Note
1). Length of Material ( in meter ) for one revolution = 3.14 X Diameter (mm)
2). Total length = { 3.14 X Diameter (mm) X Number of Revolutions } / 1000
3). Total Meters/Minute = { 3.14 X Diameter (mm) X RPM } / 1000 X PPR
4). If PPR is set other then 1, Non pulse counting will be divided by set value of PPR
1). When pulse comes from sensor, upper display indicates increment in ‘Total Length’ in
Meter Lower Display indicates ‘Speed’ in Meter/Min.
2). When encoder rotates in clockwise direction count will increment.
3). For Manual Mode, set time = 00.0 sec & For Auto Reset Mode,
set time = 00.1 to 99.9 sec.
4). When Total Length = Set Length, relay energise. Relay remains ON for
Auto Reset Time.Relay turns off after completion of time. If time is set at 00.0 sec.
then relay remains ON until key is pressed.
5). If there is a power failure the last reading is stored in the memory and Counter starts
resume counting from the last stored value, when power ON.
6). To restart Totalizing or to Reset press key. Upper display will show 00000.0 and the
counting will restart.
7). Press key to show number of Batches.
