche Marche/ Arrêt (On/O); dans ce
cas, l'appareil continuera à travailler après que vous avez
relâché l'interrupteur (2). Réglez la hauteur de l'appareil
à l'aide du levier de levage/ d'abaissement. Fermez la
soupape du liquide de refroidissement après la n du
fonctionnement, levez l'appareil vers le haut et éteignez-le
en appuyant et en relâchant l'interrupteur (2).
ATTENTION! Lors du travail, veillez à ce que la carotteuse
ne reste pas immobile dans la pièce traitée.

Ouvrez la soupape du liquide de refroidissement et
introduisez la sortie du tuyau dans la zone de travail.
Assurez-vous avant la mise en marche que la plage de
vitesse de rotation de l'appareil est réglée sur le minimum.
Mettez l'appareil en marche avec l'interrupteur, réglez la
régulation de vitesse sur la vitesse de rotation du travail
prévu, réglez la hauteur de l'appareil avec le levier de
levage/d'abaissement. Une fois le traitement réussi, fermez
la soupape du liquide de refroidissement, levez l'appareil
vers le haut, réglez la vitesse de rotation sur la plus petite
valeur et éteignez l'appareil. ATTENTION! Lors du travail,
veillez à ce que la carotteuse ne reste pas immobile dans
la pièce traitée.
VII. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
L'appareil doit être placé dur une surface stable et plane, il
doit être xé au sol à l'aide d'ancrages de montage:
1. Placer le support de l'appareil sur la surface.
2. Marquer les trous de xation.
3. Percez des trous dans la surface aux endroits
préalablement marqués.
4. Les ancrages sont placés dans les trous percés.
5. Fixez les trous du support de l'appareil à l'agencement
des trous de forage et serrez bien les vis de xation.
6. Niveler l'appareil.
VIII. REMPLACEMENT DU BALAI DE CHARBON
Lors du fonctionnement, les balais de charbon sont usés
uniformément. Si le morceau d'isolation dans l'espace
intérieur du balai est nu et s'il y a contact avec le
commutateur, le moteur est automatiquement mis en arrêt.
Contrôlez les balais de charbon après environ 300 heures
de fonctionnement.
ATTENTION! Avant le remplacement des balais, vériez que
l'appareil est éteint et débranché.
Pour remplacer les balais de charbon, il faut procéder de la
manière suivante:
Desserrer la vis de xation du balai de charbon sur le côté
du boîtier de l'appareil.
Retirez le balai de charbon usagé, installez un nouveau
balai et serrez la vis de xation. Le balai de charbon de
l'autre côté du boîtier doit également être remplacé.

II. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ POUR L'UTILISATION DE

IV. DOMAINES D'UTILISATION
La carotteuse est destinée à la fabrication de trous
traversants et de trous borgnes dans des matériaux de
construction minéraux tels que le béton, tous les types de
murs, l'asphalte, tous les types de chapes, la pierre minérale,
par l'utilisation de couronnes de forage diamantées
universelles, à eau, à l'aide d'un bâti.
V. AVANT UTILISATION
1. Source de courant.
Assurez-vous que la tension à la source du courant
correspond aux données gurant sur la plaque
signalétique du produit.
2. Interrupteur principal.
Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur principal est en
position « ARRÊT ». Si vous branchez l'appareil au
réseau électrique alors que l'interrupteur principal
est en position « MARCHE », cela peut entraîner des
accidents.
3. Câbles de rallonge.
Si le poste de travail ne dispose pas de source de
courant, il faut utiliser un câble de rallonge avec une
section transversale (épaisseur) et une puissance
nominale susante. Le câble de rallonge doit être
aussi court que possible.

I. AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA ESSENZIALI

8. Indossare indumenti appropriati. Gioielli e indumenti
larghi possono impigliarsi nelle parti della macchina in
movimento. Si consiglia di indossare guanti di gomma
e calzature antiscivolo se si lavora all'aperto. I capelli
lunghi devono essere coperti durante il lavoro.
9. Indossare degli occhiali protettivi e una maschera
antipolvere per processi di lavoro particolarmente
polverosi.
10. Non sovraccaricare il cavo di collegamento. Non
trascinare la macchina dal cavo. Non scollegare
il cavo per spegnere il dispositivo. Tenere il cavo
lontano da fonti di calore, contenitori di olio e bordi
taglienti.
11. Mettere in condizioni di sicurezza il posto di lavoro.
Si consiglia di utilizzare morsetti o morse per il
ssaggio. Mentre si lavora, fare sempre attenzione
alle mani!

