■Dieses Gerät ist zum Mischen, Schlagen
und Kneten von Lebensmitteln geeignet.
■Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für den
privaten Gebrauch bestimmt, nicht für
eine gewerbliche oder haushaltsähnliche
Nutzung, z. B. in Hotels, Frühstückspen-
sionen, Büros, Mitarbeiterküchen o. Ä.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig.
■Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen
sind alle Mängel, die durch unsachge-
mäße Behandlung, Beschädigung oder
Reparaturversuche entstehen. Dies gilt
auch für den normalen Verschleiß.

brauchsanleitung nicht beachtet werden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
WARNUNG: Alle Sicherheitshinweise, Anweisungen, Bebilde-
rungen und technischen Daten, mit denen dieses Gerät verse-
hen ist, beachten. Versäumnisse bei der Einhaltung der Sicher-
heitshinweise und Anweisungen können elektrischen Schlag,
Brand und / oder Verletzungen verursachen.
■Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit reduzierten physischen, sen-
sorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung
und / oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder be-
züglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden
und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
■Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern benutzt werden. Kinder und Tiere
sind vom Gerät und der Anschlussleitung fernzuhalten!
■Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug!
■Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht und vor dem Zusam-
menbau, dem Auseinandernehmen oder Reinigen stets vom Netz
zu trennen.
■Vor dem Auswechseln von Zubehör oder Zusatzteilen, die im
Betrieb bewegt werden, muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet und vom
Stromnetz getrennt werden.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Die Anschlussleitung
darf nicht selbst ausgetauscht werden. Wenn das Gerät oder die
Anschlussleitung beschädigt sind, müssen sie durch den Her-
steller, Kundenservice oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person (z. B.
Fachwerkstatt) ersetzt bzw. repariert werden, um Gefährdungen zu
vermeiden.
■Unbedingt die Hinweise im Kapitel „Reinigung und Aufbewahrung“
beachten.
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räumen
verwenden und lagern.
■Das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit betreiben oder lagern.
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung nie-
mals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkei-
ten eintauchen und sicherstellen, dass
diese nicht in Wasser fallen oder nass
werden können.

■Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen
während es an das Stromnetz ange-
schlossen ist, sofort den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen. Erst danach
das Gerät aus dem Wasser herausholen.
Niemals versuchen, es aus dem Wasser
zu ziehen, während es an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist!
■Das Gerät und Anschlussleitung niemals
mit feuchten Händen berühren, wenn
das Gerät an das Stromnetz angeschlos-
sen ist.
■Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn es
eine Fehlfunktion hatte, heruntergefallen
oder ins Wasser gefallen ist, um Ge-
fährdungen zu vermeiden. Vor erneuter
Inbetriebnahme in einer Fachwerkstatt
überprüfen lassen.
WARNUNG – Verletzungsgefahr
■Kinder und Tiere vom Verpackungsma-
terial fernhalten. Es besteht Erstickungs-
gefahr.
■Kleidung, Schmuck, Haare, Hände und
andere Körperteile vom Gerät fernhalten,
damit sich nichts in drehenden Geräte-
teilen verfangen kann. Es besteht Verlet-
zungsgefahr durch drehende Geräteteile!
■Keine heißen Lebensmittel mit dem
Gerät verarbeiten, da diese während des
Gebrauchs spritzen könnten. Es besteht
Verbrühungsgefahr!
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen, dass
sie keine Stolpergefahr darstellt. Die
Anschlussleitung darf nicht von der
Aufstellfläche herabhängen, um ein Her-
unterreißen des Gerätes zu verhindern.
■Sicherstellen, dass die Anschlussleitung
stets außer Reichweite von Kleinkindern
und Tieren ist. Es besteht Strangulati-
onsgefahr!
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht
abdecken.
■Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von brenn-
barem Material betreiben.
■Keine Gegenstände in die Geräteöffnun-
gen stecken und sicherstellen, dass sie
stets frei von Schmutz oder sonstigen
Verstopfungen sind.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmä-
ßig installierte Steckdose anschließen.
Die Steckdose muss auch nach dem
Anschließen gut zugänglich sein, damit
die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann. Die Netzspannung muss
mit den technischen Daten des Gerätes
übereinstimmen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile des Herstellers
verwenden, um die Funktionsweise des
Gerätes nicht zu beeinträchtigen und
eventuelle Schäden zu verhindern.
■Das Gerät ausschalten und den Netz-
stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen, wenn
während des Betriebes ein Fehler auftritt
oder vor einem Gewitter.
■Immer am Netzstecker und nie am
Netzkabel ziehen, um das Gerät vom
Stromnetz zu trennen.
■Das Gerät nicht an der Anschlussleitung
tragen oder ziehen.
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen, dass
sie nicht gequetscht oder geknickt wird
und nicht mit heißen Flächen in Berüh-
rung kommt.
■Das Gerät vor Hitze, offenem Feuer,
direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, extremen
Temperaturen und Stößen schützen. Die
Motoreinheit außerdem vor Nässe und
langanhaltender Feuchtigkeit schützen.

