Important safety information
1. Before using the sprayer, make sure the battery is fully charged and the filter cotton is in the filter cotton
is not blocked ;;
2. Do not use special working liquid. When adding liquid, be careful not to exceed the maximum capacity
to avoid the outflow of the liquid.;
3. In order to ensure the atomization effect, the factory has limited the motor speed range, do not open
without changing. The use of water soluble liquid requires no impurities to prevent the blockage of the
pipeline;
4. The power should be cut off immediately if any of the following happens during the use : the sprayer
gets wet or gets water inside ; The fan suddenly stopped running ; The fan sound changes obviously ;
Liquid leakage in small tank ; The fan does not turn when the fan is started and other conditions that may
cause danger obviously;
5. Work must wear overalls, protective masks;
6. A small amount of clean water should be added to the small tank after the completion of spraying liquid
to prevent the liquid blocking or corrosion of the nozzle. After use, the power should be cut off in time
to clean the small tank. When handling pesticides, the safety instructions provided by the pesticides
manufacturer should be followed. The machine should be placed in a save position to avoid being wet,
knocked against or touched by children;
7. Do not use the machine in the rain, equipment should be used away from flammable, explosive, high
temperature places ; Do not frequently switch the machine, so as not to damage the motor;
8. In case of failure, the power must be cut off, please professional repair ; It is strictly prohibited for non-
professional personnel to disassemble, should ask professional maintenance point maintenance
personnel to repair, remember not to repair without authorization, not without authorization to change
the original product on the « leakage protection plug type power cord », so as to avoid danger.

Working principle
The fogger uses a high-power, high-speed DC brushless motor to rotate the wind blades to generate a high-
speed rotary cutting airflow. At the same time, the solution is pressurized to a carefully designed nozzle and
high-speed airflow confluence at a certain flow rate (adjustable). Rotary cutting airflow and the special structure
of the nozzle break the solution into very small mist particles, and the appearance is water mist, so that the
solution mist particles have a strong dispersion, uniformity, and no dead ends in the space. The spraying area is
larger and the space floats for a longer time, so that the solution can fully play its role, and the effective drug can
play a sufficient role in killing bacteria and disinfecting the air.
Features
 The product adopts HDPE of the fuselage, and the nozzle adopts PP, which has the advantages of
lightweight, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and easy carrying. The

Operating instruction
Before use the Multi-160 spray gun, material preparation is the first stage:

1. Unscrew the container from the Multi-160 spray gun.

2. Adjust the suction tube.
a. If spray in an upward direction, the angled end of the suction tube should be pointing toward the
rear of the gun ;
b. If spray in a downward direction, the angled end of the suction tube should be pointing toward
the front of the gun.
3. Pour material into container, make sure not to exceed 800ml.

4. Remove the motor.
a. Hold the gun with your hand and press the latch in the direction of the arrow;
b. At the same time, hold the motor handle with your hand and rotate it counter clockwise 90º;
c. Pull out to remove the motor from the gun.
5. Connect gun body with motor.
a. Hold the gun with your hand to align the slot on the gun with the slot on the motor and insert it
(as shown in the figure);
b. Hold the motor handle with your hand, rotate the right hand clockwise 90º;
c. When the gun and host are parallel, it is locked.
6. Adjust the needle adjusting screw to meet your requirement.
a. Adjust the screw to left to decrease solution volume, lower solution thickness;
b. Adjust the screw to right to increase solution volume, increase solution thickness.

7. Spray length adjustment: Turn this knob to adjust the round shape from vertical to horizontal.
Adjust the required length according to the spraying environment, reduce waste and save material.
a. The counterclockwise rotation shortens the length, and when it rotates to the stop position, it is
sprayed with the largest circle.
b. Adjust the screw to right to increase solution volume, increase solution thickness.

8. Adjusting spray patterns
a. The gun psray patterns can be changed from a horizontal oval fan pattern to a round.

9. Open the power switch, pull trigger, the solution will spray from the nozzle.

Replace nozzle and needle ?
When disassembling the nozzle, please pull the trigger first, then press and remove the nozzle.

Warning
 Keep your workplace clean and tidy, never use the tool in hazardous areas that contain flammable
liquids, gasses or dusts.
 Only use paints, solvents or other materials with a flash point of 73ºF (22ºC) or highter..
 Never point the spray gun at other person or animal. In the event of an injury, seek immediate medical
attention.
 Always read the material manufacturer’s thinning instructions before use.
 You must clean the spray gun thoroughly after each use.
 Do not pull the power cord to move this tool.