12. Non sbilanciarsi. Quando si lavora, mantenere
sempre una postura adeguata e l'equilibrio.
13. La macchina deve essere tenuta in mano saldamente.
Quando la macchina è in funzione, tenerla sempre
per la maniglia ssata.
14. Mantenere gli utensili in buone condizioni. Per un
lavoro ottimale gli strumenti devono essere puliti
e alati. Istruzioni per la lubricazione e il ricambio
degli accessori. Controllare sempre se sono presenti
danni sulla prolunga e nel caso sostituirla. Le maniglie
devono essere sempre asciutte, pulite e prive di olio
e lubricante.
15. Prima della manutenzione e della sostituzione degli
accessori (scalpello, trapano, lama) e quando non la
si utilizza, spegnere sempre la macchina e staccare la
spina.
16. Rimuovere la chiave di regolazione. Controllare
sempre che tutte le chiavi di regolazione siano
rimosse prima di avviare la macchina.
17. Evitare l'accensione accidentale. Mentre il dispositivo
è collegato alla corrente non spostarlo con le dita
appoggiate sopra all'interruttore. Assicurarsi che
l'interruttore principale si trovi sulla posizione
"SPENTO", quando si collega la macchina alla
corrente elettrica.
18. Per l'utilizzo all'aperto scegliere solo dei cavi di
prolungamento specici per l'uso nelle aree esterne.
19. Lavorare con la macchina richiede attenzione e cura.
Non utilizzare la macchina se si è stanchi.
20. Componenti danneggiati devono essere controllati
con cura. Prima di proseguire con l'utilizzo, la
cassa e i vari componenti devono essere controllati
attentamente per assicurarsi che tutto funzioni
correttamente. Controllare i componenti mobili
nel loro allineamento, collegamento, montaggio
e altre condizioni che possano eventualmente
limitare il funzionamento dei componenti stessi. In
caso di danni provvedere alla manutenzione come

sia indicato diversamente in questo manuale, far
sostituire il componente danneggiato. Gli interruttori
danneggiati devono essere sostituiti soltanto da
personale qualicato e autorizzato. Il dispositivo non
deve essere utilizzato se l'interruttore non funziona
correttamente.
21. Utilizzare la macchina solo secondo disposizioni.
22. Per garantire l'integrità operativa del dispositivo non
devono essere rimossi sistemi di sicurezza o viti già
installate.
23. Non toccare alcuna componente mobile quando la
macchina è collegata alla corrente elettrica.
24. Si consiglia di utilizzare il dispositivo con un carico
basso in entrata come indicato sulla targhetta in
modo tale da aumentare l'ecienza del dispositivo
e ridurne l'usura.
25. Non pulire le parti in plastica con solventi. Benzina,
diluente, benzene, alcool o olio possono danneggiare
le parti in plastica. Pulire con un panno morbido
e con acqua e sapone.
26. In caso di malfunzionamenti rivolgersi al servizio
assistenza autorizzato.
27. Utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
28. Smontare la macchina solo per sostituire le spazzole
in carbonio.
29. Quando si trasporta e si sposta il trapano magnetico
dal luogo di stoccaggio al luogo di utilizzo, si deve

XI. TRANSPORT ET STOCKAGE
Si vous transportez cet appareil, veuillez-le protéger
des secousses et des chutes. Ne posez rien sur la partie
supérieure de l‘appareil. Stockez-le dans un environnement
sec et bien aéré, à l‘abri des gaz corrosifs.
XII. EXAMEN RÉGULIER DE L‘APPAREIL
Contrôlez régulièrement le bon état des diérents éléments
de l‘appareil. Si l‘un d‘entre eux est endommagé, l‘appareil
ne doit plus être utilisé. Adressez-vous immédiatement
à votre vendeur pour faire réparer l‘appareil. Que faire en
cas de problème? Prenez contact avec votre vendeur et
préparez les éléments suivants:
• Vos numéros de facture et de série (vous trouverez
ce dernier sur la plaque signalétique)
• Le cas échéant, une photo de l‘élément endommagé
• Une description précise du problème aidera votre
conseiller à en identier la cause. Plus détaillées
seront vos indications, plus rapidement nous
pourrons vous aider!
ATTENTION: N‘ouvrez jamais l‘appareil sans l‘accord
préalable du service client. Cela pourrait compromettre
votre droit à la garantie!

