Kurulum, konusunda bilgi sahibi profesyonel kişiler tarafından yapılmalıdır.
Cihazın bağlantısını ve montajını sadece yetkili servis personeli tarafından yapılabilir.
Ağırlığını destekleyen düz ve güvenli bir yüzeyin üstüne cihazınızı yerleştiriniz.
Yanıcı yüzey üzerinde cihazı koymamalısınız (örneğin; kumaş, halı, vb.)
Cihazı yerleştirirken, elektrikli fırınlar / ark ocakları, fırınlar / elektrikli ısıtıcılar veya diğer ısı
kaynaklarının sıcaklık alabilecek derecede yanına montaj yapmayınız.
Cihaz montaj esnasında montaj olunacak prizde topraklama hattının olduğuna dikkat ediniz.
Sebze kesici yerleştirirken, zeminde yeterli alana sahip olduğunuza dikkat ediniz.
Cihaz, aynı zamanda bitkisel kâse ve işlenecek diğer ürünler için. Cihazın etrafında yeterli alan
bırakılmasına dikkat ediniz.
Cihazın aşırı ısınmasını önlemek için havalandırmalı bölgede montajın olması gerekmektedir.
Fişi kolayca erişilebilir şekilde cihazı yerleştirin.

l. MONTAJ BİLGİLERİ
1.1 Taşıma ve Yerleşim
1.2 Taşıma
Cihaz insan gücüyle en az iki kişi ile elde taşınabilir.
Kullanım konumundaki gibi dik taşınmalıdır.
Taşırken cihazın düşmemesine ve herhangi bir yere çarpmamaya dikkat edilmelidir.
1.3 Yerleşim
Cihazın yeri değiştirilmek istendiğinde; elektrik fişi çekilmeli uygun bir yere koyulmalıdır.
Tekrar montajı yapıldıktan sonra elektrik kaçağı ve cihaz çalışma kontrolü yapılmalıdır.
Cihazınızda kesinlikle topraklama olmalıdır
Cihazınızın yerleşim alanı aşırı derecede Sıçak olmamalıdır.

1.2.1 Montaj
Cihazın konulacağı zemin düzgün ve terazide olmalıdır.
Set altı bir tezgâh üzerine konulacaksa tezgâh ayakları ayarlanabilir olmalı ve terazi dengesi
sağlanmalıdır.
Tezgâh üst yüzeyi yanmaz malzemeden olmasına dikkat edilmelidir.
Montaj yapılmadan önce güvenlik detayları ve tesisat şartlarının uygunluğu kontrol edilmelidir.

Takmadan veya kesme diskleri değiştirirken eldiven giyilerek işlemi yapınız.aksi taktirde elinizi
yaralıyabilirsiniz.

Ejeksiyon diskin kullanımı her zaman sorunsuz kullanım için önemlidir.
Sadece tek bir kesme diski gerektiren işler için, kulanınız
İki kesme diskleri gerektiren işler için, bu sıraya göre montaj ediniz.

Kesme diskleri yerleştirilmesinden sonra koruyucu kapağını kapatıp saat yönüne çevirip sıkınız.

ll. KULLANMA TALİMATI
1.Kullanım Amacı
Cihaz, endüstriyel hizmet veren tesislerin mutfaklarında (toplu yemek servisi veren işletmeler,
restoranlar, turistik tesisler, büfeler gibi),alanlarda kullanılmaktadır.
NOT: Kullanım amacı dışında kullanmayınız. Güvenlik ve teknik şartlarını bilen ve kullanım kılavuzunu
okumuş kişiler tarafından kullanılmalıdır.
2.1. Çalıştırma Talimatı
Doğru elektrik prizine fişi takınız
Cihazınızı kapatmak için ‘’0’’ konumuna getiriniz ve elektrikten cihazınızın fişini çekiniz.
Cihazınızı çalıştırmak için elektrik prizine fişini takınız ‘’I’’ konumuna getirerek cihazınızı çalıştırınız.
Cihazınız düşerse veya teknik bir arızadan dolayı hasar görmüşse kesinlikle kullanmayınız. Size ve
bulunduğu ortama zarar verebilir.
İşlemler.
Fırlatma boyun altına uygun bir kap ayarlayınız.
Kesmeden önce presleme kolunu kaldırınız.
Sebze kesiciyi etkinleştirmek için yeşil start tuşuna basınız.
Yuvarlak ve oval deliklerine uygun sebzeyi yerleştiriniz.
Daha iyi bir kesim elde etmek için presleme kolunu yavaşça aşağıya doğru çekiniz.
Presleme kolunu sert basmayınız bu işlem cihazınıza zarar verebilir.
Kesme işleminiz bittiğinde kapatmak için kırmızı ‘’dur’ ’düğmesine basınız. Ve cihazınızın fişini çekiniz.
NOT: Cihazınızı doğru prize takınız. Topraklı olduğuna dikkat ediniz. Prize takmış olduğunuz
fiş kablosuna temas edecek kesici ve yanıcı vb. parçalardan uzak tutunuz.