■Keine schweren Gegenstände auf das
Gerät oder die Anschlussleitung legen
oder stellen.
VOR DEM ERSTEN
GEBRAUCH
Das Gerät kann mit Produktionsrückständen
behaftet sein. Um gesundheitliche Beein-
trächtigungen zu vermeiden, die Zubehör-
teile gründlich vor dem ersten Gebrauch
reinigen (siehe Kapitel „Reinigung und
Aufbewahrung“).
ZUBEHÖR
Knethaken (5) – Rühren und Kneten von
schweren Teigen, wie z. B. Brot- und Hefe-
teige
Schneebesen (6)– Mischen und Rühren von
Lebensmitteln oder Flüssigkeiten, wie z. B.
Rührteige, Eier, Sahne
Halterung für die Einsätze (4) – Knethaken
und Schneebesen können in den Halter
eingesetzt werden. Die Halterung wird in
die Aufnahme für die Einsätze (7) gesteckt
(siehe Titelbild).
BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Das Gerät vor jeder Inbetriebnahme auf
Beschädigungen überprüfen. Nur dann
verwenden, wenn es unbeschädigt und
korrekt zusammengebaut ist!
■Vor jedem Austausch der Einsätze das
Gerät ausschalten und den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen.
■Das Gerät max. 5 Minuten lang ohne
Unterbrechung nutzen, um eine Über-
hitzung zu vermeiden. Das Gerät vor
erneuter Verwendung abkühlen lassen.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Überlastschutz aus-
gestattet, bei Überlastung schaltet sich das
Gerät ab. In diesem Fall den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen und das Gerät ca.
10 Minuten abkühlen lassen. Danach ist das
Gerät wieder einsatzbereit.
1. Die gewünschten Einsätze (5 oder 6) in
die Aufnahmen (7) am Gerät stecken.
Sie müssen hör- und spürbar einrasten.
2. Die Anschlussleitung vollständig ausei-
nanderwickeln und an eine Steckdose
anschließen.
3. Die gewünschten Lebensmittel in einen
geeigneten Mixbehälter geben.
4. Die Einsätze in den Mixbehälter hal-
ten (Bild C) und dann erst das Gerät
einschalten, indem der Regler (9) nach
rechts gedrückt wird.
5. Die gewünschte Geschwindigkeitsstufe
auswählen:
○Stufe 1 – langsames Rühren, ideal für
langsames Unterheben / -rühren von
z. B. Mehl, Eischnee etc.
○Stufe 2 – leichtes Mischen und Rüh-
ren, ideal für Saucen etc.
○Stufe 3 – mittleres Mischen und Rüh-
ren, ideal für z. B. Rührteige, Pfannn-
kuchenteig
○Stufe 4 – kräftiges Rühren und Kneten,
ideal für schwere Teige, wie z. B. Brot-
und Hefeteige
○Stufe 5 – Mischen und Schlagen, ideal
für leichte Lebensmittel oder Flüssig-
keiten, wie z. B. Eier, Eiweiß, Sahne
○Zusätzlich kann für kurzes kräftiges
Mischen und Schlagen die Turbo-
Funktion eingeschaltet werden: Den
TURBO-Knopf(10) dafür gedrückt
halten.
 Die Turbo-Funktion max. 2 Minuten
verwenden, um das Gerät nicht zu
überlasten.
6. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, den Regler
auf die Position 0stellen.