Après avoir enfoncé le tuyau, pressez-le avec un collier de
serrage pour ne pas qu'il tombe pendant le fonctionnement.
• Montage du support:
Fixez le support à la glissière et xez-le ensuite avec deux
vis à la glissière.
• Montage de la couronne de forage à l'appareil:
Pour monter la couronne de forage sur la broche, vissez-la
conformément au sens de letage.
X. FONCTIONNEMENT ET CONTRÔLE DE L'APPAREIL
1. Contrôle de l'appareil.
Étant donné que l'usure des outils nuit à la puissance
du moteur, les pièces d'usure usées doivent
immédiatement être remplacées.
2. Contrôle des vis de xation.
Vérier régulièrement que les vis de xation sont
bien serrées et le cas échéant les resserrer. Si cela
n'est pas fait, il y a un risque de blessures.
3. Fonctionnement du moteur.
Le rotor du moteur est la pièce centrale de l'appareil.
Il doit être protégé des dommages et des salissures
avec de l'eau ou de l'huile.
4. Contrôle des balais du moteur.
Le moteur utilise des balais de charbon qui s'usent.
Des balais de charbons fortement usés nuisent
à la puissance du moteur. Dans le cas des balais de
charbon ayant une fonction Auto-Stop, le moteur
est automatiquement arrêté. Les balais de charbon
usés doivent être remplacés et dans ce cas les deux
balais de charbon doivent être remplacés par des
nouveaux. Les balais de charbon doivent toujours
être maintenus propres. Leur glissement sans
entraves à l'intérieur du support de balai de charbon
doit être assuré.
5. Nettoyage de l'appareil.
Pour maintenir l'appareil propre, il faut le nettoyer
avec de l'eau et du savon à l'aide d'un chion doux.
On ne doit ni utiliser de brosses, ni d'autres appareils
de nettoyage qui pourraient entraîner l'apparition de
ssures / de dommages de l'appareil. Il faut éviter
que de l'eau pénètre à l'intérieur par les ouvertures
de ventilation du boîtier. Nettoyer les ouvertures de
ventilation avec un pinceau et de l'air comprimé.
Serrez la vis. Veillez à ce que la vis ressorte du trou lors
du serrage.
• Montage du tuyau d'arrivée du liquide de
refroidissement:
Enfoncez la pointe du tuyau dans la soupape d'arrivée du
liquide de l'appareil:

Aprire la valvola del refrigerante e inserire l'uscita del tubo
essibile nell'area di lavoro. Per accendere il dispositivo,
premere l'interruttore On/O (2) e rilasciare l'interruttore
per arrestare il funzionamento dell'unità. Per continuare
il funzionamento in modo continuo, premere il pulsante
di disattivazione (4) dopo aver acceso il pulsante On/O,
in questo caso l'unità continuerà a funzionare dopo aver
rilasciato l'interruttore (2). Regolare l'altezza dell'unità
utilizzando la leva di sollevamento/abbassamento. Al
termine della manutenzione, chiudere la valvola del
refrigerante, sollevare l'unità verso l'alto e spegnerla
premendo e rilasciando l'interruttore (2).
ATTENZIONE! Durante la lavorazione assicurarsi che il
trapano non rimanga nel pezzo in lavorazione.