Cihazınızı çalıştırmak için ‘’bir’’(0) konumunu getiriniz.
Cihazınızı kapatma için ‘’sıfır’’ (I)konumuna getiriniz.
III. BAKIM VE TEMİZLİK
3.1. Temizleme Talimatı
Cihazınız yüksek basınçlı fıskiye ile temizlenmemelidir.
Cihazınız düzenli olarak temizlenmelidir.
Keskin bıçağı temizlemeden önce güvenlik eldiveni giyiniz. Elinize bıçağın keskin yerleri zarar
vermemesi için.
Emniyet mandalını gevşetin ve koruyucu kapağını kaldırın.
Dikkatlice kesme diskini çıkarınız. Bir fırça ile diske zarar vermeyecek şekilde ılık suda dikkatlice
temizleyiniz.
Dikkat
Kesme diskleri bulaşık makinesinde yıkamayınız.
Cihazınızı ılık su ve deterjan türü vb. ürünlerle temizlemeyiniz.
Temiz su ile durulayın yumuşak bezle siliniz.
Yumuşak sünger türü zarar vermeyecek bezle cihazınızın parçalarını temizleyiniz.

l. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation, electric cooker should be done by professional people knowledgeable about vegetable cutter
machine.
Connection and installation of the device only be done by qualified service personnel.
Place your device on flat and secure place, supporting the machine’s weight.
You should not put the device on flammable surfaces (e.g., fabrics, carpets, etc...)
When placing the machine, do not install near to the electrical ovens/ boiling tables, ranges, or electric
warmers that may be affected by the heat.
Connect the device to a grounded power socket.
Please note that there is enough space for placing the vegetable cutter.
Please ensure that there is enough space for the vegetables and bowls that would be used with the
machine.
To prevent overheating, the installation area must be ventilated.
Insert the device that you can reach the plug in an easily accessible way.

Warnings and Precautions before Use
Please read this manual carefully for safety, maintenance and using of this machine.
Please keep this manual for any probable problems that may occur and for reference.
The installation of this machine should be done a professional.
The machine is recommended to be used by a professional.
In case of any malfunctioning or during repair, the electric of the machine should be cut off.
Please only let authorized service dealers to repair and make the machines’ maintenance.
Please use original spare parts for this machine.
The machine installation should conform the general regulations in force.

l.INSTALLATION INFORMATION
1.1 Transportation and placement
1.3 Carriage
The machine can be carried by a person.
The device should be carried upright position.
Please be careful when carrying to not to strike to anywhere or to let fall down.
1.3 Placement
When the place of machine is wanted to be changed, ensure unit is unplugged and wait until the
machine is cold.
After re-installation, electrical leakage and running of the machine should be controlled.
Grounding of the machine should be done.
l.ll. DEVICE CONNECTIONS
1.2.1 Installation
Place your device on flat and secure place, supporting the machine’s weight.
You should not put the device on flammable surfaces (e.g., fabrics, carpets, etc...)
Before the installation, please control the security details and installation conditions’ relevance.
1.2.2 Installation Scheme
WARNING! Risk of injury!
When inserting or replacing the cutting discs you should always wear robust, soft finger
gloves that are adequate for handling sharp objects..
WARNING!
The use of the ejection disc is always essential for trouble-free use.
For jobs that just require only one cutting disc, just mount one cutting disc above the
ejection disc.
For jobs requiring two cutting discs, please mount in this order:
Ejection disc
Fixed inset
Rotating disc
Make sure to reattach the protective cover after insertion of the cutting disks using the
safety catch! Tighten the knob clockwise.
ll. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Purpose of Use
The device should be used in the kitchens of industrial facilities (public food service businesses,
restaurants, tourist facilities, kiosks, etc.)
NOTE: Do not use other than the intended use. Machine should be used by the people who know safety and
technical conditions and read the user manual.
2.1. Operating Instructions
Plug unit into correct electrical socket.
To stop the machine press ‘’0’’ and unplug the electric cable.
To start the machine, plug the electric cable and press ‘’I’’.
Do not use the device if it does not function properly, has been damaged or dropped.

Procedures
Set an appropriate container beneath the ejection neck.
Before cutting, please lift the pressing handle of the filler dasher and keep it in that position.
In order to activate the vegetable cutter, press the green START-button with your right hand while holding the
pressing handle with your left..
Insert appropriate vegetables into the round or oval openings.
Now press down the pressing handle with light force in order to achieve better cutting results.
Lift the pressing handle when it reaches the stop.
When finished with cutting, just press the red STOP-button in order to switch off the device. Disconnect the
device from the power socket.
Connect the device to a properly installed and grounded single power socket. Please keep the plug cord
away from cutting or flammable parts near the plug

Please look at figure 3 to run the machine.
Press (I) in order to start the machine.
Press (0) in order to stop the machine.

III.MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
3.1. Cleaning Instructions
The machine must not be cleaned with a high pressure jet.
The device should be cleaned regularly.
Put on safety gloves before cleaning in order to protect your hands from the sharp knife slots of the cutting
discs.
Loosen the safety catch and fold the protective cover to the side.
Remove the cutting discs carefully, dunk them into warm water and clean them thoroughly with a brush. Clean
the cutting discs on at a time so they cannot damage each other at contact.
Warning
The cutting discs are not dishwasher proof!
Clean the cover and the tappets of the device with warm water and a mild detergent.
Rinse with clear water. Dry the device with a soft cloth.
Wipe off all parts with a soft sponge or cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Wipe over with a soft, moistened
cloth, until all cleaner residues are removed.
Only use a soft cloth and make sure you never use any kind of abrasive agents or pads which could
scratch the surface.