7. Warten, bis die Einsätze vollständig
zum Stillstand gekommen sind. Dann
erst aus dem Mixbehälter herausneh-
men und das Gerät auf der Küchenzeile
abstellen.
8. Die verwendeten Einsätze sofort nach je-
dem Gebrauch reinigen, um Keimbildung
vorzubeugen (siehe Kapitel „Reinigung
und Aufbewahrung“). Keine Lebensmit-
telreste antrocknen lassen.
REINIGUNG UND
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Beachten!
■Das Gerät eignet sich nicht zur Reini-
gung in der Spülmaschine!
■Zum Reinigen keine scharfen oder
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder Rei-
nigungspads verwenden. Diese können
die Oberflächen beschädigen.
○Die verwendeten Einsätze (5, 6) aus dem
Gerät herausnehmen, indem der Ent-
riegelungsknopf (8) gedrückt wird. Die
Einsätze springen aus dem Gerät.
○Das Gerät bei Bedarf mit einem feuchten
Tuch abwischen.
○Die verwendeten Einsätze unter flie-
ßendem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel
oder in der Spülmaschine reinigen.
○Alle Teile vor dem Verstauen vollständig
trocknen lassen oder mit einem Ge-
schirrtuch abtrocknen.
○Vor Staub und direktem Sonnenlicht
geschützt, kühl und trocken außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern und Tieren
lagern.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Lässt sich mit den nachfolgenden Schritten
das Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenservice
kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht.
Der Netzstecker steckt nicht richtig in der
Steckdose.
►Den Sitz korrigieren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose probieren.
Es ist keine Netzspannung vorhanden.
►Die Sicherung des elektrischen Vertei-
lers (Sicherungskasten) überprüfen.
Das Gerät schaltet ab.
Lebensmittel blockieren die Einsätze (5, 6).
►Das Gerät vom Strom trennen, die
Einsätze abnehmen und die Blockade
vorsichtig entfernen.
Das Gerät ist überlastet, weil der Inhalt zu
dickflüssig ist oder sich etwas in den Einsät-
zen (5, 6) verfangen hat.
►Das Gerät vom Strom trennen, die Ein-
sätze abnehmen und etwas vom Inhalt
entnehmen oder Flüssigkeit hinzufügen
bzw. die Blockade vorsichtig entfernen.
Das Gerät ist überlastet, weil es zu lange
ununterbrochen eingeschaltet war.
►Den Netzstecker ziehen und das Gerät
einige Minuten abkühlen lassen.

sammlung zuführen.
Auch das Gerät umweltgerecht
entsorgen.
Dieses Gerät unterliegt der europäi-

Dieses Gerät nicht als normalen
Hausmüll, sondern umweltgerecht

the safety notices and instructions may result in electric shock,

■This device may be used by people with reduced physical, sensory

vice safely and have understood the dangers resulting from failure

mals away from the device and the connecting cable!

DANGER – Danger of Electric
Shock
■Use and store the device only in closed
rooms.
■Do not operate or store the device in
rooms with high humidity.
■Never immerse the device and the
connecting cable in water or other liquids
and ensure that they cannot fall into
water or become wet.
■If the device falls into water while it
is connected to the mains power, pull
the mains plug out of the plug socket
immediately. Only after this should you
retrieve the device from the water. Never
attempt to pull it out of the water while it
is connected to the mains power!

■Never touch the device and the con-
necting cable with wet hands when the
device is connected to the mains power.
■Do not use the device if it has malfunc-
tioned, been dropped or fallen into water
to avoid any hazards. Have it checked
in a specialist workshop before using it
again.
WARNING – Danger of Injury
■Keep children and animals away from
the packaging material. There is a dan-
ger of suffocation.
■Keep clothing, jewellery, hair, hands and
other body parts away from the device
so that nothing can get caught in rotat-
ing device parts. There is a danger of
injury from rotating device parts!
■Do not process any hot food in the
device as it could spurt out during use.
There is a danger of scalding!
■Lay the connecting cable in such a way
that it does not present a trip hazard. The
connecting cable may not hang down
from the surface on which the device
is placed in order to prevent the device
from being pulled down.
■Make sure that the connecting cable is
always kept out of the reach of small
children and animals. There is a danger
of strangulation!
WARNING – Danger of Fire
■Do not cover the device during operation.
■Do not operate the device in the vicinity
of combustible material.
■Do not stick any objects into the device
openings and make sure that they are al-
ways kept free of dirt or other blockages.