Aprire la valvola del refrigerante e inserire l'uscita del
tubo essibile nell'area di lavoro. Prima di accendere
l'unità assicurarsi che sia impostata la velocità minima sul
dispositivo. Accendere il dispositivo con un interruttore,
regolare la velocità secondo la velocità dell'attività
pianicata, regolare l'altezza del dispositivo con la leva
di sollevamento/abbassamento. Dopo la lavorazione,
chiudere la valvola dell'acqua di rareddamento, sollevare
l'unità verso l'alto, impostare la velocità di rotazione al
valore più basso e spegnere l'unità con l'interruttore.
ATTENZIONE! Durante la lavorazione assicurarsi che il
trapano non rimanga nel pezzo in lavorazione.
VII. UTILIZZO DEL DISPOSITIVO
Il dispositivo deve essere posizionato su una supercie
stabile e piana, l'unità deve essere ssata al pavimento con
l'ausilio di tasselli di ssaggio:
1. Posizionare la base dell'unità sulla supercie.
2. Contrassegnare i fori di ssaggio.
3. Praticare i fori sulla supercie nei punti contrassegnati
in precedenza.
4. Gli ancoraggi vengono inseriti nei fori forati.
5. Fissare i fori nella base del dispositivo alla
collocazione dei fori e serrare saldamente le viti di
ssaggio.
6. Livellare il dispositivo.
VIII. SOSTITUZIONE DELLE SPAZZOLE DI CARBONE
Durante il funzionamento le spazzole in carbonio sono
consumate uniformemente. Se l'isolante all'interno del
pennello è vuoto e si verica il contatto con il commutatore,
il motore si spegne automaticamente. In seguito, le
spazzole devono essere sostituite contemporaneamente
con una nuova dello stesso tipo. Controllare le spazzole in
carbonio dopo circa 300 ore di funzionamento.
Attenzione! Prima di sostituire le spazzole assicurarsi che
l'apparecchio sia spento e che il cavo di alimentazione sia
scollegato.
Per sostituire le spazzole in carbonio:
Allentare la vite di ssaggio delle spazzole in carbonio sul
lato della custodia dell'apparecchio
Rimuovere la spazzola in carbonio usata, inserire una
spazzola nuova e serrare la vite di ssaggio. Anche la
spazzola in carbonio sull'altro lato dell'alloggiamento deve
essere sostituita.

II. ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA PER L'USO DEL DISPOSITIVO

4. Assicurarsi che l'impugnatura sia regolata

IV. IMPIEGHI
La perforatrice è pensata per la formazione di buchi
di passaggio e fori ciechi in materiali minerali come
calcestruzzo, muri di tutti i tipi, asfalto, pavimenti di
tutti i tipi, pietra naturale, mediante l'utilizzo di corone
diamantate universale a umido e con l'aiuto di un cavalletto.
V. PRIMA DELL'UTILIZZO
1. Fonte di corrente
Assicurarsi che la tensione sulla fonte di
alimentazione corrisponda a quella indicata sulla
targhetta del prodotto.
2. Interruttore principale
Assicurarsi che l'interruttore principale sia in
posizione "OFF". Il collegamento dell'apparecchio
all'alimentazione di rete con l'interruttore principale
in posizione "ON" può causare un incidente.
3. Cavo di estensione
Se la postazione di lavoro non dispone di una fonte
di alimentazione, utilizzare un cavo di prolunga di
sezione (spessore) e potenza nominale sucienti. Il
cavo di prolunga deve essere il più corto possibile.

I. MEDIDAS BÁSICAS DE SEGURIDAD
1. Mantenga limpia la zona de trabajo. Un área de
trabajo desordenada puede provocar accidentes.
2. Tenga en cuenta las condiciones de trabajo. No
trabaje en entornos con humedad (lluvia, suelo
mojado o húmedo). La zona de trabajo debe ser
siempre segura. El equipo puede generar chispas

en entornos con riesgo de explosión (en las
proximidades de laca, pintura, gasolina, disolventes,

conectadas a tierra, como tubos, radiadores, paneles
de calefacción, hornos o frigorícos.
4. Mantenga a niños y terceras personas alejadas de la
zona de trabajo.
5. Guarde el dispositivo en un lugar cerrado y seco,
siempre que no lo esté utilizando.
6. No sobrecargue la máquina. Respete los parámetros
de funcionamiento del dispositivo para garantizar un
óptimo rendimiento y un uso seguro. Parámetros.
7. Utilice las solamente herramientas adecuadas
y en buen estado. No utilice la herramienta para un
propósito para el que no haya sido diseñada.
8. Utilice ropa adecuada. No use joyas ni ropa oja.
Además, asegúrese de mantener su cabello, ropa
y guantes alejados de las partes móviles para evitar
que se enganchen.Cuando trabaje en el exterior
utilice siempre guantes de goma y zapatos de
seguridad antideslizantes.
9. Use gafas de protección y mascarilla antipolvo.
10. No sobrecargue el cable de conexión. No desplace
la máquina tirando del cable. No tire del cable
para desconectar el dispositivo. Mantenga el cable
alejado de aceites, fuentes de calor y cantos alados.

