AROMA DIFFUSER

Important notes:
●With maximum volume of water in the container, the unit will operate continuously
approximately for 10~11 hours.
●Mist output volume can vary due to many external factors, it is not uncommon.
●Water of different minerals, purity, temperature; operating environment; wind condition
can all affect the mist output performarnce of the unit.
●Without water in the container, the unit will beep for 10 times accompanied by 10 LED
flashes if the ‘MIST’ button is pressed. During this period the unit will not response to any
button press. Once the warning is finished, the unit is revert back to standby mode.
●Only use 100% natural essential oil for the diffuser, chemical of other mixture may
damage the unit. When switching to a new type essential oil, follow instruction on
Maintenance on how to clean the unit.
●If essential oil is spill onto any area outside of the water container, wipe it clean with a
damp cloth. Such oil may damage the exterior appearance of the product.
Accidental water spill:
If water happened to spill, please follow the steps below to resolve the situation:
●Turn off the power source, unplug the the power cable from the wall and the unit.
●Open the top cover, pour out the water, pour the remaining water out via the
recommended sides of the unit - never on the side of the air outlet or buttons (See
figure F.) Water entering those openings may cause damage to the internal component of
the unit.
●You may give the container a light waggle to force the water out if water seems to stuck
inside the internal casing, water can be released from the outlets at the bottom of the unit.
Then, place the unit at a ventilated cool place to dry out for 24 hours.

How to operate the unit:
1. Place the unit on flat surface and remove the top cover. (See figure A.)
2. Plug the power adapter into the unit’s DC power port. (See figure B.)
3. Use the measuring cup to add water into the container. Do not exceed 500ml which is the
maximum volume the unit can hold. (See figure C.) Do not add water if the unit is in the midst of
running. Recommended water temperature is <40°C.
4. When the container is filled, drop some essential oil into water. (Suggesting 0.1ml~0.15ml
essential oil for every 100ml of water.) (See figure C.)
5. Put back the top cover. The logo should align to where the buttons are. Important: before
turning on the unit, make sure the top cover has completely encased the upper part of the unit.
If there is leakage, the mist output performance will be greatly affected. (See figure D.)
6. Plug the power adapter to any home power source. The unit by default setting is off when it is
plug in.
7. ‘MIST’ button is the ON switch, by pressing this button the unit will start running
continuously. By further toggling the ‘MIST’ button, you can access the TIMER function of the
unit. 2H, 4H, 8H are preset hours that you can set for the unit to run. (See figure E.) ON / 2H / 4H
/ 8H / OFF is the complete sequence by toggling the button. The mist and unit will turn off
once it has reached its configured time. If you wish to turn OFF the mist at any given time, a
long press on ‘MIST’ button will also switch the unit off. Only one mist output level is
available for this model, the ‘MIST’ button does not alter the output level.
8. Toggle the ‘LIGHT’ button will allows you to turn on and off the unit’s illuminating light. Hold
the ‘LIGHT’ button will then turn the task LED light/TIMER (ON / 2H / 4H / 8H /OFF display) off.
9. If not in-use for long period of time, make sure all the water is poured out and the unit dried
out in a cool ventilated place.
10. During water shortage, the unit will auto-shutoff, even by pressing the ‘MIST’ button the unit
will not run. You will hear 10 beeps accompanied by 10 LED flashes if the button is pressed
during this time. The button will not response until the warning is finished.
11. In TIMER mode, LED task light will turn off when it has reached the configured time.

Maintenance:
For every 5~6th times, or 3~5 days of usage, follow the steps below to clean the unit:
1. Switch off the power source, unplug the cable, remove the top cover.
2. Pour out all the water from the container, follow the recommended sides to pour. (See figure F.)
3. Squirt some dishwashing detergent into small cup of warm water, damp soft cloth in the mild
detergent and then wipe the unit clean, both inner and outer surface.
4. If you find residue in the mist vent opening, you can detach the inner cover for more
thorough cleaning. Recommended to clean the inner cover once every 2 weeks.
5. During cleaning, never use medical alcohol to wipe the unit. Doing so may damage the surface
of the unit, or wipe away any printed text or symbol that is on the surface.

Precautions:
Read before use to understand the product better:
• Never allow untrained personel to modify, disassemble, or repair the unit under any
circumstances. Contact our sales representative if any repair is required.
• Do not scrap, twist or pull the power cable, also never put the cable in extreme heat.
• Never pin the cable with pincher/paper clip or pressed it under heavy object.
• If the unit is spreading unusual smell, emitting loud noise, or overheating, this means there
could be malfunction on the unit itself or the power adapter.
• If malfunction of such is suspected, quickly unplug the power adapter, and stop using the
unit altogether.
• Never allow the power adapter submerge in water, or use it while it is wet, or place it at a
damp location such as a bathroom or a sauna and so on.
• For sanitary concern, always pour out all the water, and wipe it clean and dry everytime when
finished using the unit.
• Spilled essential oil may cause discolaration to surface of product, best to wipe them off
whenever possible.
• Use measuring cup to add water to container, never fill container straight from the water tap.
• Keep the mist away from directly blowing at furniture, wall and clothing.
• Keep the unit operates far from electronic devices such television or stereos.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or extreme heat; vice-versa do not expose directly
under air-conditioning or extreme cold as well.
• Place the unit in flat and hard surface; never on carpet, cushion or any uneven soft surface.
• Never cover-up the unit with blanket or the likes, mist moisture will be trapped within and
damage the internal components.
• After long hours operation, it is best to switch off the unit for an hour before using it again;
overwork the the unit will likely damage the mist transducer.
• When both hands are wet, do not touch the unit because you may get electricuted.
• Keep the unit away far from the reach of children, also warn them not to play with it.
• The unit is not designed to be handled by younger children, or adults whom are unfamiliar
and do not have the knowledge to use it.
Troubleshooting:
If encounter any problem while using the diffuser, please check the possible solutions
below:
Switching on the unit
results in immediate
shutoff within second.
• Check if there is water, or sufficient water in the container.
Add water to the container.
• Check if the power adapter is properly connected. You may
unplug the cable from the unit and reconnect to try restarting
the unit.

No mist is coming
out or mist is giving
out unusual odor.
Water leakage
• Check if there are too little or too much water in the
container. Exceeding 500ml of water can affect mist output.
Add or remove water until it is just the right amount.
• The unit’s mist transducer may need cleaning. Follow the
steps in ‘Maintenance’ to resolve the problem.
• Air ventilator under the unit may have clogged up with dust.
Air needs to go in for the mist to come out. Clear the vent and
it should help to improve the mist output.
• Check if the top cover has completely encased the water
container.
• If water temperature is too low, or humidity is too high, mist
will likely gather and becomes doplets of water. Thurs,
appearance of leakage.
