HINTS FOR SAFE OPERATION
DO Study this manual before operang your Power Barrow 4WD.
DO Check all nuts, bolts and wheel studs weekly.
DO Be safety conscious and dress appropriately when operang your Power Barrow 4WD.
Always wear substanal footwear and a hard hat in relevant areas.
DO Exercise extreme cauon with the controls when working on steep or slippery surfaces.
Especially, when people are near to the working area.
DO Ensure that all safety guards are in place when operang the Power Barrow 4WD.
ATTENTION
DO Keep the Power Barrow 4WD free of any accumulaon of dirt, grease, oil or other
ammable material.
DO Aer use, connect the truck to the supplied baery charger. The baery
charger should be le powered up and connected to the Power Barrow 4WD unl the
Power Barrow 4WD is next used. This will ensure that the baeries are fully charged when
the Power Barrow 4WD is next to be used.
Note that there is no inhibit on the drive motor whilst the baery charger is
plugged into the Power Barrow 4WD socket.
BE SAFE: FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIMES.
DO NOT Allow anyone lacking in experience to operate your Power Barrow 4WD.
DO NOT Carry “passengers” on your Power Barrow 4WD.
DO NOT Start work without compleng the daily maintenance checks.
DO NOT Operate the Power Barrow 4WD without exercising appropriate safety precauons.
DO NOT Use other types of baery charger or baeries.
HINTS FOR SAFE OPERATION ATTENTION
DO NOT Pressure wash directly onto the trucks electronics.
BE SAFE: EXERCISE COMMON SENSE AT ALL TIMES.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
GETTING STARTED:
1. Plug your charger cable into the mains and your machine for a minimum of 4 hours.
TO MOVE FORWARD:
1. Switch the on/o buon to ON. The switch will illuminate.
2. Select “FORWARD” on the rocker switch on the Top Controls.
3. Grip the handlebars and pull up on the le hand lever. The parking brake will
be automacally released and the Power Barrow 4WD will start to move. The more the
lever is raised, the faster the Power Barrow 4WD will move.
TO REVERSE:
1. Release the le hand throle lever to stop the Power Barrow 4WD.
2. Move the rocker switch to “REVERSE”.
3. Grip the handlebars and pull up on the le hand lever. The more the lever is
raised, the faster the Power Barrow 4WD will move.
TO STOP:
Release the throle lever. The Power Barrow 4WD will slow down and stop. The parking brake will
automacally come on.
Aer 10 minutes of inacvity, the controller will power down. The on/o
switch must be pushed to o and back on again to acvate the Power Barrow 4WD.
TO EMPTY THE SKIP
To empty the skip, press the EMPTY rocker switch on the Top Controls, then push the buon on the right
handlebar.
TO RETURN THE SKIP
To return the skip, press RETURN rocker switch on the Top Controls, then press the buon on the
right handlebar.

POWER BARROW Serial No—
12 Calendar months from date of sale for Consumers.
90 Days for units used in the Commercial sector.
Under the following condions
• Roune maintenance undertaken in accordance with Owner’s Manual.
• Returned defecve parts are approved by Muck-truck UK Ltd.
• Machine is not abused or operated with known faults or lack of maintenance.
• Repairs are in accordance with Muck-truck UK Ltd.
AT AN AGREED JOB RATE
Only defecve parts are covered and not wearable components that necessitate replacements
through normal wear and tear, i.e. puncture, chipped paint, dented hopper etc.
Muck-truck UK Ltd will not be liable for any consequenal losses.
PERSONAL CUSTOMER GUARANTEE STATEMENT
If there is any component, or components, manufactured by Muck-truck UK Ltd that
are found to be defecve within 12 months from the date of purchase (or 90 days
In the case of a machine used for hire/commercial purposes), Muck-truck UK Ltd
undertake to replace the faulty component/s free of charge, (provided that they are
noed immediately upon date of failure) and photo evidence.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS GUARANTEE
1. A machine which has been subject to operaon in excess of recommended
capacies , misuse, negligence or accident, or has been altered or modied in a manner
which has not been authorised by Muck-truck UK Ltd.
2. Wear parts, e.g. tyres, cables, baeries etc.
3. Transportaon Charge— to and from the warranty repair site.

LOOSEN 8mm NUT “B”
TURN ADJUSTER “A” COUNTER CLOCKWISE TO TIGHTEN
THE CABLE. RETIGHTEN NUT “B”