11. Asegure el lugar de trabajo. Se recomienda el uso de

12. No incline el cuerpo. Mientras trabaje, mantenga una
óptima postura corporal que le permita garantizar el
equilibrio.
13. Mientras el dispositivo esté en funcionamiento,
sujete rmemente el aparato por la empuñadura.
14. Mantenga los componentes del dispositivo en
perfecto estado. Las herramientas deben estar
siempre aladas y limpias para lograr un óptimo
rendimiento. Respete las indicaciones referentes
a la lubricación y al cambio de accesorios. Asegúrese
siempre de que los cables no estén deteriorados
y sustitúyalos si fuera necesario. Las empuñaduras
deben estar siempre secas, limpias y sin restos de
aceite o lubricante.
15. Antes de realizar el mantenimiento del dispositivo
o cambio de accesorios desenchufe la máquina.
16. Retire las llaves de ajuste. Antes de poner en marcha
el dispositivo, compruebe siempre que todas las
llaves de ajuste hayan sido retiradas.
17. Evite el encendido accidental del aparato. Cuando
el equipo esté enchufado al suministro eléctrico no
lo transporte con el dedo apoyado en el interruptor.
Asegúrese de que el interruptor del aparato esté
siempre en posición de apagado cuando lo enchufe
a la corriente.
18. Cuando trabaje al aire libre, utilice un prolongador
apto para exteriores.
19. Trabajar con este dispositivo requiere mucha
atención y precaución: No utilice el aparato cuando

ajuste con baja carga de entrada, tal y como se indica
en la placa de características técnicas para elevar la
ecacia del aparato y reducir el desgaste.
25. No limpie las piezas de plástico con disolventes.
Gasolina, disolventes, benzol, alcohol o aceite
pueden deteriorar las piezas de plástico. Para realizar
la limpieza, utilice un paño suave con agua y jabón.
26. En caso de avería póngase en contacto con el
servicio técnico ocial.
27. Utilice solamente piezas de repuesto originales.
28. La máquina solo se debe desmontar para cambiar las
escobillas de carbón.
29. Al transportar el aparato del lugar de almacenamiento
al lugar de uso, deben tenerse en cuenta las normas
vigentes de seguridad y protección laboral del país.

XI. TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO
Durante il trasporto la macchina deve essere protetta da
scosse e cadute e non capovolta. Conservare in luogo ben
ventilato con aria secca senza gas corrosivi.
XII. CONTROLLO REGOLARE DELLA MACCHINA
Vericare regolarmente che gli elementi dell'apparecchio
non presentino danni. Nel caso in cui si riscontrassero
danni, è severamente vietato qualsiasi impiego del
dispositivo. Contattare immediatamente il venditore per
portare a termine i miglioramenti.
Cosa fare in caso di problemi?
Contattare il venditore e fornire i seguenti dati:
• Numero di fatturazione e numero di serie (dei quali
l'ultimo si trova sulla targhetta del dispositivo).
• Se possibile fornire una foto del pezzo difettoso
• Provvedere a descrivere il problema riscontrato nel
modo più preciso possibile in modo che il servizio
clienti sia in grado di circoscrivere il problema
e di risolverlo. Più dettagliate sono le informazioni
fornite, maggiore è l'aiuto che possiamo fornire!
ATTENZIONE: Non aprire mai o smontare l'apparecchio
senza l'autorizzazione del servizio clienti. Ciò comporta la
decadenza della garanzia a eetto immediato!