■Only connect the device to a plug socket
that is properly installed. The plug socket
must also be readily accessible after
connection so that the connection to the
mains can quickly be isolated. The mains
voltage must match the technical data of
the device.
■Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the device from working and to avoid
possible damage.
■Switch off the device and pull the mains
plug out of the plug socket if an error
occurs during operation or before a
thunderstorm.
■Always pull the mains plug and never the
mains cable to disconnect the device
from the mains power.
■Do not carry or pull the device by the
connecting cable.
■Lay the connecting cable in such a way
that it does not become squashed or
bent and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces.
■Protect the device from heat, naked
flames, direct sunlight, extreme tem-
peratures and impacts. Also protect
the motor unit from wet conditions and
persistent moisture.
■Do not lay or place any heavy objects on
the device or the connecting cable.
BEFORE INITIAL USE
There may still be some production residues
on the device. To avoid harmful effects to
your health, clean the accessories thorough-
ly before using them for the first time (see
the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

ACCESSORIES
Dough hooks (5) – Stirring and kneading
heavy doughs, for example bread and yeast
doughs
Whisks (6) – Mixing and stirring foodstuffs
or liquids, for example sponge mixtures,
eggs, cream.
Holder for the inserts (4) – Dough hooks
and whisks can be inserted in the holder.
The holder is placed in the mount for the
inserts (7) (see cover picture).
USE
Please Note!
■Inspect the device for damage each
time before you use it. Only use it if it
is undamaged and has been correctly
assembled!
■Each time before you replace the inserts,
switch off the device and pull the mains
plug out of the plug socket.
■Use the device for no more than 5min-
utes without interruption to prevent over-
heating. Allow the device to cool down
before using it again.
The device is equipped with overload protec-
tion; the device switches off if it is overload-
ed. In this case, pull the mains plug out of
the plug socket and allow the device to cool
down for approx. 10 minutes. The device is
then ready to be used again.
1. Place the inserts you want (5 or 6) into
the mounts (7) on the device. You must
hear and feel them engage.
2. Fully unwind the connecting cable and
connect it to a plug socket.
3. Place the food you want into a suitable
mixing container.
4. Hold the inserts in the mixing container
(Picture C) and only then switch on the
device by pushing the controller (9) to
the right.
5. Select the speed level you want:
○Level 1 – slow stirring, ideal for slowly
folding / stirring in flour, beaten egg
white etc.
○Level 2 – gentle mixing and stirring,
ideal for sauces etc.
○Level 3 – medium mixing and stirring,
ideal for sponge mixtures, pancake
mixture, for example
○Level 4 – vigorous stirring and
kneading, ideal for heavy doughs, for
example bread and yeast doughs
○Level 5 – mixing and whisking, ideal
for light foodstuffs or liquids, for exam-
ple eggs, egg white, cream
○In addition, for a short period of
vigorous mixing and beating the Turbo
function can be switched on: To do
this, hold down the TURBO button(10).
 Use the Turbo function for no more
than 2 minutes so that the device is
not overloaded.
6. To switch off the device, move the con-
troller to the 0position.
7. Wait until the inserts have come to a
complete standstill. Only then should you
remove them from the mixing container
and place the device down on the kitchen
unit.
8. Clean the used inserts immediately after
each use to prevent germ formation (see
the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter). Do
not allow any food residues to dry on.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■The device is not suitable for cleaning in
the dishwasher!
■Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing agents or cleaning pads to clean the
device. These may damage the surfaces.
○Take the used inserts (5, 6) out of the
device by pressing the release button (8).
The inserts will spring out of the device.
○Wipe down the device with a damp cloth
if necessary.
○Clean the used inserts under running
water with a little detergent or in the
dishwasher.
○Allow all parts to dry completely or dry
them with a tea towel before storing
them away.
○Store the device in a cool and dry place
protected from dust and direct sunlight
out of the reach of children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the problem cannot be solved with the
steps below, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical
device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
►Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►Check the fuse of the electrical distribu-
tor (fuse box).
The device switches off.
Food is blocking the inserts (5, 6).
►Disconnect the device from the pow-
er, take out the inserts and carefully
remove the blockage.
The device is overloaded because the con-
tents are too thick or something has become
caught in the inserts (5, 6).
►Disconnect the device from the power,
take out the inserts and remove some
of the contents or add liquid or carefully
remove the blockage.
The device is overloaded because it was
switched on for too long without a break.
►Pull out the mains plug and allow the
device to cool down for a few minutes.

■Ne jamais saisir l'appareil ni le cordon
de raccordement à mains humides
