RADIOLOGY AND MAMMOGRAPHY
The quality of the display system is key to realizing all
of the benefits of digital PACS. With NEC grayscale and
color diagnostic MultiSync®MD Series displays and the
included calibration software, you can be confident of
quick, accurate and uniform diagnosis. Our leading 5MP
grayscale display guarantees optimal image quality and
performance for digital mammography.
OPERATING ROOM (OR) AND INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU)
Critical areas, such as the operating room or intensive care

medical images. In collaboration with our solution partners,
NEC integrates large-screen displays displays into high-end
hygienic and medically approved displays and PC systems
for ORs. NEC improves safety and eciency in the OR
with displays that are easy and quick to install, reducing
downtime during installation.
ORTHOPEDICS
NEC large-screen DICOM displays exceed surgeons’
clinical requirements by displaying high-quality, life-size
images of the part of the patient to be treated. Display
leg and spine images without compromising on quality
on our high-resolution screens in landscape or portrait
format, to the DICOM standard. NEC displays are non-
reflective, ensuring a clear view of the images, close up,
from a distance and adjust to display the optimum image
in high ambient light conditions.
PATHOLOGY
DICOM standard LCD displays provide an accurate means
of radiographic examination of subtle bone pathology
images. A DICOM standard LCD is a satisfactory
replacement for “detail” x-ray screen-film. Our DICOM
color MD Series displays and professional MultiSync P
and PA Series provide an accurate viewing technology for
digitized examination or review of organs, tissues, bodily
fluids and whole bodies.