Dopo aver applicato il tubo essibile, premerlo con una
fascetta per evitare che cada durante il funzionamento.
• Installazione della staa:
Fissare la staa alla guida e poi ssarla alla guida con due
viti.
• Installazione della punta del trapano al dispositivo.
Per montare la punta del trapano sul mandrino, avvitarla
secondo la direzione della lettatura.
X. FUNZIONAMENTO E CONTROLLO DEL DISPOSITIVO
1. Controllo del dispositivo.
Poiché l'usura degli utensili compromette le
prestazioni del motore, le parti usurate devono
essere sostituite immediatamente.
2. Controllo delle viti di ssaggio.
Le viti di ssaggio devono essere controllate
regolarmente e serrate se necessario. Se ciò non
viene fatto, sussiste il rischio di lesioni.
3. Funzionamento del motore.
Il rotore del motore è il cuore del dispositivo. Deve
essere protetto da danni e contaminazioni con
acqua e olio.
4. Controllo delle spazzole del motore.
Il motore utilizza spazzole in carbonio che si
consumano. Le spazzole in carbonio molto usurate
compromettono le prestazioni del motore. Per le
spazzole in carbonio con funzione Auto-Stop, il
motore si arresta automaticamente. Le spazzole
usurate devono essere sostituite con nuove
spazzole. Le spazzole in carbonio devono essere
sempre tenute pulite. È necessario garantire che le
spazzole possano scivolare liberamente all'interno
dei supporti.
5. Pulizia del dispositivo.
Pulire il dispositivo con acqua e sapone utilizzando
un panno morbido. Non utilizzare spazzole o altri
dispositivi di pulizia che potrebbero causare crepe
o danni all'unità. È importante evitare che l'acqua
entri nell'alloggiamento attraverso le aperture di
ventilazione. Le aperture di ventilazione devono
essere pulite con una spazzola e aria compressa.
Avvitare a fondo. Durante il serraggio, assicurarsi che la vite
fuoriesca dal foro.

Abra la válvula del refrigerante y conecte la manguera a la
salida. Para encender el equipo presione el interruptor On/
O (2) y para pararlo deje de pulsarlo. Para trabajar de
forma continua, pulse el botón de bloqueo (4) después de
encender el botón de encendido/apagado y el dispositivo
continuará funcionando después de soltar el interruptor
(2). Ajuste la altura del aparato con la palanca de subida/
bajada. Una vez nalizado el trabajo, cierre la válvula del
refrigerante, eleve el dispositivo y apáguela pulsando
y soltando el interruptor (2).
¡ATENCIÓN! Durante el perforado asegúrese de que la
corona no se queda bloqueada en la pieza de trabajo

VIII. SUSTITUCIÓN DE LOS ESCOBILLAS DE CARBÓN
Durante el funcionamiento, las escobillas de carbón se
desgastan uniformemente. Si la pieza aislante en el interior
de la escobilla está gastada y entra en contacto con el
conmutador, el motor se desconecta automáticamente.
Compruebe el estado de las escobillas de carbón después
de 300 horas de uso.
Atención: Antes de cambiar las escobillas, asegúrese de
que la unidad está apagada y desenchufada de la corriente.
Para sustituir las escobillas de carbón hay que hacer lo
siguiente:
Para aojar el perno de las escobillas de carbón en el lateral
de la cubierta del equipo:
Extraiga la escobilla de carbón usada, inserte una nueva
escobilla y apriete el tornillo de retención. La escobilla de
carbón del otro lado de la carcasa también debe sustituirse.
IX. INSTALACIÓN/DESMONTAJE DE CIERTOS
COMPONENTES
• Montaje del soporte para ajuste de altura:
Desenrosque el tornillo del soporte. A continuación, monte
el soporte en el aparato:
Abra la válvula del refrigerante y conecte la manguera
a la salida. Antes de conectar el equipo, asegúrese de
ajustar las revoluciones al mínimo. Encienda el aparato
con el interruptor, ajuste la velocidad y regule la altura
del aparato con la palanca de subida/bajada. Después de
nalizar el trabajo, cierre la válvula de refrigerante, suba la
unidad, ajuste la velocidad al mínimo y apague el equipo
con el interruptor. Durante el perforado asegúrese de que
la corona no se queda bloqueada en la pieza de trabajo.
VII. USO DEL EQUIPO
La unidad debe colocarse sobre una supercie estable
y nivelada y debe jarse al suelo con la ayuda de anclajes
de montaje:
1. Coloque la base del dispositivo sobre la supercie.
2. Marque los agujeros de montaje.
Apriete el tornillo. Al apretar, asegúrese de que el tornillo
salga del oricio.
• Montaje de la manguera del líquido refrigerante:
Encaje el extremo de la manguera sobre la válvula de
refrigerante de la unidad:
Después colocar la manguera, fíjela con una abrazadera
para evitar que se caiga durante el funcionamiento.
• Instalación del soporte:
Monte el soporte al carril y, a continuación, fíjelo con dos

II. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD PARA EL USO DEL

IV. ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN
La perforadora de corona está diseñada para la realización
de agujeros pasantes y ciegos en materiales minerales de
construcción como hormigón, muros de todo tipo, asfalto,
pavimentos de todo tipo, piedra natural. Para ello, se
utilizan brocas de corona de diamante en mojado.
V. ANTES DEL USO
1. Fuente de energía.
Asegúrese de que el suministro eléctrico coincida
con la placa de información técnica del producto.
2. Interruptor principal.
Asegúrese de que el interruptor principal esté en
la posición "OFF". La conexión del aparato a la red
eléctrica con el interruptor principal en posición
"ON" puede provocar un accidente.
3. Prolongador.
Si el puesto de trabajo no tiene fuente de
alimentación, se debe utilizar un cable alargador con
suciente sección transversal (espesor) y potencia
nominal. El prolongador debe ser lo más corto
posible.

• Instalación de la broca de corona.
Para el montaje de la broca de corona en el husillo,
atorníllela en la dirección de la rosca.
X. USO Y CONTROL DEL DISPOSITIVO
1. Control del equipo.
Dado que el desgaste de las herramientas perjudica
el rendimiento del motor, las piezas desgastadas
deben sustituirse inmediatamente.
2. Control de tornillos de jación.
Verique regularmente que los tornillos de jación
están correctamente jados y, en caso necesario,
apriételos.
3. Operación del motor.
El rotor del motor es el corazón del dispositivo.
Debe protegerse contra daños por suciedad de agua
o aceite.
4. Control de las escobillas del motor.
El motor utiliza escobillas de carbón que se
desgastan. Las escobillas de carbón muy desgastadas
perjudican el rendimiento del motor. En los modelos
con la función Auto-Stop, el motor se detiene
automáticamente. Las escobillas de carbón gastadas
deben ser sustituidas por otras nuevas. Estos
componentes deben mantenerse siempre limpios.
Debe asegurarse el deslizamiento libre dentro de los
portaescobillas.
5. Limpieza del equipo.
Antes de limpiar el equipo desenchúfelo de la
corriente. Para mantener el equipo limpio, utilice un
trapo suave con agua y jabón. No se pueden utilizar
cepillos u otros aparatos de limpieza, que puedan
dañar el producto.Evite que el agua entre por los
oricios de ventilación de la carcasa en el interior.
Las aberturas de ventilación deben limpiarse con un
pincel y aire comprimido.La cuchilla se debe limpiar
con el cepillo suministrado, una vez se haya enfriado
por completo.
XI. TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENAJE
Cuando transporte la máquina protéjala tanto de sacudidas
como de caídas y evite colocar objetos en la parte superior.
Almacenar en un espacio bien ventilado, seco y lejos de
gases corrosivos.
XII. REVISIÓN PERIÓDICA DEL PRODUCTO
Compruebe regularmente que los componentes del
aparato no estén deteriorados. Dado el caso no continúe
utilizando el aparato. Contacte de inmediato al vendedor
para realizar la reparación correspondiente.
¿Qué hacer en caso de problemas?
Póngase en contacto con el vendedor y prepare la siguiente
información:
• Número de factura y número de serie (este último
lo encontrará en la placa de características técnicas).
• En caso necesario incluya una foto de la pieza
defectuosa.
• El personal del servicio técnico podrá determinar
mejor cuál es el problema cuanto más detallada sea
la descripción. Cuanto más detallada y precisa sea la
información, más rápido podremos ayudarle.
ATENCIÓN: Nunca intente reparar o abrir el aparato sin
